• Bone Appearance: The right site of the cowboy hat he wears is covered in bone that reaches down to the ammunition belt around his chest.

• Hollow Hole: John's hollow hole is in his back, though strangly, it cannot be viewed from the front. It is because his aspect of death is betrayal and he was shot in the back when he died.

• Reiatsu Color: Bloody red and rust colored. When his reiatsu is pouring out, his skin begins to look like rust is covering it and his eyes are colored sepia.

The Last Enemy, That Was Destroyed

Mr. Targast is one of the few remaining true cowboys of the great western days. And as such a man, he was constantly chased by the law for being a man who killed, pillaged and did what ever he wanted to his hearts content. Overtime his life began to flash by quickly as during his final days he was betrayed by the lawmen he had put his trust in for so long to keep his family safe while he hunted the men they wanted. After his death, he grew tired and weary of people, not trusting a single one of them until he found his son alive and well, but out for revenge against the man who betrayed him. Mr. Targast followed his son for two years as he hunted down the men responsible for killing his father, each one dying with their families while Mr. Targast could do nothing to stop his son. At the end of this two year period, his son had almost given up, causing John to finally believe that it wasn't his fault, but then his son, Jack, found his killer and betrayer. The lawman and FBI Agent, Edger Gross. He watched his son gun the man down in a showdown with the same skill he had learn't from Landon Rickket's, the fastest draw in the world with no comparison and finally saw that any enemy he had, would need to be destroyed as quickly as possible for his son and wife's safety.

Eventually, he found his old LeMat Revolver and Double Barrel shotgun as a ghost, picked them up and didn't even know that his skill from his days of living gone by called Dead Eye had awakened all his spiritual powers. His gun's could kill those alive ad dead, black monster's with white mask flanked him now and again, causing the stress of what he could do to finally show in his eyes and face as the days went by. These power's made his work easier, but far more harder at the same time now that the supernatural came to his doorstep for a fight. These monster's he thought only in books now attacked but dissolved into nothing once a bullet smashed in their white masks, strange things for any cowboy to see but even harder to understand.

Even in the after life, he keeps to his guns and kills any enemy he makes. His son and wife long since passed away and into the Soul Society, but he has found that people will hunt him no matter what he does. That is why, Every Enemy Is The Last Enemy That Must Be Destroyed. If only so he may feel relieved and be ready for the next. John Targast does not back down from any showdown.

Exodus Of Life

Being an outlaw made it hard for Mr. Targast to be around town and cities since he was constantly wanted. His speech is harsh and unrefined due to these choices in his life that led him to be an outcast. All he knew back in his days of being a boy was survive and that was the way he kept going until he found the gang along side Dutch, Abiline and Regus. The four of them terrorized Texas for thirty years, stealing cattle, taking out law men, killing the innocent for food and living the lives of the Outlaw. He learned to read along the way but thought it was useless. Nowaday's his harsh speech sitting around him and usually is not shown, but he's just as educated as any model citizen now. After he died he began to learn everything he could while fighting the forces of the dead, (he called hollows zombies but anyway) a gun in one hand with his eye slowing his time to never miss a shot while speed reading in the other hand with an eye locked on a book. John's manner's towards women had always been well done but he still thought he had needed work.

He continued on, speaking with those he could while working on his social skills to such an extent that society might no longer exile him. He never imagined that it all the hard work he put into this new life would go and be bellied up by the very 'outlaw white mask's' that he had been killin' for so long.

New Friends, Old Problem's

Mr. Targast began to wander the endless desert that he arrived in, having somehow become the beast the devoured him. He met several other's like himself, people he knew from the old west and that was the birth of an adjuhas as he devoured them all. He took the shape of a war horse, a massive fine beast who stomped anything lower than him as he sped through the desert. He knew not what an outlaw like himself should do, but a man approached him one fine moonlit night. His robes, black with a white over coat of some sort with a strange china-men pattern on the back. The man asked him to become a part of his arrancar army and John spoke against the idea, saying his was an outlaw and would see how far his evolution could go before deciding on the man's question.

The man smiled as he sped off towards a fellow adjuhas, devouring it after a short battle that ended when John smashed a hoove through his fellow adjuhas' skull. By the time he had reached the shifting point to what he learned was called a Vasto Lorde, he had been confronted by this man, who called himself , Sosuke Aizen once more. John feigned interest and ripped off his mask from Aizen;s instruction. He took on his old human appearance with a slight change. His cowboy hat wat white and like a bone on one side which trailed across his chest and rounded his body as if he wore and ammunition belt. With his new appearnce, Aizen held out a strange uniform that John shook his head at. It looked like a dress until he put it on. It was a duster coat of pure white with an arrancar uniform with a western setup.

He thanked Aizen before beginning to walk away, saying he would learn what he was and then take him up on his offer. The two parted ways, John taking hold of the nine-shot revolver in its holster and using the technique taught to him as a man of the west by his friend. Dead eye turned his vision towards a sephia color as his sense of time slowed to near a hundred thousand frames per second, drawing his revolver as three adjuhas ambushed him, all three with a bullet in their heads before they had so much as blinked. His level of power astounded him, deciding to go hunting for adjuhas to cook up and watched as his revolver became a shotgun. It seemed his weapon or Zanpakutō as Aizen had called it would change to the weapon of choice.

He had been hunt'n for years, learning from several others that Aizen had been defeated and that a new leader for the Arrancar had appeared. But what surprised him is that it was an organization of Arrancar and Demon's, not something you saw every day you know? So he decided to investigate the Arrancar palace that was in Hueco Mundo. He knew that the towns and such outside of it were frequented by whomever ruled due to rumors and decided to take a walk through the place. There he ran into a few old buddies from his Adjuhas days that had also become Arrancar and drank with them before noticing a few demon's walking in. He walked over with a 'Howdy' and asked where they were from. Thus began his new life with old problems. Enemies That Shall BE Destroyed.

Remember My Family!

John gained a grave dislike for demon's of all sorts, but still knew some could be good for him. He kept to himself until he met a demon he never thought he would see again. The man responsible for his death had actually been a demon all these years. He stood in the middle of London, an old man before him as they both drew, but with John using his Dead Eyes to land all nine bullets into the old man who missed his shot. He walked over to the man who lay there dying and spoke to him. All his hatred for the law finally resurfacing as he stomped his boot into the mans head. The words 'Remember My Family!' were heard before nine more bullets entered his killers skull. That was the end of Edgar Ross, as he was devoured for his acts against Mr. Targast. With his task finished, he finally felt as if he could do what he did best once more.

Outlaw Till The End

Mr. John Targast wanders Hueco Mundo, in search of absolutely nothing now and again. He recently after four hundred years wandered into the living realm to see that everything was far different than when he was alive. Texas looked like the old west, but the rest of the world had been hit hard or hit with evolution. The large pillars of stone and steel amazed him as he continued down his path....the path of one who will be an Outlaw Till The End of time.

Irish Man's Draw
Throughout his life as an outlaw, John had always made for a quick draw, which only grew faster and faster as time went on and he eventually died then as an arrancar, applied a sonido like speed to it.

Dead Man's Eyes

Whenever Mr. Targast has spiritual energy, his eyes may use the strange power known as Dead Man's Eyes which lets him slow down his own sense of time to where he could view it frame by frame as if he was watching a slide show. His eyes which slow time in his perspective allow him to move before an incoming attack make contact, draw his gun at speeds impossible to see with the naked and even trained eye(only in some cases.) He may even choose to simply dodge by use of a sonido, but his limit of frames is around 10,000 per second and anything traveling faster than sound is not see-able by his Dead Man's Eye's.

Tier Rise May Influence This Ability. Checker's and Approver's beware that a single zero is added per tier up. Say if he was 3-something, he would see around 10,000,000 frames per second when he reached higher Zero Tiers, as by that point, which each level of power till 0-2(not counting + & -) I would add a zero.

Blast Hand's

In Resereccion, John can create explosion's from his hands through using spiritual pressure and using the same method as one would create a cero but giving it a massive explosive touch. The explosions start as spheres that he can throw or slam into absolutely anything to cause an explosion of fire. The flames reach the same temperature of mantle.

Gun Cero
John uses his pistols to unleash a powerful Cero with each shot he fires that, because of their density, may crash through building and such as if a recking ball rammed into the skyscraper in question. He is able to change the direction of this attack while firing, making it extremely difficult to avoid, and even near impossible when Dead Eyes is active.

The sun would have hung itself high upon the sky by the time the escort of shinigami arrived in sereitei. They were unseated officers, just an escort sent to bring a lowly shinigami back to his home. They walked single file chatting freely with one another as if their mission held very little importance, but there would be one among them who walked silently as if a cloud hung over his head staring blankly at the ground as if he sought to hide himself from view.


Shenzo felt a cold sweat run down his back, he focused on placing one foot in front of the other doing his best to stand up straight. He wondered if everyone had forgotten about him? Several months ago he had been sent out on a routine mission. A group of shinigami had been sent to an urban location in the living world and not reported back. He was to find them and report their location back to sereitei. Yet things had not gone as planned, he had a arrived to a scene right out of one of the living worlds horror movies. The entire team was dead, exposed to some sort of virus or sickness which seemed to effect shinigami but not Ryoka. He had called it in, but been quarantined by the technological division.


The virus it seemed had been air born and he had contracted it. Within a matter of hours he had found himself in a fit of delirium, his temperature had shot off the scale and he had soon lost consciousness. He had only awakened a week ago, but thanks to the hard work of the scientific division, and the healing division he had somehow walked away with his life. Now he faced the harsh reality of feeling weaker than he had ever felt in his life.


The face that had greeted him in the mirror this morning was like a shell of its former self pale, eyes nearly dazed. Even now he found the effort of walking enough to exhaust him, but he had not wanted to be carried home like a beaten dog. The young shinigami would find himself pulled from his thoughts as his escort stopped in front of the fourth division. The man seemed almost ready to be rid of him as if he thought he might get sick as he turned. “You will be housed here for the time being, so you can be further examined just to be on the safe side." That it seemed was all the formality he was going to get as the escort turned and left him without hesitation, and he began his slow labored trek to the thirteenth division.


He would have preferred to be sent back to his barracks, as much as it pained him to be seen like this he had something he had to know, but it seemed his clean bill of health other than the chronic and to his estimation random loss of equilibrium which he had been assured would subside in a few months once his body was back to normal, was not enough assurance for someone in sereitei joy.. more being prodded like a bad science project.


Much to his irritation, he was met at the door and escorted to a room where he was informed someone would see him and likely once his observation was complete he would be released... observation right.. The nice word for we are going to humiliate you some more because were curious. He had already sworn to never go near the twelfth again if he could help it. Their tests were like something out of a cruel novel and they had obviously cared little for his dignity.


What could he do, with a sigh he lay back on the the mat in the room, and looked up at the ceiling, before holding his hand in front of his eyes and watching it shake. Nerves they had called it what he called it was a death sentence in his division, he couldn't draw his sword and there was one person in particular he was feeling the worst about seeing, that person sure as hell was not Kenpachi.
