Ohhhh yes. SO, I went up to Episode 4 of the new Dr.Who episode, when, all of a sudden, I get the urge to look up the 5th episode that's not due to come out until next Saturday (20th September 2014)--when, lo and behold, I FIND IT. DAFUQ? I sorta went ahead and skipped into it a little, and yes, it is very much real. Furthermore, the fact that it's in black-and-white and doesn't even seem like it's completely finished leads me to believe that it is in fact legit. Watch at your own risk of spoilers and dissapointment, in the case that the actual released episode change up a bit.
