Reasons For Upgrading: Been participating in topics even fought and somewhat bested a 0 tier character at tier 3, Shikai training completed and will be challanging for a seated position
What Are You Upgrading:Tier upgrade- 3-2 to 2-5
Shikai(Would like too add in the rest of my shikai stuff since i finally trained for it)
Spoiler:
- Exusia has a simple first ability at shikai further increasing one's Reiryoku & Reiatsu causing it too double the normal amount the user would have. This essentially allows the user a much wider field within Kido.
- The second ability is found out upon unlocking Shikai, when the blade is drawn the user receives a extra boost to their Reiryoku & Reiastu x1, The blade when drawn exudes it own spiritual pressure though the user is immune. The power output is two tiers above the user maxing at 0(meaning it affects people of the tier the blade exudes and below, higher are not affected) This is a simple case of the user exuding their pure Spiritual pressure(Users and Spirit as in Shikai the blade is only allowing 50% to be utilized), and having it affect their opponents, if they are affected lowering the damage of their skills by one rank, to the point that they will immediately know they have no chance at winning the fight. So far the only known ways to negate this is to have a Spiritual pressure equal to or greater than the user’s.
- Being blessed with advanced fighting ability the user of this zanpaktou have reached the point in which they can accurately measure a person’s spiritual power through one simple collision with them. This helps Mujin figure out if fights are pointless due to the opponent being too weak or if his opponent will give him a good fight.

aight so im going to partially approve this, the shikai upgrade is accepted and checked so add it to yo app and shit ect ect but as for the tier upgrade im going to have to see some links to some other threads as proof of shit, put those up and ill approve the tier upgrade till then though only partial approval.
