【Description:】

Though somewhat on the small side Seitou is a powerfully built man, with no body fat to speak of and a heavily muscular build. His body is meticulously well taken care of, because he is a rather shallow asshole who spends a lot of time working out and keeping himself ‘perfect’. He has little to no scars, and has no piercings, however he does have tattoos that indicate the clan, and each position that he has held in the clan through the years, as well as a few tattoo’s that indicate his family line.

His one show of defying the normal is his hair, half his hair is light brown and the other half is pure white, and very rarely changes. Though he does occasionally color it all white, and even rarer, all brown. His eyes have always been slightly different, they are yellow and black. And he has always dressed a little different, even allowing his former status as a Shinigami tend to have an effect on his fashion sense occasionally.

However he is mostly seen dressed in all black with some silver trimming as shown below, his Zanpakutō usually worn on his left side or on his back.

【Personality:】

Seitou is a brute monster, he is one of the enforcers of the clan, and takes that job seriously, for the most part he is what the clan sends in to clean problems up or crush an opponent that has attacked a member of the clan. He takes this job very seriously, as he is loyal to a fault to his family and his clan; there is virtually nothing out there that can force him to turn against his family or his clan.

He is just about as blood thirsty as they come, if you are not part of the clan; you are not a friend nor are you any more than a possible resource for him to use and abuse. If you fight against the will of the clan, he will not blink about breaking your neck and watching you die as slowly as possible, or take you to one of his special rooms and torture you until you beg for death.

Only an order from the clan will set him against someone(unless he is directly attacked or considers someone a direct threat to him or an imminent threat to the clan that can`t wait), and on the flip side, only a direct order from the clan will cause him to back off from someone. Once he starts on a hunt he rarely gives that hunt up.

The only thing that he respects is strength, he will give someone respect only if he or she is stronger than him or proves themselves to be a respectable challenge to his ability (not all that different from Kenpachi).

【History:】

Seitou was born in the later years of the third world war to a kind set of parents, but in an attack was separated from his birth parents at a young age. Another woman took him up, she ended up keeping Seitou, but she always hated him for replacing her dead child. She regularly beat him and forced him to do things that risked his life instead of her own. He was born not too far from where lots of regular fighting was occurring and was constantly sent in to salvage whatever he could, repair stuff and then sell the items wherever he could.

Eventually he was found and forced into service on one of the sides of the war, and during that time he was regularly beaten and trained to do a variety of outrageous acts that eventually steeled him against horrible acts. He fought, he killed, he raped, he pillaged and he murdered, and he was eventually shot and killed. The mystery of how he ended up in the Soul Society too this day is still a complete mystery to him and to most people who know him.

He eventually found himself being trained at the Academy, his attitude and skills only growing more powerful, as he eventually found himself in the 11th squad. One day while undergoing healing by the fourth squad, they found out something interesting, that he was not a pure soul. That he was a demonic soul, afterwards the officer of the fourth went to tell her captain, and incidentally left Seitou alone, he thought about it and saw two members of his own squad draw weapons and approach the room, apparently to arrest him, when he opened a portal, a skill he had kept a secret for quite a while. Something that was added to him when he had his Phantom technology installed.

He extracted himself back the living realm and in the wastelands, searching for a place to call home, while hiding himself from any Shinigami sent to return him to the Soul Society. He incidentally stumbled across members of the Yuudeshi Clan, who recognized a tattoo that his mother had forced upon him when he was younger and brought him to the clan and introduced him for the first time to his father.

After a rather heated discussion that nearly came to blows between him and Shadin, he was rendered unconscious by another officer, after Shadin found it difficult to do so with his electrical powers. He was tossed in a cell and over nearly a year Seitou and Shadin slowly seemed to 'warm' up to each other. After which he was released and joined the clan and assigned to be one of the security heads of the new base for the Yuudeshi clan.

It was another twenty years before he had proven himself worthy of calling himself a Yuudeshi, and be welcomed as a member of the Yuudeshi clan.

【The spirit of the Zanpakutō does resemble the devil in many ways, and is a giant in the center of the inner world of the Zanpakutō. He has a massive sword massive wings and a massive sword. He commands all of the creatures in the world, and can have a mental effect on Seitou, though he has been getting stronger against that.】

【Inner World:】

【The inner world of his Zanpakutō is literally a small taste of hell, fire and brimstone, demons all over the place, and shadows of souls that 'went to hell' are all over the place being tortured. Seitou has to fight at least one demon every time he enters just to be able to talk to his spirit, or else he will be tossed out and not be able to access his Zanpakutō's main powers until he comes back and defeats the demon that beat him. Every time he enters it looks a little different from the previous time, but its general appearance is the same.】

【Swarm Form:】 Seitou is capable of turning his entire body into a massive swarm of insects, that is able to dodge attacks, enter area’s that he would not normally be able to enter due to size or just to escape. He turns into a swarm of Flesh eating beetles that are able to fly, in this form, to kill him one must hunt down every single locust and kill them all, if not his natural regenerative ability will allow him to regenerate his body (although granted from one locust it will take him a hell of a long time to regenerate his body. These insects do eat flesh and can attack an opponent in a giant swarm attack.

【Regeneration:】 The healing ability offered is truly impressive, able to heal him at 10x the speed of normal healing, even sealing and healing shallow wounds virtually instantly. He is able to regrow limbs at a slow rate, or be able to heal a separated limb back onto the body after 4 consecutive posts of doing nothing else and holding the limb to the appropriate part of the body precisely in place (but he cannot do anything else at all). The regeneration and healing will go faster if Seitou can engulf his entire body in fire. Note that if even one insect from swarm form exists he can regenerate from that insect back to his normal form, it will take a long time and fire can only do so much to help that.

【Earth step:】 Using a combination of swarm form and shunpo allowing him to tunnel into the ground in insect form and use shunpo through the earth, the insects tunnelling at an incredible rate of speed. Seitou can only keep earth step up for a maximum of 8 posts. The higher the strength scores the harder the ground he can earth step through. Beginner strength….just earth, Adept strength…..compact earth up to brick……..Advanced strength….concrete…..Master Strength….no limit(unless reinforced). After he reaches his limit on posts that he can Earth Step, he does NOT have to reemerge from the ground, he can remain there indefinately.

【Shadow Bend:】 he is able to concentrate his reitsu to surround him and hide him from all senses. The concentrated reitsu then saturates the area around him, so that getting an exact location of him in an area is incredibly difficult, the closest that one can get is about 150 feet(can hide in Swarm form like this as well)

【Reiatsu/Demon Energy drain】 While in the presence of other Shinigami, or even other Demons, his body automatically feeds off of the Reiatsu that bleeds off of these beings as wasted energy. Or can be concentrated as an attack directed at an individual to drain them of their reiatsu. (There is rumors that Seitou has a handful of demons and Shinigami that he has captured over the years and kept in an unconcious state to be used as 'batteries' to keep him topped up on both forms of energy but this rumor has yet to be proven either way.)

That this is not an endless drain, It cannot drain the entire life force from an individual, It can take up to a max of roughly a third of the average Shinigami's Reiatsu store....enough to weaken and sicken an individual.....when shikai is awakened that can go up to about 40% of an average Shinigami's Reiatsu's store.

【The Perfect stranger:】 like the devil himself, he is able to change his appearance to create what a person would find to be the 'Perfect' man or if he wanted 'Perfect' woman. But it befuddles the mind, so while someone is looking at him they see only what they want to see...perfection (and every person looking at him will see something different, which can get confusing if he's talking to a group). But after he leaves their presence, it all befuddles in their mind so badly that they cannot describe Seitou at all, only in the most general terms....he was male....5'5 to 5'8".....had hair.....had eyes......I think he was white.....stuff like that.

Note: Those with master or higher in Mental Deduction can see through this facade.

【Boosts:】 2x as strong as average shinigami and 2x as fast as average shinigami

【Shikai Description:】

【When awakened the two weapons do not change in appearance, infact there is absolutely no diference between them in sealed and awakened physical appearance, which makes it difficult to tell if they are awakened or not. The twin bladed weapons that Seitou use are not swords, they are as unique as he is, small and compact and are easily carried and concealed in most kinds of clothing, and makes for hiding them very easy. The following are true about these weapons, in both sealed and awakened forms:

- They do not set off metal detectors, are not magnetic, and they do not conduct electricity
- Even if they are cold to the touch if they cut into your skind they will instantly coterize the wound as if they are white hot 】

【Shikai Abilities:】

【Chaos Flame wave:】 Is a blast wave of Chaotic flames that emanate from Seitou when he slams his hands together. Causing a flame storm to move obscenely fast from his body and outwards for 100 yards, moving at close to the speed of shunpo(close…not actually at the speed of shunpo) this causes impact like a shockwave, and will cause incredibly painful third degree burns. The Wave continues for about 20 yards after the initial 100yards but is in effective and will only cause intense discomfort (UNLESS you have a weakness against fire and flames, if you have this weakness then while inside the 100 yards you get twice the effect, and in the 100-120 yard range you feel the full normal effect.

【Elemental attacks:】 All Kidō he uses receives the subtype of fire/flame. All Kidō that he uses while this Shikai is active that hits opponents with a weakness towards Fire/flame attack of any kind would take extra damage from his Kidō beyond what they would normally take.

【Lava Golem form:】

【Turns into a large Lava golem whose strength and durability scores are automatically increased to Master level, with 2 post bursts of grand master level (this works for 2 posts and then has a 4 post cool down). He is able to produce balls about the size of a basketball of Lava, this form is exhausting and he can only hold this form for 2 rounds per tier starting at 3-3(so 3-3 is 1 post, 3-2 is 2 posts, 3-1 is 3 posts, 2-5 is 4 post, 2-4 is 5 posts, 2-3 is 6 posts, 2-1 is seven posts, and so on….Once he hits the 0 threads there is no limit on how long it lasts).

During the last post of holding this form (or at any point at the 0 tier level) He can explode the form, propelling a 10 foot tall ring of lava out in all directions from his body, the diameter of this ring has a maximum of 200 feet (aka anything in a 200 foot radius in all directions from him can be hit by this) after it reaches the 200 foot mark the lava crashes into the ground and dissipates.】

【Elemental immunity:】 Fire attacks, flame attacks, and attacks of the kind have virtually no effect on him, and normal heat is not felt by Seitou. Basically this immunity effects any power that has a flame or fire subtype or primary type. This also means any attack that has the heat or fire subtype as well. (Basically if the power mentions the words Heat or fire or any similar wording has very little to no effect on him regardless of the attackers tier level).

【Flame Darts:】 fires a series of six flames the size of darts out of the palms of his hand, either six from one palm or three from each palm. They hit with the force of a samurai throwing a throwing star. One can fire twice this number of darts, but if done this way, there is a 2 post cool down afterwards.

【Elemental Weakness:】 Ice, cold and low temperature attacks in any fashion hurts him really really badly, even worse than normal. He is really weakened when in situations of very cold weather(this is the exact opposite of elemental Immunity anything that has Cold, Ice, cool or any such wording in it will have a great deal of effect on him no matter what the tier level of the attacker is),

【Boost:】 Increases the strength and speed of Seitou by 3, if he is in his lava form this boost becomes x6(but his speed becomes half as fast)

【Bankai:】 Obtained

【After a period of time of studying his demonic powers and his shikai, he has managed to bridge his demonic powers with his Shikai powers to create a new kind of Bankai, creating a Demonic Bankai.】

【Demonic Bankai Release:】 悪魔は、すべてに住んでいる Akuma wa, subete ni sunde iru (Roughly translated to The Demon Lives in all)

【Demonic Bankai Appearance:】

【 The Bankai form of this weapon awakens his blood, and transforms him into a minor demon lord. When this power combines with the power of the Shinigami, it creates a being that is truely frightening. As seen above, he has no wings, he has no horns. But his hide becomes so tough that only weapons weilded by a swordsman that has a sword skill of advanced or greater can even cut. And his hide protects him completely from any Fire, Heat or warmth based attacks.】

【Demonic side: 】

【Demon's Call:】 His demonic blood allows him to call to Demons near him and even control them to some degree, forcing them to listen to him unless a higher demon lord is near by.

Note: that these demons are NPCs low to midish level demons (nothing stronger then tier 2-3) and have low willpower skill ratings.

【Portals:】He can also open up portals that will allow him to summon minor demons to his position and control them without question. He can summon up to 20 of these minor demons at a time, and all twenty must be destroyed before he can summon replacements. There is also a cooldown period of 5 rounds between the time of the destruction of the last demon and when he can summon a new set.

【Flight:】 He is able to fly, in any realm, a pair of bat-like wings unfold from his back and propels him through the air.

【Shinigami side: 】

【Absolute Power Absolutely Corrupts:】His demonic powers and his demonic masters allow him to extend some of his demonic powers to someone who will 'Sign on the dotted line'. In exchange for some of his power they must sign up with his demonic masters, thus corrupting the signee's.

Note: that this power, if someone wants to do this, they talk with Seitou, they either choose from the Demonic power list and get the power, or they come up with a power. Either way the powers have to be ok'ed with the management here before they get it.

This agreement also corrupts the individual who has signed this agreement, however it is a much slower corruption then Creeping Corruption, and is normally only short term. Seitou doesn't have the Demonic power to make contracts that would last longer then a year (rl).

Half of the Shinigami's Rieatsu is leached into Seitou and replaced by an equal amount of Demonic energy.

【Creeping Corruption:】Can create small seeds of pure demonic energy that can be 'introduced' into the body of a Shinigami, and slowly start corrupting their Reiatsu, turning it into Demonic energy instead of Reiatsu for either a short amount of time or for a longer period of time. This will after 2 turns corrupt the reiatsu enough that it will be unusable. (NOTE: that this is considered a normal attack and has an effect for a period of 5 *FIVE Posts in a single thread, that includes the amount of time it takes for the corruption to take root...so their reiatsu will be interrupted for a total period of time equal to 3 THREE posts*,)

However if the players agree Creeping Corruption can be used for storyline reasons, and can take hold for significantly longer periods of time. If the Creeping Corruption remains for more then 2 days in Roleplay time, a Shinigami will take on the 'Minor Demon' Sub-type until the Corruption is Purged from their system. Until purging occurs, A shinigami with this sub-type is suseptible to the Demonic powers of Seitou and other demon lords.

This does change their Reiatsu to demonic energy, eventually stripping them of their Reiatsu and replacing it with Demonic energy unless it is stopped. It can be reversed after all Reiatsu is replaced but it is a very very painful and unfriendly and potentially lethal process.

During this corruption, they become stronger, their skin becomes thicker, their skin turns a strange tinge of red. They also become suseptible to cold and heat and fire becomes less and less problematic to them. And they will tend to go off on a tangent talking in tongues.

【Kidou Shift:】Once every three rounds he can use his demonic powers to corrupt all Kidou attacks (up to a max of 1 per tier above 2-1....so 2-1 one attack, 1-5 two attacks, 1-5+ three attacks, 1-5++ four attacks....to a maximum of 5 attacks) This corruption forces the Fire sub-type upon the kidou's incoming on him. The only type of Kidou's this can't effect is anything with the sub-type he has a weakness against.

【Raising Hell:】For a period of 1 round per thread he can summon a small slice of hell to the battlefield, unleashing the demonic skill called Affinity for hell onto the battlefield for as long as this lasts.

Overheat zone: This ability creates a zone over a half-a-mile that increases the temperature in that area to over 100 degree's fereinheit, and saps most of the moisture from the area. Making it feel like the middle of Death Valley in the USA, only hotter.

In this form he is considered to have 1 skill level higher in strength, however 1 skill level lower in durability because his body becomes lighter to allow for him to fly through the air on bat like wings. He grows 2 inch long claws from each of his fingers, and in this form his sword is on his back. He has a 5x modifier to his strength. He is moderately maneuverable, but is only as fast as normal walking speed (not able to use shunpo while flying)

In this form he is considered instantly to have 1 skill level higher in general speed, and has a x10 speed modifier, he is able to use speed modifying powers to boost this even further. However, he is treated as if he has 1 skill level lower in strength and durability, and is considered half as strong as a normal human being.

In this form Seitou is considered a barely moving tank of a creature, He is considered to have increase by two skill levels in durability, and increases 1 skill level in strength, and has a x10 modifier to his strength. He is considered to have 1 skill level lower in speed, and his speed is right around virtually non-existent. He is operating on Primal instinct in this form, and does not have access to his Kidō or most of his magic.

【Phantom Tech Abilities:】
Portal Opening, he is capable of opening portal for people to a variety of different dimensions, as long as someone that touches him has been to said location or he has been to the location, when he opens a portal he can open a portal to it. His portals do NOT open to places that are usually the entrance to a dimension by others, they can either be random or chosen by him or a person touching hi when he opens the portal.
【Phantom Tech Powers:】
This technology hides his Reitsu signature always, so as long as he doesn’t use a power that is blatantly a Shinigami power, no one is able to tell that he was once a Shinigami, or even that his sword is a Zanpakutō. Only his demonic energy can be felt or read coming from him. He can extend this stealth to cover his demon energy as well but at that point he has to concentrate on it and can’t use any of his powers or abilities while stealthed. Under this only his blood family can sense him.

I'm not quite sure I understand this. What do you mean by "boosts"? Is there a way that they're activated, or something along those lines? Please be somewhat more specific with this.

【Elemental attacks:】 all Kidō he uses receives the subtype of fire/flame. All Kidō that he uses while this Shikai is active that hits opponents with a fire subtype or heat subtype of any kind would take extra damage from his Kidō beyond what they would normally take.

I'm not sure I follow your wording here. Do ALL of the Kidō that he uses get given a fire subtype? Or is just fire-based Kidō that gets a boost? Be clear please.

【Lava Golem form:】Turns into a large Lava golem whose strength and durability scores are automatically upgraded to Master ranking.

Change this. Rather than having them upgraded to a specific level, have them go up a single level or something of this sort.

【Demon Forms:】

Same as with the Lava Golem. Don't have them go up or down to a specific level. Have them move up or down via a specific variable.

I'm not sure why this was sitting here for so long, but upon request, I will be moving Seitou back into approved Shinigami for the time being as a half-breed of sorts. If there is any problem with this, feel free to address me, but I'm gonna give it the go ahead since it was accepted in the past and we already have other half-breeds on the site.
