RP-only Discord Server Poll

An idea was presented today about a potential seperate server for the ICRP and OOCRP channels. This would remove those channels from the current PH Discord and have them only exist in the new Discord server. This poll is to gauge the community's opinion.

I say we should have a separate server for it. I don't mind it being in the same server, but then again. Having it in it's own clean server all it's own would definitely be nice. I say make a copy of #plotchannel here of bring plotchannel here as well. It seems to make more sense to me,

Not sure why this suddenly popped up but I personally don't like the idea of having to track a second server just for PH's sake. If people don't like RP on discord they can mute the channels, so... For me, if you move it somewhere else it just means I won't be reading any of your Discord RP anymore.

I came up with the idea because it was stated that there weren’t enough chats open for ICRP, since the demand for such is there, suggesting a new server is really the only alternative available given the channel limit, it is however understandable that not everyone will agree with idea.

Then quite frankly, would it not just make more sense to open up more ICRP channels? It feels like the whole purpose of the new groupings pretty much defeats the purpose of having a new discord. If you do not want to see them, you can just tuck them all away and mute them. I'm just having a bit of a hard time seeing a benefit to this. The cost is that it will mean there are 2 servers for PH, making alternating between them harder, and could result in people almost living in different communities, especially if it has its own amenities that the PH server provides. Does anybody have input on the specific benefits on the addition of a clean RP server for our community?
