In the mid afternoon glows of light from the sun, the hustle and bustle of karakura usually picks up around day, rather then morning. While nighttime is spent partying, celebrating, and enjoying other momentous occasions of this variety. Afternoon was still the safest to venture through this city, while the night was absolutely risky, for those who feared death. At one time or another, reports would arise after the unusually decline in modern citizens, and since people use the news for such info, they resolutely believed that the night was a dangerous place to be in with the high rise of hollows, demons, and even human murderers. Moreover, with such a large city, one would find themselves getting lost, rather then finding their destined location. With only the night lights of the glow to bask in, people would rarely find their locations deviating far from their desired point of interest. In that case, it was no surprise for people to safely resign themselves to bright lights of sun and the large throngs of people walking through the city. And, of course, there are some people who have little idea of how this city works. For a man of 9000 summers, this city was as foreign to him as his land was to humans. In fact, one could liken his knowledge of this world to a newborn baby fresh from his mother's womb. He barely knew anything of this modern world, apart from how it was in the past. That was so long ago, so it should come as no surprise.

This reputable man who happened to be ambling aimlessly through the city, while in awe, had no sense of direction in where he was going in this otherworldly place. The imposing buildings standing like pillars, the large array of women, men and children, ranging from all ages and sizes; everything seemed so alien to him. If one were to gander at the features of the man, for those who knew him he was no one other than Diarmuid Ua' Duibhne. A beautiful, handsome, and enthralling man. While other men considered handsomeness and beauty to be blessings, in the case of this chivalrous knight, it was more of a curse rather then a blessing. For what adorned his face was a magical beauty mark, aptly called the "Radiant love spot". Girls of meager level, would easily find themselves inadvertently falling for him. At first, this was flattering, but soon it became a bane in the neck of the honorable knight. Sighing, he stretched his arms out and continued on hoping that he would find some place to settle down and enjoy his very first day within this city. He had been to saporro once to partake in their Ramen, with his queen, but that city was lifeless and dull now. As such, he was curious to experience more city life, to see what others loved about humans of the modern day, to see and taste how far the cuisine of this world had come, to start a new adventure and begin a new path; that was his wish for coming here. However, those things were easier said then done. If he had to say this out loud, he was getting absolutely nowhere within this city. There was nothing but people and buildings, children and mothers, some of which would give him an affectionate glance, while the children gave him curious and exuberant gazes of admiration.

In truth, Diarmuid only asked for clothing, when he arrived here, and had acquired a pitch-black, long sleeved, V-neck shirt. It possessed no artistic value or design, but it fit him quite well, and definitely did a flawless work of showing off how developed his body was. He possessed an abundant amount of thew and muscular development that did not seem banal or gross. The sleeves of the shirt were at his forearms, and one could easily discern a small sliver of his upper build thanks to the top of the shirt. For his lower apparel, his lower body was adorned in denim jeans of sky blue colors. They too, like the shirt, fit his lower body as well as his shirt did too his upper body. He certainly looked the part, and his social adornments while lacking in originality, were far from endearing. He was certainly and without a doubt, dashing today. But since his journey through the city had yielded no results, he was lost in throes of disappointment and agitation, rather then happiness and eagerness. How would today progress for our unfortunate gentleman? Certainly, for him, his conjectures were to continue wandering aimlessly through the town, or to ask for directions and a partner to enjoy just what made Downtown Karakura so amusing. Whatever the case, he certainly wasn't seeing that now.

Something was stirring on this hot afternoon. People were hustling around the shops and pouring down streets to meet friends, get food and buy whatever the hell they wanted. It wasn't very hot but it was enough to put a sweat under the collar of whoever wore all black clothing. Who would in direct sunlight? Anyway, the blue sky floated by through the air which begs the question: Is the sky moving or the clouds? Or both? These were all necessary questions but when trying to figure it out, the sky blurred and bent in some weird distortion. Every time it would just swish and change. Why was this? Oh wait... she was underwater.

Laying in an oddly placed fountain was a girl, blue hair, rather slim and sort of tall. Her eyes reflected the colour of her blue hair and her clothes were perfectly soaked through. The fountain was deep enough for her entire body to become submerged in water and she simply stared at the sky. She moved her head ever so slightly creating a ripple and distorting her vision of the sky again. Maybe underwater everything worked differently. This was growing tiresome, but she had thought about this question ever since she woke up. It would be wise to recall this girl had woken up INSIDE the fountain and just felt like laying there for half of the day. She opened her mouth and said a few words but anything she just said wouldn't have been heard as words but more like 'blub blub blubble' from the water.

This was about the point somebody finally noticed a girl laying perfectly still in the fountain. A very young child threw a pebble into the fountain creating a splash and the girls eyes widened at the sound. The child looked for a second before tugging at his mothers sleeve. She turned around and noticed the girl in the water. The girl from here couldn't tell what was happening but now the kid had caused a ruckus and something stupid was about to occur. Within a matter of seconds an ambulance and firetruck just came out of nowhere with men sprawling out of the vehicles and rushing to the fountain.

The girl smiled and decided to play along. She closed her eyes and held her breath. Sure that made sense! She held her breath! no shit! Actually this girl could breathe underwater so this was all just a stupid pun. The men gathered by the fountain and readied some medical equipment whilst pulling the girl from the water. She remained silent and held her breath so they couldn't actually tell she was alive until they checked up on her. One of the men pressed his ear against her chest to check for a heartbeat. Strangely, he felt one and reared back up. He then told the others she was alive. Soon after, the girl couldn't hold it in any more and spat a good 2 minute long stream of water from her lips into the guys face. After that, she merely lay there giggling at the childish stunt she just performed. Not a great deal of bystanders or workers were happy...
