Watch the Sky's (Stella/Asta)
Sat Mar 30, 2024 7:38 am
Stella would be walking along a trail she had found outside a rural Japanese town. So far her trip had been been pretty good and she had the opportunity to hang out with Veralia a little bit. Now she was doing the more calm and adventurous stuff. She always wanted to go to Japan, so right now she was taking the advantage. She would be walking down the trail in a red track suit as she would try to make sure to keep her eyes open. There were more hollows here than ij Germsny or the city o

Japan wasn't as hurt by hollow attacks, Shinigami. However peculiar their ideology seemed to be, hanged around quite often, and many Quincies, independant or with the Vandenreich visited it often, providing protection from Hollows. This, however, was not the case for outskirts of Japan, lack of manpower to spread across the whole continent was one thing, but also the fact that Hollows loved attacking more urban places, with a lot more tasty souls hanging around, creating a double-edged sword.
If you are in isolated place, there will be considerably less chance of a Hollow incursion or sighting, or attack at all. But if there is, then you are on your own.
Yet, as Stella calmly walked around, she could feel a wind breeze sharply against her, weird... Usually it isn't that windy. Though, a shadow is cast down on the ground, in a shape of a bird... Yet, something is weird, that is... One enormous looking bird. Upon looking up, however. Stella would realize that it wasn't just a bird, but a Hollow, a giant raven Hollow!
It lets out a howl, though, either ignores or simply flies too high above Stella, and into the distance, into a small abandoned hamlet, sitting down upon one of it's roofs.

Stella would shiver slightly as the howl of a hollow to this day gave her the creeps. As she would continue walking she would see the small village as she would pick up the pace slightly. Not wanting to reveal all of her techniques just in case this turns out to be a fight shw would move quickly towards the small village. It appeared abandoned but homeless people could easily stay out here. As she would approach the entrance she would keep an eye on the hollow deciding to see if it could talk.
"Are you able to speak?"

That human was different to Asta, they contained a considerable amount of energy in them, which made the hollow drool slightly, yet, they held back. Simply letting out a screeching caw and and backing off ever so slightly.
"...You! What you are doing here?"
She angrily queried, it seemed rather agitated, watching for any hostility.
"Friend, or foe?"
She asks once again, judging by it's stance - a predator about to leap at it's prey, yet held back by what Stella can recognize as glint of intelligence and sentience behind those eyes.

"If you don't lunge at me we could be acquaintances. I wanted to see if you could talk, because if you were just driven by instinct I would have had to exercise you. However, it seems like you can think and speak so what are you doing here?"
Stella would ask as she wouldn't let her guard down quite yet. The way the hollow was sitting made it look as those she was going to pounce at any moment. So, Stella would look at the creatue as she would wait for it to speak back. Hoping the answer wasn't to consume but she had a feeling that's what it was. she wasn't talking to an arancar.

"I'm hungry.."
The hollow explained, clutching their talons while looking at Stella. Despite the fact it did appear to be friendly, even if jumpy, the Hollow was... Malnourished. It needed sustenance. And it just so happened that Stella had quite the tasty one than the average human. Still, using what little willpower it had, Asta tried to hold herself from simply lunging at the Quincy.
"And lonely."
The very aspect of her death, so lonely, yet too repelled by the bigger cities, or rather, the security measures they had.

"Ah, so I suppose you came looking for a meal? Isn't it a thing that hollows eat smaller hollows in hueco Mundo? I don't know much about it, but I would figure that would be easier than risking the world of the living isn't it?
Stella would ask genuinely. She stil had her guard up as she didn't want to risk it. The hollow admitted to being hungry, and she wasn't prepared to become hollow food just yet. She waited for the response as she would keep a look up at the bird.
