PERSONALITY SECTION

- Personality:

Neutral - While being very devoted, Lucius is a rather neutral person by himself. He doesn't judge by what people think is good, he rather judges think by how they seem right. Not everything that is good-willed brings good results. Give a man in the slums a lot of money and he will be a target. Instead of making the life of his longer you just quicken his death. And we're not finished there. The one who hunted this man down will take it. Probably he even had followers who will war among eachother for the money and end up in easy target for the next one. The actions will echoe through the place. This is ONLY an example of why not everything that seems good is also good. Lucius wasn't always know as a man of balance but after being on both sides he realized the flaws in only taking one side.

Open - Ignorance was a part of him but is no longer. Lucius, instead, is a rather open man. He can listen to reason with the condition that he is listened to aswell. As open as he is, his patience always was known to be short in time. But that doesn't just affect listening to others, it also affects the way he views other races than just quincy. Pure-blood or mixed-blood doesn't matter for the Quincy at all.. and he doesn't mind other races for as long as they are not hostile to him or his morale. The trashing of ignorance is what also allowed him new views. He started to take hostiles as prisoners instead of killing them, sometimes, which has allowed him some research.

Self-Control - Lucius can control his emotions very well. He doesn't fall to anger too quickly or hopes for the best too soon. He preffers thinking with reason over emotion, while not throwing away the perks of the power strong emotions like anger, fear, regret, love or hate can give. It's just that devoting yourself too much into emotions will lead to insanity, which will lead to blindness, which will finally lead to death. However the amount of self-control can somehow make Lucius seem like a really.. cruel person. His rather in-human experiments proove that point. Playing with the mind of his subjects, breaking them.. in the worst case even torturing them to see how they react to how much pain. It's something that requires a calm mind as anything else leads to death or failure.

Devoted - While being neutral, Lucius is very loyal. He will obey the orders of the Emperor to almost no limit. Probably the only things that he would refuse to do are breaking up his research or killing himself. Also he would hardly ever betray anyone he feels close to, so he is also kind of a good friend.

Pervert - Girls, boobies and nude bodies are part of his interests and thus he kinda seems like a pervert. Well, he is. A girl undressing? At least expect him to peek. A good looking girl could convince Lucius way easier than any male could. Doesn't mean that she will for 100% though. Generally Lucius was that way as a teenager, changed when he met love. Though after her death, he realized that a life alone may be for his better.

Cheerful - As expected Lucius is not limited to a stoic behaviour just becuase of his self-control. Actually he generally is more of a cheerful person instead of a stoic.. almost nihilistic.. person. Knows how to take or make a joke, loves to provoker others. Just the usual human behaviour. It's not only to just mask his existence as a Quincy from most of the world, as he would hate everyone knowing, it also is to actually enjoy life. Depression and emptiness.. some persons may be able to live that way but Lucius definitely is not one of these. He hates being bored or depressed to be honest and he would rather be sad than feel empty.

Hateful (rare) - It is not of matter how good someone can control himself. Everyone who feels at least also has this point where this "self-control" just doesn't play anymore and they fall for their feelings. Especially those who carry a lot of hate hidden in their inside with them are fragile. But what does he hate? Why does he hate? Traitors, Murderers, Terrorists.. the kind of scum that everyone hates of course. But what made him so hateful deep inside his heart are the monsters that have taken away his love. Hollows. He is also suspicious that her death was not just coincidence.

Masked - Lucius is pretty good at masking his feelings. Saying that he is merciless and emotionless would not be the truth. While he can seem so, due to his self-control, he most of times masks his feelings. He may act like he wouldn't care but he is still human and thus he still feels. In his researches with living beings he can literally see the terror in the eyes of those who have them, he can hear the pain they feel, the wishes they make. The only way to stop himself from breaking is by masking his feelings and like.. turn them off like a light bulb.

HUMAN SKILLS INFO

- Human Skills:

Mind Blockade - Lucius is able to block his thoughts as he wishes which can stop people from readin his intentions. How does he do so? Well, he usually counts numbers, plays cards in his mind or generally concentrates on a thought so hard that it is hard to get through it. Figuring what he is thinking might get almost impossible. Actually you have to be able to read personalities by nature in order to see a little bit through him. However mind manipulation, be it by reiatsu or just usual hypnosis, might get really tough as he is very resistent to such things. It also helps him to mask his feelings to a momentum where he can even turn them off almost completely.

Kendo Training - Very unusual for a Quincy that instead of practicing Marksmanship, Lucius actually focused on the way of the sword. While of course Lucius may not be a fool and miss every Heilig Pfeil he shoots, but you can't call him much of a marksman to be honest. He knows various styles of how to wield a sword as he has been growing up with it. If he wanted to, he could even dual wield. However as most of people, he preffer so only use one sword. While 2 swords may beat one in offense, but offer less mobility and defense.

Eiserner Wille - Literally meaning "Will of Iron" is a word that would describe a individual with very strong willpower. Generally Lucius is kinda known for having "one hell of a stamina" as he is able to stand up even after the hardest blows. It's not only his confidence but also his emotions that can sometimes drive him to always stand up again. While he, as everyone else, has his limits, defeating Lucius can proove at least a bit time consuming. However this also has it's downside. While most of this willpower comes from emotions like hate and the will to protect. And letting these emotions roam in order to continue the fight can at times make Lucius loose control of himself, making him very vulnerable due to lowering defenses and raising his offense.

QUINCY SKILLS

Reishi Control: Much like original powers that are different to each and every Quincy. For example one has the power to change form and gain the ability and appearance to fight his target, while other that can change his appearance, but only is able to copy his target memory and personalty. One own control over reishi can also account for how many arrows they can fire at once, as well how much Reishi they can use at once, also controls there use of Hirenkyaku. The more powerful a Quincy is in this trait, the more powerful there arrows and ability are. Original powers created from reishi control are known as "Zet to". As Lucius uses his original power "Heilig Flamme" he has trained his Reishi control well and while not using Heilig Pfeil a lot he can still release a good amount of Reishi, though he tries to keep it low until he goes serious.

Shadows: Using "Shadows", A Quincy can disappear and use a form of teleportation that allows them to quickly leave a place, reappearing almost instantly in another. However, this skill was thought to be limited to those of the old style Quincy. However Modern age Quincy are known to be able to perform this

Heilig Pfeil (Holy Arrows) are the primary attack used by Quincy. It is basically the same as an average arrow, but if the arrows are shot continuously they will eventually injure the wielders hands. The arrows can be created by collecting Reishi, absorbing Reiryoku from an opponent or gathering spirit energy, giving the Quincy many ways to form their bow and arrow. The power of the arrows vary in power and size, while some arrows are more powerful than others, for every quincy it is different, and normally comes down to skill, since the total amount of Arrow’s fired also showcases the amount of skill, while those who use only a few arrows at a time have more of a impact than others. Depending on what one spirit weapon is, the Arrow shape can change, as if one was a blade, then the arrows fired would appear as blades.

Aufladen (German for "Charge"): Since Lucius is not the biggest fan of using glowing bows (his spirit weapon isn't even a bow) he has created a technique that will allow him to charge small items like rings, keys or glasses (just examples) with reishi. That way Lucius could create a Heilig Pfeil and literally shoot it out with a simple accessoire item. However this version of Heilig Pfeil could proove weaker than actual Heilig Pfeil shot out from an actual Quincy Bow, especially since Lucius is not the most talented Quincy at shooting Heilig Pfeil.

Heilig Flamme (German for "Holy Flame"): An ability unique to Lucius and it may only be teached by him as it is a technique that he has created. Heilig Flamme is something that melee fighters would have more of a benefit from. It works similar to Heilig Pfeil just that Lucius uses Reishi to ignite something that he touches. It will create fire in a similar colour to Heilig Pfeil, which would be blue. Sometimes named "the cold fire" as the colour blue represents the cold. Be not mistaken, as Heilig Flamme is just as effective as normal fire to human beings. However in spiritual worlds, where everything is made out of reishi, and to spirits as Heilig Flamme will feed on Reishi, thus remaining until either extinguished or until there is no reishi to feed on anymore. If the flame is not fed reishi it will just hold up as much as normal fire would. Another option to keep the flame alive is by being in contact with it. Familiar Reiryoku (the Reiryoku of the one who created the fire) will make it burn continiously. Also by Reishi Control he can control the flames in order to let them move to a certain direction. That way he can raise the range of his Heilig Flamme, though he can't ignite an area outside of body-contact; he can only make the fire move. While being a very useful technique, offering good offense and defense, it is very dangerous to the user himself, as he may set himself in flames otherwise. However by using "Kalt Blut" this technique can show it's fullest potential in a pretty destructive way.

Hirenkyaku: An advanced Quincy moving technique. It allows for high speed movements by riding on the flow of reishi created below the user's feet. To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most Arrancar and Shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances. Mayuri compliments Uryū on being able to use this technique at such a young age, suggesting that it is difficult to master. Hirenkyaku enables Quincies to keep up with, and overpower faster opponents depending on the user's skill. The use of this technique aided Uryū as he defeated a seated Shinigami officer, a Números Arrancar, and even a Privaron Espada in combat. However, there is apparently more use for the technique than simply moving quickly. Upon entering Hueco Mundo through the Garganta, Ichigo Kurosaki and Chad noticed that Uryū apparently had a platform of reishi under his feet. Ichigo and Sado had trouble controlling their reiatsu on the path they were given, while he used an instance of Hirenkyaku in order to make his own individual platform. Later on Uryū used the technique to elevate himself and Orihime Inoue through the hole Ulquiorra Cifer created in the artificial sky, and above the dome of Las Noches. He reveals that he only recently realized he could use the technique outside Garganta, and in Hueco Mundo itself, halfway to Las Noches. He also laments the fact that if he had known sooner, he might have been of some use on the battlefield. It is currently unknown if Ishida, or any other Quincy, can use this variation of Hirenkyaku outside of Hueco Mundo, within Soul Society, or the Human World. Depending on one skill with it, can show how long they can use this before tiring out.

Blut (血装 (ブルート), burūto; German for "Blood", Japanese for "Blood Guise") is an advanced Quincy technique that grants one inhuman defensive and offensive capabilities.By making reishi flow directly into their blood vessels, a user of this technique is able to drastically increase their attack and defense power. However, despite the significant danger this potentially presents to one's opponents, Blut possesses one major flaw in that the independent forms of the technique for attack and defense operate using two different reishi systems, meaning they cannot be employed simultaneously or else they suffer all their veins bursting at once, killing them instantly. However some are able to use both at once but not for short periods of time, as they start to burst their veins. This is a pure blood Quincy ability, Quincys that are fused with a Ziamchi are unable to use this.

Blut Vene (静血装 (ブルート・ヴェーネ), burūto vēne; German for "Blood Vein", Japanese for "Stilled Blood Guise") The defensive form of Blut that grants the user inhuman durability, represented by a faint pattern tracing the veins beneath the surface of their skin, which is only visible on the afflicted area when struck. If consciously kept at full power, even attacks delivered by a Shinigami's Bankai can potentially be negated completely. However, despite the considerable defense afforded by this technique, it seemingly isn't absolute and can be torn using sufficient power. As overtime the defense shall be worn down due to the nature of Blut Vene. This massive defense also has time limits, depending on the level of skill with this, it can vary to short periods of time, to lengthy amount, but they need periods of rest which can be risky if they are fighting a foe that can attack rapidly.

Blut Arterie (動血装 (ブルート・アルテリエ), burūto aruterie; German for "Blood Artery", Japanese for "Moving Blood Guise") The offensive form of Blut that grants the user inhuman attack power. This technique is the only thing capable of ensuring that a Quincy's attacks are able to significantly damage a Bankai-wielding Shinigami. One notable use of this is applying it towards physical attacks as well as coating it on there own arrows to increase the damage output to that of a Bankai wielding captain. This is a vary powerful skill that shouldn't be taken lightly .

Kalt Blut (German for "Cold Blood"): A technique unique to Lucius Waldlauf. By lowering the temparature of his blood, flowing through the whole body, Lucius lowers the temparature of his body to usually deadly levels. He created it so that he could successfully use "Heilig Flamme" and let the potential of the technique bloom in a destructive field of fire. That way Lucius can avoid getting burned by the fire himself and it will also make him very heat resistant in general. With Kalt Blut he can even set his own body in flames, working as a kind of offensive shield. Using it while not suffering under extreme heat or combined with another Blut Technique it will result in death.

- Quincy Items:

Hollow Bait: This item is a small, coin-shaped disk that attracts Hollows when crushed. When used by Uryū, the bait, in combination with Ichigo's powerful spiritual pressure, was able to draw a Gillian-class Menos out of Hueco Mundo.

Seele Schneider (魂を切り裂くもの (ゼーレシュナイダー), Zēreshunaidā; German for "Soul Cutter", Japanese for "That Which Slits the Soul"): The Seele Schneider is a thin sword that can be fired similarly to an arrow. It's much longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw: the reishi of its blade vibrate at ultra-high frequencies, loosening the molecular bonds between any spirit matter it cuts so that the Quincy user may easily absorb the freed reishi.

Ensnaring Device: In basic terms it is an object used to steal a Shinigami's Bankai, but it can be used on more beings than that. These Items are used mainly by the Quincy, these were made in the late Quincy war, but never saw the light of day, only a few known families and modern Quincy knew of this. While there are a limited number of unused ones hidden around the world, there exist plenty of pre-stolen Bankai’s. The look of the device is simple and can look like any other item as look it has a disk like shape. It stores the stolen bankai and the Zanpakutō spirit into a very powerful seal, and once trapped it can never get out unless both the seal and the Zanpakutō spirit are destroyed at once. Lucius' device has yet to be filled with a spirit. When Lucius found it it was embedded into a ring that he is pretty much always wearing with him.

Gintō: A capsule-shaped tool used by Quincies to store their spiritual energy.It is an antiquated tool, but the use of it allows Quincies to perform certain techniques. More Info Shall be in Tech's.

- Quincy Cross: Lucius' Cross does have a little bit of an unusual shape. It is the Cross of Loraine. It is usually bound on his arms by a ribbon. To avoid it falling out due to slashing of the ribborn or whatever he also bound a necklace-chain around his arm and a bit around his finger. It's barely even visible due to the long sleeves. Another way to fool people is that he is wearing a fake cross (which is just a normal metall cross) on the chain which he wears with his pants. Lucius doesn't really need it to summon his spirit weapon but it makes it a lot easier.

- Ginto Skills:

Heizen (聖噬 [ハイゼン], haizen; German for "Heating", Japanese for "Sacred Bite") Heizen instantly gouges and purges whatever is enclosed in the space within the four tossed gintōs. It is tremendously effective even against Menos Grandes. This technique creates a transparent, rectangular beam of energy from the silver tubes which then slices through the opponent. It is activated by the command: "Feel the wrath of battle and accept this sacred chalice - Heizen!"(大気の戦陣を杯に受けよ)

Gritz (五架縛 [グリツ], gurittsu; Japanese for "Five Rack Ties") A film of Reishi emitted from a thrown Ginto surrounds the enemy. This technique forms a man-sized pentagonal Quincy cross which envelops its target. It is activated by the command: "A silver rod strikes the five-fingered stone bed - Gritz!" (銀鞭下りて五手石床に堕つ)

Einweben (lit. Webbing in German): As suggested by its name, Einweben is a binding Gintō technique. It creates a large, man-sized energy web that is useful for either trapping or deterring an opponent. It is activated by the command "The silver strands bind you to your place, Einweben." This technique can either be used up close or by throwing the Gintō at the opponent.

Sprenger (破芒陣 [シュプレンガ], shupurenga; German for "Explosion", Japanese for "Ripping Grass Formation") This technique uses five Seele Schneiders to create a pentagon-shaped seal which, when activated, causes a massive explosion within its borders. When an object or a person stands within the middle of the Pentagon the placement of the fifth Seele Schneider can trap them by wrapping and binding their legs to the ground with dense reishi. The Seele Schneiders function as accumulators, gathering the necessary amount of reishi to create the explosion. The liquid inside a silver tube acts as the trigger. The preparations for the technique combined with the charging time for the Seele Schneiders make its use in battle impractical unless the user has a partner that can stall to buy time, or has enough strength to create the formation while under attack.

SPIRITUAL WEAPON

- Type: Lucius' weapon is very unusual.. it's not even a bow.. it's actually a sword. It is easily remembered as the blade is glowing blue, pretty much the sign of a quincy weapon. Though the glow may do some impression, the actual fearsome part lays in what Lucius can do with the sword he called "Dämmerung" (German for "Dawn"). The noticeable glow is not just for show. Dämmerung has two ways of usage: "Licht" (German for "Light") and "Feuer" (German for "Fire"). Licht is where the default state, focusing the reishi to form an extremely sharp vibrating edge that can easily cut through solid steel like butter. Using regular swords against Dämmerung would be foolish as it would simply cut through. Actually while Licht is active it is better to block his movements such as blocking his hand from moving. Either that or dodging. The other way of usage is Flamme, which simply consists of setting the blade of Dämmerung on fire with Heilig Flamme. Due to the familiar Reiryoku the flame may rest on the blade without consuming Reishi to burn. The blade gets extremely hot in a very short time and as usually it will set Reishi on fire. It also gives Dämmerung a bit of an extended, unseen, range since by swinging it the flames will overextend for a bit, though not loosing contact with it. The blade itself will look like a normal blade and is not nearly as sharp as when Licht is active.

It's been two weeks since this has been made. Meaning, you need to get to work! Moving to Old WIP, where you can still work on it from there.

This app never had any update, was not noted nor was this user was seen upon the creation of this very app. Since its past for more than a month and there is no posts nor update from this user, i am archiving this to give more space to the Old W.I.P.
