I. Equipment Information
Spiritually Cauterized Holistic Incantations as Symbolized Markings/S.C.H.I.S.M/schisms are ready-to-use instant cast Kido, cauterized below the surface of the skin, with an appearance similar to a tattoo. Weaker than true Kido, a schism makes up for lack of power with greater utility, mainly in it’s instant casting and capability to be used even when bound by Sekkiseki (though at a drastically reduced power), since the Kido is already primed and does not require more than a pulse of Reiryoku internally to activate.
» Name: Spiritually Cauterized Holistic Incantations as Symbolized Markings/S.C.H.I.S.M/schisms
» Description: Schisms are a composite of a Kido's incantation in the form of a symbol that efficiently correlates it's spiritual flow. This symbol is then spiritually branded internally by the user, just below the outer layers of skin. If successful, the schism is able to store a percentage of Reiryoku, to be activated at a later date, in the form of the Kido it represents.
» Effect: By spiritually imprinting a schism onto oneself, the user is granted capability to instant-cast the specific Kido it corresponds to, similar to skipping the incantation when casting Kido normally. The benefit is the instant casting, and the fact that the schism stores Reiryoku, eliminating the need of exhausting the spirit as a normal casting would. The downsides are the lower level of power a schism can generate (1/3 of a normal Kido, with incantation), and that the schism can only be cast over/from the area it is branded, meaning a schism on a palm can only be cast from that palm, on a foot only from that foot, etc.

- Seki (斥, Repulse), The practitioner generates an orb of light blue energy, which not only blocks physical attacks but repels whatever strikes it.
Bakudō #81. Dankū (斷空, Splitting Void; Viz “Airtight”) A defensive wall Is created to protect against an enemy’s attack. It can stop Kidō-based attacks with power up to level 89, if the practitioner and attacker are of the same or similar level.
Hadō #1. Shō (衝, Thrust) the practitioner points at their target with their index finger, a small amount of energy is dispelled from the tip of the index finger with enough force to thrust a considerable amount of kinetic force at a target, which is pushed back a few feet from the practitioner.
Hadō #31. Shakkahō (赤火砲, Red Fire Cannon; Viz "Red Flame Cannon") The practitioner generates and fires an orb of crimson red energy on his/her palm or finger. The orb can be small, medium, or large, depending on the level of power being used. The destructive power released by the blast can vary between a simple explosion to a pillar of energy, and in both instances, the spell causes concussive as well as burn damage
The symbols for Seki are on the palm of each hand and sole of both feet.
Danku, is located directly on the ankle joint, on the top of each foot.
The symbol Sho Is carefully inlaid over the space between the first and second knuckle joint of each hand, so that with a closed his fist, the portion a punch would make contact with would have the symbol clearly visible.
Shakkaho is on each elbow.
The only Kaido symbol he has is an overly large one centered on his solar plexus, that is known to stop bleeding, but not heal the actual injury.
» Accessibility: Any being, living or not, capable of manipulating their spiritual energy is capable of using a schism, provided they know or have the requisite incantation and enough spiritual energy to power it without killing themselves. It is readily available for all Shinigami, the information disseminated on the process to create and apply each currently known symbol.
I. Additional Information
- ”SCHISM Limits”:
- A schism is a further weakened version of incantationless kido, having only 1/3 of its maximum power. There is a limit to the number of different schisms one body can handle and maintain, and a limit to the number of castings a fully charged schism can manage:
1 Full powered casting fully depletes the schism
2 half powered castings will deplete the schism fully
5 weak castings are available for Vice Captain class and above
4 weak castings are available for Lieutenants
3 weak castings are available for all below Lieutenant level
Once depleted, it takes time and focus to recharge a schism,. Below Lieutenant, the schism cannot be recharged in the same thread. Lieutenants require 4 posts to recharge, Vice captains 2, and a captain and above can recharge in 1 post, at the cost of 1/5 of their current spiritual energy for the remainder of the thread. Exceptions to all above apply for threads that are multi-hour/multi-day.
Lastly, the number of schisms one individual can have is based on their spirit. Below Lieutenant, only 5 different schisms. Lieutenants can manage 7, Vice captains 8, and Captains and above, 10. For all, the hard limit of multiples of the same schism is 5. I.e. a captain can have 10 schisms, and 5 each of those 10.
- ”Creating/Applying a SCHISM:
The process of creating a schism is simultaneously simple and incredibly complex. It begins by establishing a symbol that corresponds to the ‘flow’ of the Kido intended to be used. The symbol’s structure should maximize the flow of the users Reiryoku through it, and for those not well versed in spiritual control, without mathematical or machined assistance, this can prove a monumental task, as one small slip-up could have catastrophic results, up to loss of limb or even damage to the Reiryoku channels. Tests are conducted on standard containers to ensure safety prior to application
Once established, the incantation is carefully inlaid into the same symbol. For the last step, the individual intending to apply the schism must circulate their Reiryoku precisely into the shape of the symbol, incantation included. As the Reiryoku circulates in the shape of the symbol, the user pushes the Reiryoku to the surface of the skin, just before the Reiryoku breaks the skin. The user pushes more and more Reiryoku into the symbol, until the schism sets, the Reiryoku heating up to physically cauterize. In most cases, this is signified by the schism no longer accepting the Reiryoku, or in cases like Shizuka’s, they bottom out of Reiryoku entirely.
Of note, the symbol for a specific Kido has the same base structure for every person, but due to everyone’s individual spiritual signature, there will be slight differences. For example, if a Kido’s symbol is a star, one person may have a star’s outline, another may have a pentagram, and another still may have a stylized star, all based on the most efficient flow of that individual’s Reiryoku.

I. Equipment Information
Sekkiseki Bandages are simple cloth bandages, interwoven with ground Sekkiseki dust. While intended as an aid for a medical condition, the Sekkiseki has the added bonus of increasing the tensile strength of the bandages themselves, as well as a very minor dampening effect on the strength of Spiritually based attacks and phenomena that make contact.
» Name: Sekkiseki Bandages
» Description: A full-body covering of grey-hued, simple cloth bandages, interwoven with ground Sekkiseki dust. They were designed as a mechanism to allow Shizuka to keep his constantly leaking Reiryoku contained.
» Effect: The bandages prevent Shizuka's Reiryoku from escaping, a medical condition that resulted from his spiritual damage. While there is enough Sekkiseki woven into the bandages to halt the ambient Reiryoku escaping, it is not enough to prevent Shizuka, or any other user, from pushing their Reiryoku through in order to cast Kido, etc, though it does require more effort and use of spiritual energy than usual. They have the added benefit of reducing the efficacy of incoming spiritual attacks, such as Kido or Reiatsu, to a very minor degree, and the Sekkiseki woven into them increases the tensile strength, making it about as strong as thin leather armor.

I. Additional Information
While no one else is known to have them currently, they are readily available for anyone, as their creation is simple. In most cases, usage would be a hindrance, but the application can be used for many purposes, including, but not limited to: training in Reiryoku control and application, with increasing difficulty levels based on the amount of Sekkiseki woven in. Other applications include creating clothing that would block a spiritual signature, if one so chose to have the garments made, making the application useful for stealth missions.
Shizuka maintains a large stockpile of bandages and Sekkiseki dust, as well as pre-made bandages, in order to replace them as they wear, are damaged, or have been rendered either unsanitary or unserviceable.

Leather Chest Piece – a simple, sleeveless leather chest piece, with no additional special features.» Name: Leather Chestpiece
» Description: a simple chestpiece of thick leather, with no special characteristics. It is worn over Shizuka’s bandages and his long sleeved compression type shirt, and under all other clothing.
» Effect: This equipment is only an added piece of protection, large enough to cover vital organs. The leather is thick enough to prevent easy slicing, but is not impervious to piercing or thrusting blades, and only blunts impact of concussive force.

» Description: The unique style of Zanjutsu developed by Shizuka, tailored to his strengths and limits. There are 5 forms, referred to as Dances, and applicable techniques for each form.
» Effect: This Zanjutsu incorporates movement techniques, offensive and defensive maneuvers, and technical skills/ttechniquesmeant for utility to create a versatile and adaptive style of fighting that is tailored to Shizuka's specific strengths and skillset. The style is designed so that it can be used in hand-to-hand combat as well as swordplay.

I. Additional Information
When using ranged attacks, Shizuka relies on the Sekkiseki bandages, and has roughly a 20-foot radius of range with his arms fully extended. The bandages for his blades are wound separately from the bandages on his body, and in such a way to allow minor adjustments to trajectory based on the movements of his hands. I.e., a straight piercing throw can be altered to a slice, a throw aimed at an arm can be altered to the body, etc.
- ”Dervish Forms:
Before being able to use a Dance, he must first establish a battle rhythm- a pace at which his body and movements will synergize with the target. Failure to establish a battle rhythm results in weakened or entirely unusable Dance forms. A battle rhythm takes five non-consecutive combat posts to establish, or three consecutive combat posts, per thread.- ”First Dance – Spider’s Waltz:
Characterized by fast turns, spins, and short, controlled steps, this technique is most effective when the target is in an open space, allowing Shizuka better movement around them to attack. Utilized at mid-range, about 5-10 feet from the target, the goal is to distract by an onslaught of throws, aiming to strike if possible, but mainly maneuvering to intercept each blade back in his hand while in flight, so that the bandages stay adrift around the target. Once appropriately encircled, Shizuka then draws the bandages taught, aiming to ensnare, entangle, or otherwise incapacitate the target either fully, or by targeted limbs. The modified version of this Dance is for melee range, where Shizuka forgoes ensnaring and aims for consecutive and rapid attacks.
- ”Second Dance – Serpent’s Merengue:
Strictly a movement technique, this uses exaggerated footwork movements of traditional Merengue, especially the drag leg movements. Shizuka utilizes this Dance to close with the target. The largest and most notable movements are in the legs and arms, while the core stays tightened. By taking the principles of Shunpo – covering the maximum distance with the fewest steps possible – Shizuka moves in an erratic weaving pattern to narrow the space between himself and the target, before he moves into another Dance to engage.
- ”Third Dance – Jaguar’s Capoiera”:
- This Dance is an offensive one that aims to overwhelm the target with continued fluid motion, one movement feeding into the next and each response to the target’s actions dictating the next move in the spur of the moment.
- ”Fourth Dance – Octopus’ Trance:
This is a combination movement and defensive Dance, typically used to aid in Shizuka subconsciously learning the patterns and movements of a target that outclasses him, by entering into a trancelike state. It is characterized and made possible due to Shi’s heightened kinesthesia, moving just enough for attacks to slide by, mere millimeters from actual contact. The danger in this technique is the closeness Shizuka has to come to actually being hit. Severe damage and contact takes him out of the trance and his battle rhythm, forcing him to reestablish a battle rhythm in order to utilize his Dance forms effectively again. It takes 3 consecutive combat related posts to consider this Dance ‘complete’.
- ”Fifth Dance – Crow’s Rave:
This Dance is only able to be used after the Fourth Dance has been completed. After completion of the Octopus’ Trance, Still maintaining a battle trance, Shi abandons almost all defensive measures, instead opting for pure aggression and attack, as fast and as hard as possible, while blending the previous Dances together seamlessly, to the point the target would feel as if they’re being attacked by a full murder of crows, much as the namesake suggests. This is a last resort technique, as it draws out all remaining strength Shizuka has, and rapidly saps his stamina. He is limited to only two minutes (approximately two posts) of full capacity usage. After two minutes, if he tries to maintain the technique, he maintains his speed and ferocity, but his strength is halved from Its standard strength (i.e. half as strong as he would be without the enhancement) during the third post, and all capabilities continue to halve, to include speed, for each consecutive post, up to 5 total posts. After a fifth post of usage, Shizuka’s body fails him, and he is rendered completely immobile and/or unconscious.

» Description: Provides a mechanism for blind or sightless individuals to visualize their surroundings using spiritual energy.
» Effect: Using fine-tuned Spiritual control, the user expands a sphere around themselves with fast pulses of spiritual energy then pulls those pulses of energy back into their spirit once they reach a certain range, based on their spiritual power, and they repeat this process of pulse and reabsorb. This creates an unbroken cycle, with an approximate millisecond delay, of spiritual energy that surrounds the user. When objects or persons enter into the control range of the technique, the spiritual ‘waves' break against them, creating an imprint of the approximate size, shape, distance, etc of the object, allowing the user to identify what, where, and, in familiar cases, who is within their control range.

The initial use of this technique can prove taxing, but eventually one can learn to minimize the amount of spiritual energy going into it, making the pulse-reabsorption almost negligible in terms utilizing the spirit.

There was a flash of realization as Akira’s confidence dropped drastically as the golden hues saw the build of reiatsu, a Cero whose damage was almost incomprehensible for most that weren’t privy to it. If this was a higher Hadō, a clash would be reasonable. It was not though. The flash of yellow was interrupted, left hand coming down as each digit spread, sweat dripping his body and nerves on fire as witnessing reality warp around the ball of cerulean was horrifying. It was overwhelming, a brutal surge that easily tore up earth and tree alike.

He uttered swiftly as a rectangle manifested before him, letting the Gran Rey Cero slam into it with the ensuing explosion violently surrounding the area. It was a notable surge of reiatsu, a consistent wave of energy the rushed around the barrier to still cause effects on each arm as sleeve and flesh alike was burnt, ground beneath his feet torn asunder as he relied heavily during this defensive move to utter an incantation, letting the brutal noise be a hopeful buffer.

"Nargh! F-Fuck! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! On the wall of blue flame, inscribe a twin lotus. In the abyss of conflagration, wait at the far heavens.”
This uproar of debri easily causes several stones to embed in flesh, scratches and smaller trickles littering the body. If it wasn’t for his proficiency in Kido, this situation would have been fatal. Her skill in Cero was without a doubt, terrifying.
Each digit came together, finalizing the incantation and launching it through his own Danku as he allowed it to pass and falter, thick smog being used to conceal the oncoming Hadō: 71 Soren Saktsui, altering this Kido a little to compensate for regeneration, focusing on these blue flames to cause a temporary minute incineration. Essentially hoping to halt any major regeneration from the effected areas.
These blue streams, a pair came to impact before reaching Priscilla and hit one another, detonating in a violent wave of blue flame, aiming to let this V like cone of raw fiery sapphire to coat the Arrancar and deal a bit of lasting damage back. Each foot came to the ground, well, what was left of it eventually as the zanpaktou immediately returned to the holster. If this transaction was anything to go by, a fight based on Cero and Kido they were evenly matched, or so it seemed the way.
If he was released, she would do so. This was a shit situation.

A Deeper Perspective [Open]
Mental control... That was what she deduced to be the most likely method of control, which meant stopping their movement or disrupting it was going to be significantly more difficult than Shura had hoped. Additionally while the injuries weren't life threatening let alone crippling, their multitude proved to be more than enough to compensate for it. Sure she'd unleashed her Kido, but Shura's body was left with enough cuts as to be clearly visible and not only be more than simply superficial but painful as well... like thousands of tiny papercuts all over her body. It was a type of pain that wasn't like the norm for combat.
However, expert as always in the arts of Kido Mizu utilized it to block the binding kido, however when the shards moved to form what seemed like a tunnel towards her her eyes began to narrow. When she realized what was coming, her time to react was short... and admittedly she wasn't entirely sure if she could dodge without getting at least clipped by the Hadō. So rather than make the attempt to dodge, Shura waited... until she was sure that Mizu's vision of her was obscured by the release of her Kido. She knew if she didn't there was a chance that not only could those watching from beyond the barrier notice, but MIzu would likely notice as well. She had to be precise about her timing, the smallest delay would result in her still being clipped... while speaking it too quickly would give the chance for others to notice the casting. Either way she knew that Mizu would more than likely know something was up by the end of things. "Seal the Void, Bakudo no Hachijyuichi, Danku"
So as Shura spoke the words, the thin, almost transparent barrier rapidly formed in front of her, taking the blow and causing the two kido's to clash in a rather violent way. However before the smoke and dust would settle the Danku was dismissed, allowing Shura to be revealed with her left arm raised in front of her and clearly freshly charred. Shura was... delayed in her formation of the Danku. She hoped at the very least that the delay would make it more difficult to realize what she'd done given their distance, though her arm had taken quite the blow in the process. It was becoming increasingly more clear that, in a match up against Mizu's Kido... Shura would either have to expose herself... or resort to more... drastic measures. Strangely enough, Hakaishin was silent. He normally chimed in at this point, urging her forward... and yet he was quiet... no matter.
Shura stretched out her charred left arm to the side, gripping tightly one of the two battle axes, her right arm beginning to spin the other around its chain. For the first few moments there was a strange, almost eerie calm that resonated between the two before... an explosion of power.

Raijin no Tsuyosa to Hayasa (Thunder God’s Might and Speed) – Due to her sole focus on Zanjtusu and Hoho during her time at the academy when she left she was considered to have no equal within the academy.
Raijin no Tsume (Thunder God’s Claw) – Shura channels her Reiatsu directly into her Zanpakuto, causing it to ignore air resistance and swing with significantly greater speed and force, able to cut through things that she would normally be unable to even damage. When she uses this technique, a loud roar can be heard emanating from her Zanpakuto, causing shockwaves to reverberate outwards that can sometimes knock lesser opponents within ten meters to the ground.
Tenbatsu (Divine Retribution) – Shura’s penultimate technique, infusing her Axe blades directly with her Reiatsu to give them an explosive increase in cutting potency, allowing them to cut through even the most durable of objects like a heated knife through melted butter. This consumes a large amount of her Reiatsu and as a result can only be used once and lasts for 3 posts

She had to admit... she wasn't expecting Koizumi to deflect a full incantation Rikujōkōrō, however that didn't mean it surprised her that she did. However what she did next DID surprise her. Though she couldn't see exactly what Koizumi had done, it wasn't hard to tell what effect it had. To reverse the direction of a kido such as Sōren Sōkatsui was a feat Shura hadn't seen nor even heard of being done! For which she had but a single response "Seal the Void; Bakudo Hachijyuichi, Danku." Collateral be damned, she'd deal with whatever consequences Kanae had for the destruction wrought later.
The Danku was assured to keep Shura safe from the reversed Hadō, though it had a twin effect of obscuring her view of Koizumi as well as at a minimum knocking most of the would-be watchers aside and causing no small amount of damage to he surrounding area of he training arena itself. The lack of vision posed a two-pronged issue for Shura, not only could she not tell what Shishiyuki was planning next, it also made any further Kido near impossible to accurately place.
Any incantation she would use would have to be short as a result if she wished to use a Kido with full power, and that was only if she wished to ensure it'd be able to be released in time. So rather than waste time with an incantation she had to try and predict what Shishiyuki would do, which was difficult even under the best circumstances. So rather than attempt another Kido, Shura took the chance while the two Kido clashed to move backwards about ten feet, to hopefully give herself a bit of extra time to react.

Shura's eyes narrowed, though not because her attack was blocked... But because this thing continued acting high and mighty! However her eyes opened rather quickly as she felt the energy well within the blade, causing her to almost immediately use her Shunpo to move directly away as the wave erupted from the blade itself. This didn't render her unscathed however, and burn marks across her face and the burned sleeves of her Shihakosho and arms made that evident.
"That... That attack..." She thought to herself, before noticing that her ally was still within point blank range! Her arm reached forth, grasping the chain that connected the two axes and whipping it to the left, causing the chain to snap the axe that had been first blocked back into a secondary side sweep towards the hollow. It was, admittedly, more of an attempt to give Lerna a chance to escape rather than do any meaningful damage at the moment.
This... however... was not what made Shura's thought process kick into overdrive... No it was the proximity of those six orbs. She knew she could survive the blast, she hoped her ally could... but she knew neither could escape the blast radius before they were set off. As she yanked on the chain once more, this time to recall the blade she knew she had to think quickly about her next move. "Take your Will and shove it up your ass!" Shura cried out. She didn't want to do this... She really REALLY didn't want too. But there were few around that would notice such a quick casting... Only the hollow and Lerna.
She had the chance while he was stationary and concentrated, and so words she never thought would leave her lips, words she'd never speak aloud near most anyone...

An unknown to most even within the Gotei, Shura had always despised Kido... thought it was for those who could not hold their own... maybe she was still right about that. However she knew that such an attack, if it hit her, would be devastating. However behind her protective shield she wasn't stationary. She'd already revealed her first kido.
"By celestial might, eight voids of twilight enclose, with the ninth abyss to bind thy soul, Bakudo #79, Kuyō Shibari!"
As she finished the spell casting, eight black holes would begin appearing around Metatron, before a ninth one would form and finish the entrapment, aiming to paralyze and hold the hollow in place.

Raijin no Tsume (Thunder God’s Claw) – Shura channels her Reiatsu directly into her Zanpakuto, causing it to ignore air resistance and swing with significantly greater speed and force, able to cut through things that she would normally be unable to even damage. When she uses this technique, a loud roar can be heard emanating from her Zanpakuto, causing shockwaves to reverberate outwards that can sometimes knock lesser opponents within ten meters to the ground.
Bakudō #79. Kuyō Shibari (九曜縛, Nine Sunlight Traps; Viz "Nine Sun Bind") - The practitioner creates eight black holes with purple outlines which emit spiritual energy in the space surrounding the target, with the ninth black hole manifesting itself in the center of the target's chest, with the intention of immobilizing the target.

Bakudō #81. Dankū (斷空, Splitting Void; Viz "Airtight") - A defensive wall is created to protect against an enemy's attack. The practitioner creates a translucent barrier in the form of a large rectangular wall. According to 6th Division Captain Byakuya Kuchiki, it can stop Kidō-based attacks with power up to level 89, which is proven when Sōsuke Aizen uses it to block Tessai Tsukabishi's Hadō #88. "What the--?", Tento said seeing it now. A figure cloaked in darkness blocking a path as he walked through it. Nothing visible from them besides one thing.
The figure spoke nothing in response to Tento's exclamation. Their form and frame skin cloaked in a dark abyss around any glimpse of a shape. The only true identification was Tento's unnamed Zanpakuto in hand. In a sudden motion it LUNGED!! Snapping in front of Tento bringing the blade in closer. The living glow of its reflections in the darkness now a haunting call. With the walks of the lifeless mountain closing in it felt like the darkness of this place was expanding and closing in at an ice cold skin chilling pace. The void eyes staring into Tento's brown gaze. Wide eyed, his pupils expanding out.
But how well would a cornered light shine against the infinite darkness?
Tento was an unrefined warrior. Flawed in his way of lack of experience and mettle. He wasn't as smart as some of his friends. Not as strong as some of his comrades. No bankai to be a trump card let alone a shikai. Always on the backfoot, always an uphill grind and battle..
He wasn't alone though. Each test and challenge in the line of duty was connected in cooperation and determination. No man or woman had to suffer in the gears of duty alone. No one sword had to be swung to contest the shadows of evil. That was what he held onto, his faith. Will and determination to stand and be there, up front or side by side.
A sense of humanity. But even that. With the blade clashing with his and the images of his comrades dead or fleeing from the sight of him.

Tento's body simply stood there in the afterglow of his body's sudden transformation. The only sound of a life being coming from the shell of a masked vessel. A low grueling, "graaaaaah". With a shift of a head the spiked head tilted to the left side. The being gazed up at the clash of the two beings overhead, Arrancar and Shinigami. A release of power from both that was truly haunting as well as suffocating. Their energies acting as if they were vacuums sucking up the oxygen in the environment.
With the flying pylons buzzing and shifting in what looked like unmotioned swiftness. The ring behind Kizuna's back overflowed with power. A cero shot forward from her fingertip, power quaking due to her transformation, doubling up by the massive strange coil ring. The size and energy output growing to the size of a meteor in comparison to its previous size. That was the main draw appetizing the black clothed body, but those two pylons firing off Gran Rey Cero was a delicious thing.
In a sudden motion, Tento's body shunpoed forward, flying forward towards the oncoming Ceroes. By this point if it was obvious, the Shinigami or Quincy at the site had fled. Those who had long done so retreated safely booking it into double time. Others who stayed to aid in handling the withering numbers of smaller hollows that were out of the hole and not decimated by Kizuna's careless cero barrage were now turning to run away. Those were the lucky ones. The few that were by Tento's location were much too injured to move. At least by themselves. Most laid helpless with no one able to help, others few in number, were lucky enough to get carried away in a last ditch attempt.
In a twisted voice of words that sounded nothing like Tento's, a defensive wall was created. Expanding and stretching to cover the full width of the oncoming Ceros as best as possible. The translucent barrier of Bakudō #81 Dankū shined with the fierce increased empowerment of Tento's hollowification and concentrated kido spell knowledge. Desperation and determination felt in every fiber of the large rectangular wall.
The shreds of his humanity present. Tento wished and wished to keep the people below him safe. In a daze Tento felt his mouth open, a crimson red cer9 charged in front of his mouth as he waited. Instincts knowing that in the first clash the ceros would break through that kido barrier most likely, but would be reduced at least.
And it did.
When the collision of ceros burst through it would be met by an ear piercing shirking roar as the red cero was unleashed. Novice but shaking the air as it fired off to clash and explode against Kizuna's attack.
Through the smoke the hollowfied form would continue to move. Coming in after J' Crescent sword strike in few number of shunpos. Grabbing one of the pylons aimed at the closing in battle in a growl before attempting to move and slam it into the other. All before bringing the black steel turned Zanpakuto against the angels' tools of fire. If these annoyances where found to be slowed in their usefulness, the black clothed hollow would turn towards Kizuna and J before charging forward, exerting a fierce energy as it moved to extend its blade in a stab to Kizuna's leg calf.

The last shreds of his humanity were fading. Falling into the well of sleep as his eyes wavered and hung. Tentos body was covered in residue from his tussle. His shinigami uniform was shredded to pieces. Breath ragged like his spirit. His eyes trained on the form. Pieces of its body reflecting his as it seemed they were of equal skill but superior ferocity. The slashes of its body were strange as each shit grew a spark of light. But each spark of light seemed to make it…different. It's physically growing as if a natural adaptation. Storring the blows and turning it to fuel. It may have been initially more bruised…this felt like a losing battle to Tento.
It was more than a battle to the death. It was…. It was… exhausting. Like the longest marathon sprint under dehydration. Barefooted on hot metal and broken shards of grass. Over and over being performed, stretching over a vast distance with no ending in sight.
In a flash the darkness moved. Stabbing Tento's gut. The full length of its…his, Zanpakuto piercing through his form. "Hehehe", the voice finally spoke. The dark ether sliding off its body to finally move. Touching Tento's body and covering in an emptiness. With a crimson red gaze their eyes met Tento. A blue pitch black leathered skinned man. The obsidian black covering of his full body makes it hard to tell if he has hair or not. His mouth agape as his chuckled, his ganged and razor sharp teeth out as if they were waiting to eat. "Finally finally you stubborn bastard I got you. All of these years you've been keeping me pushed down here. But no more. I. Will be free, and I will rule you. SO JUST WATCH". The black shadows grew. Moving from the tips of his toes and fingers to his arms and legs. Expanding slowly to his torso, neck, and head even until there was only his right eye left uncovered.

Tento's hand shot forward, grabbing the hilt of the blade in his hand. A subtle shake and whirl of wind felt behind him. All before the mountain surrounding themselves shook and quaked. "Who…the hell….DO YOU THINK I AM!?!?!?!", Tento roared, the grip held tight on the hilt. The unnamed hollow trying to pull the blade from its target but found, that it was not moving one bit. The creaking of rocks moved as steps were heard before soulful roar and fear would be heard.

Even as bone-chilling cold bit at her extremities, threatening to sap her will to fight on, Mizu stood like a guardian shepherd protecting her flock. She felt more confident about their chances upon Solomon's removal of his Sanrei Glove, which she understood to mean he would use power beyond his normal limits through his Letzt Stil transformation. Side by side, she could be humanity's shield while Solomon strikes at Criella as its sword.
What is a sword and shield against a tsunami? Mizu could do nothing as she watched the many frozen energy spheres their enemy had littered across the battlefield converge on Solomon, as the Arrancar woman was already making a move against her as well. Mizu's eyes widened as the words Cero Oscuras floated through the blizzard like a warning of death upon the wind. Only one choice!
As the pitch black energy surged towards her, Mizu dropped to a knee and pressed her hands to the ground before saying "Bakudō #81: Dankū!" These words passed her lips and immediately summoned a large translucent wall in front of her said to be able to guard against Hadō even up to number 89. Yet as Cirella's Cero Oscuras crashed into it like a mighty tidal wave against the rocks, Mizu could sense her creation shaking and struggling against it. Fearing it would shatter as cracks grew from small to larger across it, she quickly commanded all the shards of her Shikai to bolster the Dankū and create a stronger bulwark against Criella's assault. Even with this enhancement eventually the first wall eroded enough for the whole thing to shatter in a final explosion of ebony energy and purple crystal.
Though it cost more energy and power than she wanted to dedicate to a simple defense, the final dispersal of Criella's attack signified her success. Neither she nor her the humans behind her had succumbed to their enemy. Not yet, at least! No, not ever! Knowing they could waste no time recovering, Mizu immediately went on the offensive. She stood up and extended her right arm with her open-palmed hand aimed directly at the source of the Cero Oscuras. Her left hand shot up and gripped her right forearm to provide support for the coming attack before she shouted into the storm:
"Hadō #88: Hiryū Gekizoku Shinten Raihō - Apply Fire!"
As its name would suggest, from Mizu's palm burst forth a huge cannon of energy, but instead of its typical blue hued electrical power it was now a surging blast of flames. It rocketed towards Criella at a great speed, incinerating a path through the blizzard like a lighthouse in a storm signalling safe haven; though instead of safety, this spell signified coming doom for the ice witch.

Mizu was unperturbed by Ulquiorra's words, taking them more as a taunt than a serious analysis. A person's convictions can't be boiled down to as little as the Arrancar was trying to do, to Mizu. She remained confident in her intentions and was willing to do whatever it takes to see them through. "Think what you want, Arrancar! A Shinigami's duties are to the Gotei United and Soul Society, and today that means defeating you no matter what. I'll show you and everyone here what Shinigami means!"
Sensing the power behind Ulquiorra's Cero, she knew it was a mighty attack regardless of an absence of killing intent. Before it could reach her Mizu held her left hand aloft and shouted "Bakudō #81: Dankū!" This spell created a translucent wall many times her own size between herself and Ulquiorra's energy blast, defending against it without shattering. At the same time she sensed the sudden disappearance of her Arrancar foe and, quicker than she could react, felt pain in her chest as the woman's leg connected with her ribs.
Having now been in dozens of real-world battles, many of which involved her being pushed to and past the brink, Mizu was developing patterns she had recently begun noticing. One of these patterns caused her to, with every bit of speed she could muster, latch onto Ulquiorra's leg and hold on tight despite the pulsing pain in her chest almost assuredly from a bruised rib. That same pattern than caused her to speak words before her mind had even formed a plan "Hadō #63: Raikōhō!" Instead of firing a lightning bolt, her instinctively-cast spell would explode in a wide blast of electrified spiritual energy, enveloping both of them in it's ire as it did.

AYASEGAWA YUMICHIKA
She was advancing but Yumichika lowered his sword and gave a smile. Time to dazzle them with his brilliance, an unexpected twist to the climactic fight. Something that would really put her in a pickle now that she'd charged him with so much commitment.
"I forfeit."
He said with a sneer, she had used such a tremendous release and Yumichika had no intention to let her showcase any of what it did. Based on intel, it was a very crude release which burned its user out too quickly to allow for much fancy. Potent but simple based on the data of the Research and Development sector all those years ago. Thanks Ishida.
Just for good measure, he raised his hand as he forfeit. A transluscent barrier coming between them to protect him from harm and to let her unceremoniously crash into the barrier before him like a dunce, given her current release he doubted that it would perfectly repel her unless she had already begun to stop her offence. He knew how to lose elegantly and humilating his opponent was always a treat.
"Bakudō #81. Dankū. Thank you for the match old lady, we should do it again sometime. Perhaps I might even win in that bout."
He said with a cheerful bow. Good sportsmanship for anyone too far away to hear his words but from afar he was politely bowing to his opponent after a good fight. For them, it was laced with sly mocking.
