Overall Appearance
Personality: Jack is simply angry all the time. His time as a Hollow pet has tainted him and warped his very essence, creating a soulless killing machine. At least, that's what the hollow think they've done. While it is true that he has been demoralized, his anger and torturous glee are both fabrications. Sometimes he actually does hold this anger, and finds it easier to slip into the facade day by day, but for the most part, he's a very calm person.
While he does have an intense amount of pride, it is not for quincy or the quincy way. Jack, oddly enough, has a large quantity of Hollow Pride. Unlike other quincy, Jack doesn't hate all hollow. In fact, he was raised by Hollow, which means he has a familiar love for them. Although his diet had been changed to include Hollow, he holds no ill-regard for them, similar to how if a hunter eats a deer, they may not hate all deer. Food is just food.
Everyone needs to eat. It doesn't matter what. If they don't eat, they'll die. It's just survival of the fittest. People need to stop taking food personally. A meal is only a meal. Even if a rousing battle full of blood and action (which he enjoys; Jack became quite the adrenaline junkie with his lifestyle)
The hate that most quincy have for Shinigami and Soul Society, however, is concrete set. He hates all shinigami with a passion. He will wait for them to prove themself to him, as reason tells him to, but if they prove themself to be a useless creature or fetter, he will destroy them. Soul Society is a petri dish for scum.

Natural Abilities
Name: Hirenkyaku
Description: To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most Arrancar and Shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances.
Name: Reiryoku Absorption & Manipulation
Description: A Quincy primarily absorbs spiritual energy from the atmosphere, and combines it with his or her own spiritual energy to form weapons. They have an easier time collecting this energy in environments with higher concentrations of spiritual particles, such as in Soul Society or Hueco Mundo. To a sufficiently powerful Quincy, there is no difference between spiritual particles and spiritual energy as a source of power. They can manipulate spiritual energy for offensive purposes. A Quincy most commonly reshapes spiritual particles into various types of bow and arrows, but can also concentrate spiritual energy into the form of swords, Seele Schneider, or Gintō.
Name: Ransotengai
Description: Ransōtengai (乱装天傀; lit. "heavenly wild puppet suit", "disheveled paradise puppet" in the Viz translation) — This is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings out of countless spiritrons. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement.
Quincy Powers
Quincy Bow Appearance: The bow itself is a deep purple, nearly black in color, and it's length reaches 5'6". Deep curves and spikes present itself in the center. There are no real details or intricities in the design, though the cross-hair looks similar to a bat.
Quincy Bow Powers: Name: Kürbis-Cage
Description: All of Jack's arrows gain an imprint. After striking their target, no matter what it is, an imprint of his reiatsu is left on that substance. This imprint is in the shape of a pumpkin. If he curves his next arrow to touch more than one but not connect solidly, his reishi will form a solid line to connect the two or more. The more reishi he pumps into the arrow, the thicker the lines.
Name: Flamme Regen
Description: After firing a volley of arrows into the sky, they will split into numerous smaller arrows and rain down. The reishi that forms the arrows will have converted into a dark orange flame that can burn with an intense heat, capable of scorching bone forever.

Quincy Tools Powers: Name: Orange Türöffnung
Description: This is a special ginto technique. Upon activation (which requires the incantation "Buzzing Memories hidden through a door, simple objects nothing more, When the full moon starts to climb we'll sing out!"), a pathway will appear between dimensions similar to a garganta. It opens with much similarities to the black doorway, though it is tinged with orange and in the shape of a large pumpkin.
Name: Heizen
Description: This technique creates a transparent, rectangular beam of energy from the silver tubes which slices through the opponent. It is activated by the command: "Feel the wrath of battle and accept this sacred chalice - Sacred Bite!"
Name: Gritz
Description: This technique forms a man-sized pentagonal Quincy cross which envelops its target. It is activated by the command: "A silver rod strikes the five-fingered stone bed - Quintuple Restraining Frames!"
Name: Wolke
Description: This technique uses a silver tube to create a large blast. While it may not be intended for use as such, Uryū uses it to cushion the impact of a fall. It is activated by the command: "Tilt the goblet to the west - Emerald Grail!"
Final Quincy Form Appearance: 
His reiatsu becomes so potent it covers his body completely and gives him the appearance of something else. Something sinister. Jack refers to this form as his Pumpkin King form. The funny thing is, under the reiatsu mask, he still looks normal. If the cloaking is cut, he will still bleed. The cloaking is only as thick as his skin is anyway, meaning it doesn't provice any extra services, such as defence. Until this form turns off or is deactivated, all the 'skin' from the cloak that is cut off will reform, more time taken depending on the severity of the wound.

Background/Roleplay Sample
Background:To say the least, Jack was an accident. Not in the sense of his birth, he was planned between a quincy mother and human father, and conceived normally. At the age of five, his quincy powers were just beginning to manifest. His reiatsu would flicker around him occasionally, an orange glimmer tussling his brown hair. The accident was when an arrancar tore open a portal to earth and stole him. He was whisked away in the middle of the night, his parents not having a clue. The purpose? The arrancar in question was one of those with mass intelligence and curiosity. His hypothesis was that anyone could be brought down to an arrancar's level, that of 'evil'. He was right.
He was raised in hueco mundo as a hollow. The arrancar that raised him was named Rey Calabaza, and actually was a decent father. Surprisingly, he taught him everything he actually needed to know to survive. He could find food and water (Though he was raised as a hollow, the arrancar knew he needed to eat human food), although there was one catch. Jack was slowly adjusting to eating Hollow. By the age of 10, he was capable of eating Hollow normally. By the age of 12, he and Rey became well known in Hueco Mundo as a traveling pair of psychotic monsters that devoured all.
As he matured into a young teenager, he began to grow bored of simply shooting arrows. It was too tame. He needed more in his abilities. Rey agreed; An archer was nothing without some specialties. He needed something awesome. Something super special awesome. There was only one place he could get it, as well. Letting Rey open a garganta, he bid his father farewell and traveled to Earth. He wouldn't be back soon. For four years he looked for other quincy. It didn't take him too long. The quincy were a proud race, and though they were rare, they recognized their own kind.
Due to the taint of hollow, it was discovered that Jack had a certain style. His arrows seemed to give off a special after-effect; an image in the form of a pumpkin. In fact, everything he did had a special pumpkin motif. For this reason, he dubbed himself the Pumpkin King, and everything he did or made after that was sure to have a pumpkin style.
He was taught how to perform Hirenkyaku, form reishi panels, and even use Ginto. The most powerful thing he gained, however, was a special glove. His master had' actually given him a quincy glove in order to utilize his full potentials. The master taught him how to create seele shneiders as well, and even use Ransotengai, though he hasn't quite mastered it yet. His full potential, however, lies within his specialized arrow techniques. There was one thing he needed to do, however.
Using his special ginto, he was able to return to Hueco Mundo. Finding his father, he found the arrancar dead, slain by a shinigami. Why would someone kill his father? He was a gentle man, kind and caring. ...More or less. Enough was enough. His brother hollow may have been a tad barbaric, but they weren't evil by any means. Simply hungry. Everyone had to feed. It was finally time for him to use his abilities for something other than self-gratification. It was time to wage war on the murderous scum that was the Soul Society.
RP Sample:It was a simple day for Jack Skellington. He was merely walking through Karakura town, a first for someone like him. Not a single presence was felt this day. All he knew was that he was hungry. His stomach rumbled with a ferocious pang. He needed FOOD! Ambling down the sidewalk with simple steps, he paid no mind to the people around him. He simply shuffled between their mortal forms, a simple glance letting them know he wasn't friendly. They merely ignored him as well. It was a beautiful relationship. Stepping inside of a local restaurant, he waited patiently to be seated. Finally, after letting three people go before him (he may have been unfriendly, but he wasn't a jerk), he was waited by a very pretty waitress. If she wasn't so useless, he may have worked his charm over her. Flipping the white bangs out of his eyes, he smiled at her. Maybe he could get a discount, at the very least.
Removing his customary black jacket, he folded it and placed it beside him, not allowing it to be taken by the hostess. There were things in there that were important to him, and if he were to part with them, who knew what could (or would) happen. Ordering his food slowly, he made a mental check to see how much this was compared to how much he had on him. After the waitress jotted down his order and scurried off, he simply waited. It shouldn't take long, a burger and onion rings didn't take too long to prepare. The strawberry milkshake came first, perfectly blended. Thanking the serving girl (whom he couldn't seem to remember her name), he slipped the straw into his mouth and began to drink the thick liquid. It was delicious. Smiling in pleasure, he watched the girl scurry off once more. Though she was useless in the grand scheme of thing, she DID have a nice ass.
In another 15 minutes, his meal was delivered. Relishing the flavors, he didn't even let the girl leave before he began chowing down. She simply smiled a light smile. It didn't take long for his plate to clear. Standing to leave, the girl passed him by again, stealthily dropping a napkin on his table. Glancing at it, it had a name and a number jotted. Smirking, he pocketed the napkin before going to pay his bill. Leaving the restaurant, he wondered what to do next.
