Hel has flowing, silky hair, with beautiful crimson eyes that gleam in the sun or moonlight. She wears a normal Arrancar's clothing, but she edited it to be much more revealing and sexy. The outfit consists of a high cut skirt, with short sleeves, with the color of the outfit being a light red, and the black lines being pink.

It doesn't matter if she's walking around her house, in public, or anything. She will wear at least one article of clothing that will make her body very, very revealed. She loves very sexy and revealing clothing, often wearing it above anything else, unless she is forced to wear something else that would be more restrictive to her taste.

Her body is very slim, with her breasts being very large, with beautiful curves. She is always looking like this, no matter what she eats or drinks. Even when she drinks people's blood, her body never changes. She can often be seen with a sinister smirk, always seeming like she's up to something. She basically is always up to something, constantly thinking and examining them if she likes them and if she does, she has a habit of revealing her white fangs and running her tongue over them.

Personality:

Hel is a very seductive woman, often using her charms and/or sex appeal to get her out of trouble. She can be known to having sex with people in order to convince them of something. She loves to seduce people, even if it's someone she doesn't like, she can be a bit of a joker when it comes to seduction.

Hel is also a very....horny individual. She loves having sex to the point where she might just take someone random she found attractive and have sex with them until she was satisfied. She doesn't care what gender, what species they are, if she is horny enough, and if she finds them attractive, she will either restrain herself long enough to get a room, or just drag them off and have sex with them.

When she is flirting, you would be able to tell, with Hel constantly caressing herself, mainly her massive breasts and her sides, arousing herself and making her want to seduce her victim more. She loves flirt with people, half the time as a joke, half the time is when she wants to have sex. If she flirts with you, pray that she's wanting to screw. She tends to humiliate people she isn't into, and she does it in a very cruel way.

She may seem dangerous, but she really isn't too dangerous. She despises combat, often trying to find ways to bribe her opponent to let her go, or by seducing them. Her natural charms and her insane influence can lead to her getting out of bad situations, and getting her needs satisfied. She also tends to bribe people for things in very sexual ways to get what she wants. She believes that she is the most beautiful thing in the world, and that if anyone were to think they are more beautiful than her, they must be killed for their foolishness. But if she does enter combat, she is utterly RUTHLESS. She will stop at nothing to kill her enemy, using her blood based abilities to annihilate her foes.

She also thinks very highly of herself, which caused her to give herself the title of "The Crimson Queen", and she's decently correct. She is a beautiful woman who loves to bath herself in the blood of enemies, often getting off on it whenever she's alone, but she feels a lot more like her "old self" when she's surrounded by people, staring in awe at her body.

• History: Hel was a high school student, very popular, and very, very slutty. She was having sex with a LOT of guys in her grade, which she ended up getting a little bit of a mixed rep. She was considered a slut, and a popular, sexy, school goddess. She loved all the attention, and often flirted with the less popular students in the school, often trying to make everything about her.

One day she was walking home from school, walking in her normal, sexy manner. She wasn't watching where she was going, and a car hit her, breaking her skull, neck, and ribs instantly, which also killed her. If she wasn't killed from it, she would have died from two other options. Internal bleeding, or from bleeding out from the multiple crushed bones.

She woke up later as a Plus, with the Chain of Fate prodtruding from her chest. She looked around, wondering how she was there, and where she should or could go? She wandered around her old town, eventually falling and becoming a Hollow that wandered her old town. One day, she unknowingly opened a Garganta, and fell into Hueco Mundo, and landed in the outskirts of where Las Noches used to be, leaving her almost endlessly wandering Hueco Mundo, until she found something that could mirror her appearance, and when she saw herself, she was disgusted by the appearance. She began to claw and tear at the Hollow mask on her face, ripping it off and the mask automatically formed itself into a sword, and Hel became an Arrancar.

As soon as she became an Arrancar, her mind was filled with the knowledge of how to use her natural power, (i.e Cero, Bala, Sonido, ect.) and she began to wander Hueco Mundo once again, satisfied with her new appearance, feeling that she was much more beautiful, sexy, and seductive. She wandered the deserts of Hueco Mundo, before finding Las Reijilla, and she became very well known around the place for her....activity around Las Reijilla. She loved it there, being able to basically do the same thing she did in the World of the Living, but now she felt even better when doing so. She mastered using her Resurrección and normal sword combat very quickly and very early, but the main thing she needed to work on was her skill in Pesquisa, due to her only being able to detect people in a few mile radius around her. She is extremely skilled in her other abilities, mainly her skills like Sonido and her swordsmanship.

• Sealed Zanpakutô: Her Zanpakutō takes a scissor-like appearance, with the hilt of the sword having a curve on it, with a straight pole which connects with the blade. The blade itself is crimson red, which looks as if it were stained with blood. The entire sword looks like a massive half scissor, with the blade and hilt having some jagged points in it.

• Racial Abilities:

Cero: Hel can create a Cero by doing a "kiss" to the air, which quickly creates and fires a pink Cero.

Bala: Hel performs this by blowing a kiss into the air, which fires a Bala, shaped like a heart. Her current max amount of Bala she can fire at a time is around 30-100, but going up to 100 really strains her. These can be fired in a three-round burst, every 5 seconds.

Sonido: Hel is very proficient in Sonido, with her speed being able to keep up with someone decently skilled in Hoho. When she does move with Sonido, a scent of roses can be hinted from where she previously was.

Hierro: Hel has a decently strengthed Hierro, with her being able to take a decent amount of hits before she begins taking battle damage. Although she has a decently strengthed Hierro, she doesn't like Hierro, as she feels that it takes away part of her beauty and sexiness.

Pesquisa: Hel is quite proficient in using Pesquisa, often using it to find someone to drink their blood, or just to find someone to have sex with, then possibly drain their blood.

• Unique Abilities:

Blood Transfusion: Hel is able to use either her blood, or take others, either by having it splatter onto her body, having blood present on her sword, or by drinking blood from someone with her fangs, which are also present in her Resurrección, as well as when her Zanpakutō is sealed.

Empowered by Blood: Hel is a very...strange individual. She has the unique ability to become empowered by blood. It doesn't matter who's blood. If anyone's blood comes into contact with her body, her power will increase, depending on the amount of blood, her power will increase. Her empowerment does have it's limits, with her max amount of strength being as strong as a single tier above her own in strength, but this requires a vast amount of blood for her to become this powerful. Her entire body would need to be covered in blood for this to happen, and it very, very rarely happens.

Blood Healing: Hel can use the blood she absorbs for two different purposes, which can only be used one at a time, one of the ways, as seen above, she can use it for empowering herself, making her a very dangerous force, but also the other way of usage of blood can make her dangerous too. She can also use it to heal herself. She can't use these both at the same time, and to activate the other one, she would have to use up the blood she has had splattered on her body before activating the other power. For example, if she only had a drop of blood on her, and the power was active, her healing be next to none, she barely would have healed anything, maybe just a small cut. If she were completely drenched in blood, her healing would be at it's limits, being able to regenerate entire limbs, but this, once again, requires a insane amount of blood, but also takes a decent amount of time, around two to three posts, since regenerating limbs is no easy, nor insanely fast task. This also gives her a mental strain to where she can't think properly for a short time afterwards, due to her focus on healing being so large. She can also regenerate blood she has used from herself by using her spiritual energy to create a substitute for her blood, or to create new blood cells. The amount of healing she can have is mostly based on the amount of blood on her body, as well as how focused she is on healing. If she were barely focused on healing, she would only recover small wounds, but if she were concentrating fully on healing, she could recover entire limbs, but once again, this puts a mental strain on her, so she doesn't always focus TOO hard.

• Resurrección Name: Sangre Escarlata (Spanish for Blood Scarlet, Japanese for River of Crimson Blood, Flowing Scarlet Demon.)

• Resurrección Release Phrase: Lacerate and flow, Sangre Escarlata.

• Release Actions: Hel performs her Resurrección by bringing her sword close to her body, placing the hilt in between her massively sized breasts, before winking seductively and kissing the hilt, leaving a pink kiss mark, which glows with spiritual power.

• Resurrección Appearance:
Hel's appearance, when she performs her Resurrección, she becomes much more sexy and beautiful, leaving almost anyone enticed in her beauty, although this leads them to their downfall, as she will stop at nothing to have herself covered in blood. Her normal Arrancar clothes are replaced with spiked battle armor that reveal most of the sides of her breasts, as well as her sides, and most of her legs and arms. Her eyes change slightly, with her sclera changing a dark grey color, and her irises changing to a pinkish/light red color. She gains bat wings on her back and her ears changes shape to something similar to bat wings. She also gains gloves and boots which are black, with pink outlines.

• Resurrección Abilities:

Blood Manipulation: Hel is able to manipulate blood in the body, but with some ups and downs to this. For one, she can't doing anything to someone who has no wounds on their body, which would mean, no blood to use. She can use her own blood for this, which makes this ability much more convenient.

Blood Absorption: Automatically activated upon release, Hel gains the ability to drain someone of their blood via drinking. She does this by biting her victim with her fangs, then absorbing the blood with her tongue, meaning she can only absorb blood with her tongue up to when she has a literal mouthful. This ability can also be performed when blood touches her body, as it is absorbed into her body, able to start the process of Blood Healing/Empowered by Blood. This does not heal her, but reduces the amount of blood needed to fully activate Blood Healing/Empowered by Blood, and increases the speed of how fast the two abilities activate.

Blood Attacks: Hel is able to form the blood she absorbs into attacks, which can use either Empowered by Blood, or Blood Healing. These can't be active at the same time, but when one is active, if Hel were to use an attack that uses Blood Healing and Empowered by Blood is active, it slowly drains the power of Empowered by Blood until the ability eventually shuts down, and begins filling the power of Blood Healing.

List of Blood Attacks Hel can perform:

Brutal Cutter: Hel surrounds her claws with evil energy, impaling the enemy in front, making her claws extend and activate Blood Healing, meaning every hit she makes, she recovers a small bit of health. Although this makes her heal, it uses up a vast amount of blood when she attacks continuously. The healing can restore multiple major wounds, such as large sword wounds, or possibly a large hole in her, if there was just enough.

Dread Weapon: Hel charges forward, spinning vertically. This results in a massive amount of hits before the spinning stops, causing heavy damage. This ability is boosted by her "Empowered by Blood" skill, making it able to tear through many defensive skills. Empowered by Blood boosts this skill by increasing the amount of hits it can perform, as well as doubling the damage it would do during empowerment. The spinning of Dread Weapon looks as if you were to throw a shuriken overhand, with the blade slashing towards the ground in circles.

Ejection Buster: Hel begins this by charging an orb of spiritual energy with both hands, with the pose looking as if she were to fire a Cero with both hands, but she can charge this to 3 different stages, with the lowest stage, Stage 1, being the weakest stage, damage-wise, and Stage 3 being the highest in damage dealing. When the charge is complete, she hurls her arms forward, letting loose a beam of evil energy, mixed with blood, but also black and red spiritual energy. With each level charging, the charge will take up a single post.

Burning Phantom: Hel performs this by pointing a finger forward, creating a storm of energy, which can pull enemies in. She can make the duration of this skill last longer, but by using either her own blood, or using the supply of blood she already has. This skill is boosted by Empowered by Blood, making the skill deal extra damage when Empowered by Blood is active. The pull has no effect on her other skills, but people with a speed of Advanced or higher can simply walk out of it, with lower tiers being able to as well, but it's much harder.

Shadow Edge: Hel quickly fires a wedge forward, if it hits the enemy, it slows the enemy down, and shares the damage the enemy and Hel receives. Basically, if she were to take damage from someone, the enemy pinned by Shadow Edge would take a small percentage of the damage Hel has received. This is boosted by Blood Healing, meaning when she uses this skill, the enemy she is attached to will have a small bit of blood drained at a time, and Hel's blood supply will increase, giving her more time in Blood Healing/Empowered by Blood mode. The person would be slowed by about half their normal speed, giving Hel the chance to catch up to them, but the if someone's speed skill was much greater than her own, the slow would be much less effective, and the damage sharing would be reduced. The damage sharing lasts about two posts, with the sharing fading slowly within the posts.

Shade Illusion: Summoning a demonic vision showing a murder, using her blood to fuse her spiritual power with her claws, as well as the blade of Dread Weapon and Brutal Cutter, Hel uses this to double the damage of Brutal Cutter, Dread Weapon, as well as giving them additional effects.

(Dread Weapon): Turns the spinning horizontally, and knocks an enemy upwards once skill execution is complete.

(Brutal Cutter): Turns the color of the claws pink, and increases the amount of healing Hel can have while using this skill. The healing amount increases so that she wound be able to heal larger wounds, such as much larger sword wounds, and medium sized holes in her, with the healing being slower, the bigger the hole.

Blood Cutter: Generating a saw blade of blood and black spiritual energy, Hel hurls it forward, slicing the enemy relentlessly. This skill uses Blood Healing, meaning the hits from Blood Cutter can heal Hel, by a certain amount, depending on either how much blood is on her body/absorbed, or by how much blood lands on Hel's body from the attack. The saw blade of Blood Cutter moves very fast, making the healing very high, but the blood cost is very high as well, so she only uses this rarely, if she needed to deal out a quick burst of damage, or need a quick blast of healing.

How quickly can these bala be fired? Within a second or a minute? Just a quick little question for this one.

When you say twice her speed, do you mean the general skill, or someone moving twice as fast as her own Sonido? If you're saying twice her speed, then let's put it into prespective. If she was an adept in speed, twice would be above Advanced but not exactly Master, meaning they're insanely fast naturally. That means that even if her Sonido skill is in beginner, it can match someone in Advanced speed, which defeats the purpose of having skill tiers.

All I'd like to say is that Zanpakutō vary in strength, and one with a stronger force behind it might be able to just tear through her Hierro with little trouble.

There needs to be somewhat of a limit on how much power could be gained, and a proportional effect. If she were to drink a gallon, how much stronger would she get? Having examples of how much more powerful she could grow would be extremely useful, as long as having a limit. If you can't think of examples, simply putting a percentage such as 'if she drinks x amount, she powers up by x%'.

A few things with this ability. The first being how much actual blood is needed to activate the regeneration. Would a single small splatter be enough to activate it, or would she need to be essentially covered in it? Secondly, I'd heavily prefer if you gave a non-canon example of how much she can regenerate. Some of us here have not watched the show nor read the manga, but are well versed in the universe's terms, so saying how much can be restored and how quickly would be beneficial along with if there's any other drain on her being for it.

First of all, this is a -large- amount of powers, so it should be fair to say that due to how varied she is, most of these will be weak individually. Secondly, what's the power/strength of each of these abilities, followed by the drain it takes from her to accomplish each of these actions? With that said, lets get into checking each individual ability!

I don't think that blood in it's liquid form can repel everything at Hel's current level of usage. I'd like for a limit to be put upon it, such as how many weak abilities can be repelled, and perhaps saying that the blasts must be a lower skill tier than whatever her blood powers are based off of. (I'd suggest Focus for what these powers are based upon.)

How much does it expand, and more importantly, how does it expand? When blood leaves the body, there's no real for blood cells to be replicated since it happens in the bone marrow, so how is this possible?

Well, that's the only specific problems I have, all of these blood attacks should have a drain and strength put upon them, such as the bouncing blood attack obviously being weaker than a beam. Also, as a side notice, It should be obvious that if a person is bleeding, the blood around the wound can't just shoot a beam into him, correct?

Comments/Notes: Alrighty, I see that things have been changed, so time for the second check! As a side note, Quick Quote wasn't working for me, so I can't directly quote things as I have done before. Sorry.

First and foremost, for Hel's bala, having her be able to fire one and then another within milliseconds is extremely quick, faster than some of the strongest people actually. I'd much rather have it toned down to normal levels, such as maybe three per second, or X amount in X amount of time. Something that's not overly quick. Bala is fast, but the person launching them isn't as fast.

Secondly, for Sonido, I do know that you mean something else, but it has to be clarified. Advanced is an actual skill tier for hoho, and you saying that Hel can go as fast as people advanced in it will lead to confusion if other people get into a fighting situation with your character since they might think it's the tier while you just meant that Hel could fight people who USE hoho normally.

Now unto the NEW and IMPROVED blood powers!

I really don't want to have to deny this ability, but as it's written, it let's her rise to levels as high as 0-2 (which is the same as reaching level 98 in an MMO). If she started out at level 12, that's a huge jump that I can't allow. In my previous post, I did mention a way it could be written such as percentages, and I'm going to actually force that now. If you want this ability to be approved, please write it as something similar to this: (If she can drink from her target for a full post, her power will increase by 25%. Every post that this happens leads to another 25% until she maxes out at a total of a 100% increase. At the end of the thread, her power resets back to her base form.) You can toy around with the percentages, but please have it something similar to this.

As I've said in the previous post, I would prefer if non-anime examples were used. Some people here haven't watched the show or have gotten into it enough to truly understand who is Ulquiorra, they may have rather just have gotten interested enough in the universe to learn the races and come here. I want to know how good her healing can actually -get-. How many posts will it take to restore a limb if she's covered in blood, if she can restore limbs at all? If only 20% of her body is covered, does that mean minor cuts can be healed within a post or multiple posts? Things such as this give much more clarification and allow people to better understand the ability without having to resort to using others as examples.

Blood Absorption: Automatically activated upon release, Hel gains the ability to drain someone of their blood via drinking. She does this by biting her victim with her fangs, then absorbing the blood with her tongue, meaning she can only absorb blood with her tongue up to when she has a literal mouthful. This ability is also enhanced by whenever blood touches her body.

Is this able to heal her? Or is it the same as getting a blood transfusion of restoring the blood she lost?

Brutal Cutter: Hel surrounds her claws with evil energy, impaling the enemy in front, making her claws extend and activate Blood Healing, meaning every hit she makes, she recovers a small bit of health. Although this makes her heal, it uses up a vast amount of blood when she attacks continuously.

How much is the healing?

Dread Weapon: Hel charges forward, spinning vertically. This results in a massive amount of hits before the spinning stops, causing heavy damage. This ability is boosted by her "Empowered by Blood" skill, making it able to tear through many defensive skills. Empowered by Blood boosts this skill by increasing the amount of hits it can perform, as well as doubling the damage it would do during empowerment.

So... This is basically like an upwards facing drill, correct?

Ejection Buster: Hel begins this by charging an orb of spiritual energy with both hands, with the pose looking as if she were to fire a Cero with both hands, but she can charge this to 3 different stages, with the lowest stage, Stage 1, being the weakest stage, damage-wise, and Stage 3 being the highest in damage dealing. When the charge is complete, she hurls her arms forward, letting loose a beam of evil energy, mixed with blood, but also black and red spiritual energy.

Just to be clear, charging the ability means that for every post, it goes up a stage, correct?

Burning Phantom: Hel performs this by pointing a finger forward, creating a storm of energy, which can pull enemies in. She can make the duration of this skill last longer, but by using either her own blood, or using the supply of blood she already has. This skill is boosted by Empowered by Blood, making the skill deal extra damage when Empowered by Blood is active.

How strong is the pull? Is this pull tied to any of her skills, such as focus? Can this be contested by someone having a higher speed skill and just moving out of it?

Shadow Edge: Hel quickly fires a wedge forward, if it hits the enemy, it slows the enemy down, and shares the damage the enemy and Hel receives. Basically, if she were to take damage from someone, the enemy pinned by Shadow Edge would take a small percentage of the damage Hel has received. This is boosted by Blood Healing, meaning when she uses this skill, the enemy she is attached to will have a small bit of blood drained at a time, and Hel's blood supply will increase, giving her more time in Blood Healing/Empowered by Blood mode.

Multiple things. How great is the slow, and if the person is of a higher tier or speed, how much weaker does the slow become? Secondly, how long does the damage sharing last? Does it last less if they're of a higher tier? Do they take less damage if they're stronger? There's a lot of variables that needs to be said for an ability such as this.

Shade Illusion: Summoning a vision of darkness, Hel uses this to double the damage of Brutal Cutter, Dread Weapon, as well as giving them additional effects.

First of all, darkness isn't really a part of her power set... Her powers involve blood, not darkness. For that, I can't allow the power to be used as it's written. Rewrite it to adding more blood, and it's good. Secondly, It should be stated that it takes double the amount of energy to double the damage, just so it's known.

Secondly, for increasing Brutal Cutting's healing, how much stronger does the healing become?

Blood Cutter: Generating a saw blade of blood and black spiritual energy, Hel hurls it forward, slicing the enemy relentlessly. This skill uses Blood Healing, meaning the hits from Blood Cutter can heal Hel, by a certain amount, depending on either how much blood is on her body/absorbed, or by how much blood lands on Hel's body from the attack.

Same thing, how much is the healing and just how much energy is used considering the applications of this ability?

I would like this archived, since I plan on re-making this application later. Sorry for not working on the fixes on Hel, but I will be remaking her as a different race, since, after some thought, I decided that life as an Arrancar for her isn't what I think is right for her on the site. Since I have a much bigger race selection now, unlike when I first started her, when I was making canon race OCs, I can probably make her so much better since I put so much dedication in Vanyel's app, and I now have that confidence that when I remake her, she will be much better than the work put into this app.
