Ideas for a book (Asada)

"Okay now I need some eggs. If I were eggs which market would it be?"

Andrew had been on a shopping trip to figure out where to get the next set of ingredients that he wanted to get. There were two recipes that he had wanted to create: a chowder using various fish and shellfish along with a soup known as a consumme. The soup seemed simple at first with simply using beef stock, but in order for a soup to be considered a consumme there are additional steps that needed to be taken. In order to create the clarity for the soup he needed to make a raft which was made with beef, vegetables and egg whites.. Using the raft Andrew could be able to remove the impurities left behind in the bones and make the soup clear as water. But for him the only problem he seemed to have is that he needed to find the eggs and he had found himself lost once again. Andrew eventually found himself staying still, his dark brown eyes scanning around for some kind of landmark that he can be able to locate so he can remember where he was.
