Reasons For Upgrading: Thought up an idea, so decided to introduce it to Izanagis skill set.
What Are You Upgrading:
Devine Awakening: This a unique techinque possessed by Izanagi which allows him to manipulate the Yin and Yang energy. More specifically, this technique allows Izanagi, to channel a balance of Yin and Yang into an individual within a hundred meter radius who has recently died in the thread in order to bring them back to life. The technique works because of the almost devine principles of Yin and Yang, the forces of birth/life and death. Upon death, these forces dissapate from the body however if Izanagi acts quickly he has the ability to almost reanimate the one who's recently lost their life. To begin with, the individual brought back to life wouldn't be able to achieve their full capabilities in the thread that they were returned because of temporary mental strain that death has on individuals, however in following threads there are no re-precautions to being brought back to life with this method. To an extent this ability has the potential to over throw and individuals death application however for someone to die, it must be their time nd so the natural forces of Yin and Yang aren't supposed to interfear with the process meaning that Izanagi can't go around willy nilly ressurecting everyone who dies. Primarily, when the soul is weakend to the extent of death, they enter a rebirth cycle where they're born again as a human to live life once more however what the technique does is stop the rebirth cycle of a specific individual and embeds enough energy to skip the process and bring the individual back with the same capability. This is because in the rebirth cycle, the energy is stripped away and with that the last of Yin and Yang the body possesses is removed making an individual completely powerless while new energy is channeled through their body as they're born with a sinless soul and a blank memory. To an extent, the rebirth cycle can act as a explanation of why some peope tend to have vivid dreams about events that seem very realistic, as the process hadnt fully stripped them of their memories. All Izanagi does is empower the Yin and Yang thats to be stripped away from ones body in the rebirth cycle and then resummon the deceased in a whole new light with both their powers and memories intact. All Izanagi needs in order to succesfully perform the technique is for some form of energy of the being he aims to ressurect to be present in the area, be it an attack that missed and lingered or a severed body part. As long as either of those is present then he will be able to channel the Yin and Yang into the deceased spirit.

With the current extent of his capabilities, he is able to use the technique four times a year however at tier 0-2 he would have potential to use it six times a year. While at tier 0-1 the usage would be limited to the amount of energy he had in excess so the usage could vary, he would only be able to use the technique six times per year but with his ascended levels of capabilities he would have the potential to ressurect those whose presence still remains within an area regardless of the destruction to the body. In the case of usage at tier 0-1, the soul that has recently dessipated gets enough energy to re-establish its presence in the realm without being forced into the rebirth cycle. No being is aware of this technique as Izanagi has never used it, but it takes a combination of Kido and Izanagis embodiment of Yin and Yang through his Zanpakutō, so the technique requires a two post build up to activation.

You would need a limit on the 0-1 even though that's our strongest tier, it does need a limit of times, and seeing as this is a pretty site heavy mechanic, how much of their body/ spirit has to be there for him to accurately rebirth a body. I mean we have most classes that entirely destroy both so how would he be able to do that is my only concern at the moment I do like the idea however. So if you could explain a bit more on it it would help me a lot.
