[Pre-Event] An Anomaly: DEPTH-Com's Request to Karakura Defenders. Ff7_3_bgrender_c
Hanako Yadomaru, the Fugitive

At the town only ten kilometers away from the City of Minatumi, the people are talking about the new reactor that is said to bring power without water or wind or earth. In fact, it was powered by a mystical power source called, "the Glow." As DEPTH-Com Technicians are working hard with TARN blocking the way to the reactor, the people are both excited about the new power for them to use computers and electronics, and uncomfortable about the TARN's occupation in the town as the soldiers put curfew and strict disciplines and punishments for those who would be interfering with work. That town is called, Tsuchimura or "Village of Stone."

With a bed sheet as a robe and hood, burlap bag slung over her shoulder, a petite woman approaches the entrance gate to the town leading to the stairway down into the quarry town. It was in the morning as the townsfolk are just getting up and enjoying the natural breeze with the usual undertone of metals used to make the reactor or mining. As the woman reaches the town square, a TARN Soldier greets her. "Excuse me, stranger. I suggest you go into the pub over there because we're moving heavy equipment through where you just came in from." He speaks to the woman as the woman looks up to the nearly built Glow Reactor. The woman nods and walks over to the pub. As she enters, the pub owner, an old man with a flowing nightgown and a tailed cap enters as well. "Ah. A customer at this early of times. Come! Come! While I make you breakfast, how about you tell me why you are here." The old man speaks fondly to the woman. The woman sits at the bar table and takes a deep breath, "I came here to take refuge from the Hollows. I came from the southern part of Central Japan."
~3 Years Later, 2412~
"Yuudeshi Network, this is DEPTH-Com Communication Hishi, Gabriel. Sector D has detected an anomaly affecting the efficiency of our Glow Reactor in Village Ten: Tsuchimura. It is ten kilometers west from Minatumi City. On further analysis, the anomaly started three years ago, yet it was put off because it was minor back then. Now it is a problem. Due to TARN forces being preoccupied with the Anti-Hollow Campaign at Northern Japan, we will need volunteers from either Yayjuu, Vizard Corp, or the Gotei 13 for preemptive survey before we could send in TARN forces and technicians to solve it. Keep in mind that the villagers are wary about outsiders and it is disallowed to harm them. There will be a ten thousand yen reward for completion. Good luck to the volunteers. Gabriel out."

"I swear, a private military force is never a good sign for corporations." Atop a rather tall building, or at least taller than most of the others in this small town, stood a lone man, dispatched from the Vizard Corps. Well, actually, "dispatched" was not truly the correct word; seeing as this man had received no official orders to come to the town and had pretty much just snuck in. Then again, being the Colonel of the Vizard Corps' Special Operations sector did have its advantages, and seeing as he was that man; Ravana Ichiro, he was privy to all of them. Of course, as he stood atop his vantage point, the actually need to have snuck in seemed... well quite honestly meaningless. For a town essentially under the dominion of DEPTH-Com, there were hardly any security personnel in the town. Actually, he had only seen one actual TARN personnel while in the place, and that had been at the entrance; which needless to say he had not actually passed through for entrance. Sighing to himself, his head dropped a bit as he realized just how pointless his secrecy had been. "I might have well just walked in through the front door... er, gate" he said to himself after a sigh. Granted, even if the town had been heavily guarded, it wasn't as if he would have even needed to sneak in seeing as they did specifically ask for the help of the Vizard Corps.

Honestly, as Ravana looked out over the town, he began to wonder just why he had such an odd feeling about the whole DEPTH-Com and TARN business. To set things straight, there really wasn't any history between Ravana and these two groups; no past struggles or killed loved ones at the hands of some corporation firing squad. Still, there was something about the two that had made Ravana slightly suspicious of the groups since his first debriefing on them. It wasn't so much what they had done in this town; hell, he was all for bringing reliable energy and security to more of the places outside of Karakura's protection. However, something about a company that could technically own an entire town and its people under the guise of protection and had its own private military group; that was the part that always made him uncomfortable. Still, from what he had seen, it wasn't as if either the company or militia were some clichéd evil group determined to oppress innocent villagers; in fact they seemed rather helpful. "...God, I really have to stop reading so much fiction" he said to himself with a slight shake of his head. Still, the feeling of unease about the groups or the situation was still within him, and while here, he was going to make sure to be extra cautious.

"Alright, well, standing around up here isn't going to solve anything!" he said to himself in a slightly cheery tone, snapping out of his thoughts. No matter how he felt about it, the fact was that there was a problem here with the reactor that could potentially place the citizens in danger, and no uneasy feeling was gonna stop him from helping. Walking over to the side of the building above a small alley created between it and the adjacent building, and quickly jumped down to ground level; having chosen the alley so that this action didn't draw any unwanted attention. Dusting himself off after landing, he quickly made his way out back into the main area of the town and took a moment to orient himself here at ground level. Even with an official call for help issued, there didn't seem to be any problems here in town, so the situation was most likely localized at the reactor. "Well, I guess since there's no 'big evil conspiracy' going on here I might as well find someone who can fill me in on what's going on; TARN or not" he said in a lover voice to himself. After a bit of thought, Ravana deduced that he would have the best luck finding any TARN personnel back near the entrance of the town, as well as anyone else coming here in response to the call. Stretching a bit before anything else, he soon began to make his way back towards the town's entrance. Though there still was the fact that he had technically snuck in, that little fact would be easy to pass over with a little rank pulling and claims of checking out security. After that, if his trip back to the entrance didn't help any, he would probably try to find some sort of pub or gathering place and ask the locals about what was going on.

Your nose sure is nice Val,

It looks like a hobo's frost-bitten behind.

I SAID A BOOM-CHIKA-BOOM!

From the previous encounter shizuo had felt himself drawn somewhere.. But where was something hard to pin point. All he knew was with the odd feeling of tumbling out of a endless abyss he had rolled outwards landing near a rural mining town which he did'nt know what or why... but he would figure out something..

From humans perspectives yes he looked very weird, having on a red and black billowing cloak. Which seemed to cover the lower part of his face, While his eyes looked out over the landscape. His hair was dissarayed and more then not. Something different but other then this the prominent figures on the man would be the three blades on his back. Which seemed to be there almost having a menacing prescence. For this though Shizuo Began the descent downwards towards the town as if searching for an elusive pull which had caused him to appear here.

The sound .. while it was early morning was suprisingly non existant. Having only heard the subtle crunching of his boots on the Ground, Shizuo would have dialed back his step, making it quiter and for the most part more undetectable. Being he had no freaking clue what was going on. But right now he was interested in seenig what and why this was happening as it was. This is why The man had jumped upwards now having his hair blown by a east north eastern wind. His spring in the jump may have seemed normal but there was quite a bit of power behind it. Which as a result. Brought him up onto the top of the wall. Before then with another spring. He had become a blur jumping from roof to roof. But making as much sound as a mouse would walking acrost a floor. He used this time to survey the surroundings,.the town looked more like a quarry then anything else

It was more of the sleepy kind of town shizuo would have hated to live in, which was why the question was pulled back to the forfront of his mind. What the hell brought me here in the first place?
It was if you thought about it a valid question with some honest curiousity behind it. But this is not why shizuo was feeling a sence of Forboading. In the sense it was too quiet.. By now shizuo had made his way to the side of a wall which went up into a building .. some 40 feet above him. Crouching down shizuo had thrusted up once more. The coiled muscles within his powerful legs having been able to propel him up the 40 foot gap, while now he resumed jumping from roof to roof. Making his way to a tall building . Being this was the highest vantage point in the town.

And with one more jump he made it. Moving onto the roof , as some shingles had fallen off shizuo cussed silently for being so clumbsy. Then had made his way to the tower thrusting up. several times. to climb or hop how ever you think about it up to the roof. . here he sat down lightly on one of the cross's horizontal Bars. And lightly had began to survey and wait to see what would happen next.

SHIZOU SMASH!

[Pre-Event] An Anomaly: DEPTH-Com's Request to Karakura Defenders. Ghost+Recon+Future+Soldier
C-Class TARN Guard: "Wedge" no Tsuchimura

~Case of Ravana Ichiro~
Sitting at the entrance gate to the quarry town of Tsuchimura was a lone guardsman, the uniform he wears was blatantly from a private army force, yet what is missing was something very dear to him as he slumps over, cleaning an otherworldly handgun that radiates with an unfamiliar spiritual presence. The bag was lying by his feet with metal cases all containing the same spiritual presence in each. As he was sitting in a rickety stool, he looks up to see a man that hardly seems to surprise him. The way he looks at the man shows that no matter how many Hollows he fought, the guard hardly has any suspicions. "Well stranga, welcome to Tsuchimura." the guardsman speaks to the man as he turns his head to the town behind him, "Beautiful, isn't she? Not much, but she holds har children like a mutha should be. Too bad dem DEPTH-Com ruined a bit by puttin up the Glow Reactor ova’thar. Now, if ye want directions and a bit of lore, me and Biggs ova at the otha’side of the quarry can help yew. The name's Wedge. It's a nickname so dun worry about findin out me last name." The guardsman chuckles after he tells the man about his nickname. "Say...I received notice that voluntaers will be arrivin about the anomaly. I'm guessin it is you, correct?" Wedge speaks in a jolly manner like someone you would have for a greeter, though the way he is cleaning the pistol entails that he has plenty of training while there is a letter "C" on his left shoulder pad, a rank perhaps. He watches the man with anticipation for some identification and response to his good-nature.

[Pre-Event] An Anomaly: DEPTH-Com's Request to Karakura Defenders. Nibelheim
Tsuchimura

~Case of Shizuo Hewajima~
(Officially, the last paragraph in Shizuo’s post is voided due to it not fitting the theme)
The town below Shizuo was rather pleasant as the ground are mainly dirt with some grass growing in patches as to depict the age of the town, the wall surrounding the quarry town was covered in vines and vegetation. The houses are not all that high as the highest he could reach was a metal stack that stems from a two-floor house with pipes diving out and back into the house along the roof. In his sight, there are signs and tools that are representing which house is which. There is a pub; there is a blacksmith, there is a general trade store and there is a small house that could quarter two people with the sign, “Biggs and Wedge’s Garrison.” Coming out of the pub, two people; an old man and a young woman were talking about something, but due to the distance between Shizuo and the two people, Shizuo could not hear clearly what they are talking about. The old man was dressed similarly to a bartender with a leather vest over a loose white tunic and pantaloons lifted a bit by his long supportive boots. The woman was dressed like a ranch girl with a cowboy hat, a lively, orange western-like vest over a short, dull-white bustier with matching miniskirt. A pair of decorated ranch boots and a belt that has some tech involved and a pouch sewed to it for carrying trinkets. The old man hands the young woman a bag as the woman hugs the old man with a kiss to his right cheek before going off to the hill leading to the entrance way. The old man stretches by arching backward before looking at the sky. Apparently, the intense heat hardly bothers the townsfolk as it would for Shizuo.
