[*]Reasons For Upgrading:
Alright, I think Yuri is ready for the tier raise to 0-2+ for several reasons; First, His Fight with Shadin, Albeit, It was a short match, But, He went hard in that battle to the best of his abilities considering his opponent- The Mind of God. He was able to bare his fangs onto the Ziamichi, But, didn't do up to what he thought he could.Also, Shadin on the exit gave him an accelerated atom that fused into his essence, which gave way to another power entirely. Another reason would be because his recent ability that transcends Bankai in terms of power by tons of power. It's unbeknownst to me, But, I believe he's one of the first to have a Zanpakutō transformation that supersedes Bankai like Heaven and Earth. His Ice powers are known to be some of the coldest on the site, Having control of Absolute zero Ice in a base form with masterful dominance over it, Not having to go into forms that often.

Everything seems legit to me. If you were able to make Shadin bleed a bit, then that's ground for an upgrade, yo.
