  • Reasons For Upgrading: Nami recently went up against Tsubasa in the Australian war, as a result, she lost a portion of her power in her fight. Due to this fight, it put a strain on her body and pushed her to the point of becoming unstable when constantly in her normal form. Now having a seal placed on her body, Nami has limited powers whilst being sealed by her demonic magics. I believe that her fight against Tsubasa, along with the sacrificing of her final form to concentrate her power more(which is 0-2+), warrants her for an upgrade.

    What Are You Upgrading: To push Nami's unsealed self to a constant 0-2 or 0-2+, whatever you, the checker, wishes.

I think she honestly deserves 0-2++ after that performance. Therefore, I will give here that tier for her unsealed state. You'll need to link to this approval thread and I'll move it in accepted power upgrades after this post.
