What's a Wish?

The Wishes, simply put, are a broad reward that is not defined by any specifics. A Wish is a unique, personalized reward that can be used for nearly any request, though it still must be approved by staff. Because it is intended as a reward for contributions to the site that the community has agreed on, Wishes often bypass many of the typical requirements or limitations on a character, upgrade, or other request. However, they are still subject to staff discretion, and should not be assumed to allow anything to happen.

Formerly, Wishes were exclusively won by winning an Of the Year award. However, as of 2022, members can also win a Wish by winning four Of the Season awards. It should be noted that these awards do not overlap; that is to say, winning in multiple categories during a single Of the Year or Of the Season does not mean one gets multiple Wishes or pieces toward a Wish.
