(( Sloppy app, but I'm creating him for a Mini Event. He wont be used after that as he will either die in the event or after the event. Just a quick little something for a bit of fun. He is more of an NPC, and so I'd like a tier 0-5 for him please. Thank you, if you have any inquiries, you know how to contact me.))

- Personality:
Dumb: Because of the lack of education, Destro is a dumb hollow but unlike the others he is simply driven for his desire and passion for more power. He knows nothing of his past but that he died. Much like a child, he can only pronounce one word, his first word "Destro". Because of his young death, he never learned anything else thus he comes across as a rather plain and stupid hollow which doesn't differentiate him from others.

Repetitive: Since Destro only knows one word, he seems to repeat it in response to everything. It can get on the nerves of some individuals but he says Destro while attacking, defending, regenerating or simply relaxing. He doesn't care for intelligence because that is something he lacks. The tone of his voice varies based on the way he pronounces the Destro; this acts as a method of conveying his message and feelings.

Aggressive: Much like the majority of other hollows, he is very aggressive and won't give up regardless of the situation. His catalyzed regeneration allows him to attack constantly regardless of the state in which he is in. His aggressiveness gave him dominance over other Gillian as did his ever increasing height; he uses the aggression to keep the Gillian in check, it encourages hem to listen to his gestures.

- Hollow Power:

Cero: This is a standard Cero that can be used by all hollows and arrancar alike. It releases energy that acts as a small scale incinerator, regularly, its released from either the gaps in the past, the tip of the nose or the mouth of Destro. However there are times where it begins to form slightly above his hole prior to releasing into the area.

Destrocero: This is a special form of Cero formulated by his prowess in the field. It allows him to charge a Cero in the middle of his body and inside the hollow hole. There the Cero charges for a period of two posts until it fills the gap created by the hole; it is then expelled from his body and upon initial contact with a surface large shock waves of energy and heat begin escaping into the surroundings where everything is decimated. It acts almost like a nuclear bomb, if not stronger. However, upon completing the technique his height decreases by 20% and the majority of time, he's forced to retreat.

Regenerato: This technique increases Destros rate of regeneration drastically. The radioactive power within increases the pace of the regeneration by a tenfold, allowing him to regenerate woulds and cracks to his mask within a post or two.
Negación (反膜 (ネガシオン), negashion; Spanish for "Negation", Japanese for "Counter-Membrane") fields are used to rescue fellow Hollows. Only the Gillian-class Menos have shown the ability to use it. Espada have a special cube-shaped device called Caja Negación (反膜の匪 (カハ・ネガシオン), kaha negashion; Spanish for "Negation Box", Japanese for "Anti-Membrane of Negation") (Caja de Negación in the English dub) meant to simulate Negación fields, which are used to trap and punish their subordinates if necessary.

Gonzui (魂吸; lit. "Soul Inhalation") is a supplementary Hollow technique used to devour as many souls as possible within a large radius of the user, in order to rapidly increase the size and power of their reiryoku.

Gran Rey Cero (王虚の閃光 (グラン・レイ・セロ), guran rei sero; Spanish for "Grand King Zero", Japanese for "Royal Hollow Flash"): Is a hollow variation of the Cero technique. Its a Cero that was witnessed by the simple minded Destro and thus he recreated it in his hollow state. The result is a Cero with a much greater attack power and speed as well as a change of color unique to the Hollow. It is also many times more powerful than a normal Cero, capable of disturbing the fabric of space, it also seems to spin like a razor upon release as it compresses and decompresses due to the sheer speed and raw power.

- Background:

Destro was a new born child during the time of the Chernobyl Explosion, he was among the 31 individuals who passed away in the disaster. The area was segregated from the world and because of cataclysmic levels of radiation, no Shinigami dared to enter the zone. As a small child, he couldn't depart from the area, his soul chain rotted away and eventually, worst came to worst and he turned into a small hollow. The hollow escaped into Hueco Mundo. Over the course of a few hundred years, he began devouring other hollows because of his hunger and thirst for more. He never learned how to talk hence why he's pretty simplistic and stupid. The only work he knows of his Destro, hence why he goes by that name while under the classification of Adjucha. At one point in his Hollow life, he came across the Arrancar Gran Ray Cero while a large fiasco unfolded within Hueco Mundo, he then used the information gathered from paying close attention to recreate the technique which made him very feared in the eyes of his predecessors and enemies.

Sadly, because of his genetic and general imbalance, when he devoured enough hollows to ascend to the state of Adjucha, he never shrunk from his Gillian state albeit his mask changed. With the change came new powers and his hunger for more power began to ascend. He devoured more hollows but Gillian and Adjucha were no longer satisfying him and so he decided to control the other Gillian and steer them into battle. He had formulated a power called the Destrocero, the first time he used this technique, a quarter of the Forest of Menos was destroyed, however a lot of energy is required for this technique hence why his height decreases when ever he uses it.

As this is an NPC for the event you've made, I don't really have a problem with a character like this being made. If it was a proper, character, and not an NPC, I would ask for more detail. Either way, approved for 0-5 as requested.
