THE START OF THE WINTER FIST FESTIVAL [Observation Group A] Empty THE START OF THE WINTER FIST FESTIVAL [Observation Group A]

Artist: Kommisar - Song: Rainbow Palace - Word Count: 2000
There was nothing but mist throughout the lands as the dawn of the sun reigned upon the likes of the 11th Division. It was a frigid, cold and damp morning; but it was one where the Captain of this division was seen standing upon the top of the tallest building within the nest of numerous structures throughout the Squad Eleven compound. Gazing outwards towards an empty spot within her barracks, a mischievous smirk crept across The Menacing Devil's Face as she knew this was going to be the spot where things would get interesting. Taking flight over towards the range that spanned for around a half mile, she'd reach within a matter of moments before swiftly stopping roughly hovering one hundred feet above the vicinity. "Perfect. This looks like an ideal spot. Now, let's build ourselves a fitting stage!"

In a matter of moments, there was a sudden surge within the depths of energy inside of Ibiki. It was obvious at this point she was getting ready to release: "SMASH 'EM UP, ONI-KYOSEI!" Echoing those words throughout the land, a burst of purple energy exploded around her as the color within Ibiki's eyes soon faded and that grin of hers grin even wider in size. Holding out her hands, the ground throughout the 11th Division started to shake as if there was an earthquake occurring. It caused many in the buildings throughout the squad to suddenly rushing out to see what the commotion was as they felt their Captain's spiritual pressure skyrocket. However, before they could approach, a wall of indigo-hued energy kept them back. It was far too dangerous for them at the moment to approach this land at the moment.

Taking a heavy sigh, The Horned Devil of Squad 11 smashed her hands together and a shockwave erupted throughout the lands as to the center of this land a white spire emerged that reached into the heavens themselves. Following that release, four other silver spheres emerged from the earth: one from the south, one from the west, one from the east and one from the north. All five of these spires together stopped once they were high enough in the air to be in the same range as the clouds in the sky. What was so important about these spires? Well, they were constructed through Ibiki's Envision Force: an ability of her Shikai that allowed The Captain to utilize her will as extension of herself through spiritual energy via Resolve Force's energy; the primary power of her Zanpukto that essentially has the ability to transform her resolve into a tangible force that she uses alongside her brute fighting style to overwhelm her opponents.

In this instance, however, she wasn't aiming for anything combat related. Rather, she was making blueprints for a colossal arena to host her Winter Fist Festival; a tournament that the intentions of bringing back the Gotei 13 on it's feet by assembling some of it's most revered Shinigami in one place. There was going to be booze, merriment, fighting and socializing to go on throughout this event as one set of combatants would fight for the title of her fellow Vice Captain, while another would simply fight for the sport of it; letting everyone else in between enjoy the show and endless supply of hootch readily available by Ibiki.

SO, without further adieu, what had been needed now....WAS A STADIUM! Grinning with sheer glee, five colossal mounds of Earth shot up into the air at great speeds that spanned roughly two hundred meters in size each. They were directed to the tops of these spires, connected at the base and soon they started to contort, morph and shift as Ibiki let out a monstrous roar. What was occurring here? Resolve Force was being put to work as she started to shift the landmasses into different stadiums filled with many fighting arenas, observation decks and wide spaces for people to gather. These colosseums shared the same hue as the spire with their white shaded colors; nearly resembling the Ancient Stadiums of Greece with their looks. From there, they would all be connected by a ring that allowed people to travel in between the facilities in the North, South, West and East locations; and then a series of spires from each of these four stadiums were attached to the central arena in the middle.

Now, with these beeathmous crafted, it was time for her to begin assigning purposes to each one of her creations. The colosseum located in the center would be designated for competitors aiming for the title of Squad 11 Captain: this would be called Group Prime and would she'd divide these people into various companies that were limited to having six per group to avoid overcrowding. Now, as to the structure to the south? This would be where those who aren't looking to be her Vice Captain will be located if they are desiring a fight. In this stadium, there will be anyone within the Gotei 13 and even the Soul Society itself who desires to have a good spar and put on a show for others to observe. As with Group Prime, there will be no more then six competitors allowed; which meant that three stadiums were left to go; however they all more or less served a similar purpose. These would be structures where socializing can take place, people can observe the fights from a distance and make merry as they choose along with serving a function to store the copious amounts of booze that will be imported for this tournament.

Which mean, on that note, it was most certainly time for Sake Sutorīmi's ability to shine as Ibiki grabbed her trusty, purple colored gorge. Releasing many of hte seals seen across it, The Menacing Devil went through with opening it's top and soon enough, in her released state, there would be a colossal wave of liquid sunshine released from it as the precious, alcoholic beverage had been stared within massive circular chambers stored in the base of each spire and within the other stadiums excluding the Central and South Stadiums. From there, she'd seal Sake Sutorīmi into the ground and connect it through a series of tubes that were associated with these three stadiums and spires to constantly refill and disperse it's contents whenever it's volume would decrease until the tournament was completed. This was to ensure she could keep up with the demand that would surely arise as this event got underway.

With everything set-up, the likes of those below her had mixed reaction ranging from awe at the sheer size and height of this structure, to anger for being woken up by such a ruckus and confusion as to why it was made. For that reason, Ibiki was ready to announce the purpose of this event. Readying a mass series of Hell Butterflies, she sent thousand of these throughout the Seireitei and the Soul Society alike to make sure that this message was broadcasted to everyone who was interested:

"My name is Ibiki Zaraki, otherwise known as The Squad 11 Captain, Menacing Devil, Miss Suika and other similar titles you may or may not know me as. I bring this announcement to call out all of those within the Seireitei and Soul Society alike to come partake in my Winter Fist Festival. So, pay attention to what I say closely from here on out please! The Winter Fist Festival Tournament will be held today in the depths of the Squad 11 Company. And it's purpose? It's rather simple! I recently have taken the helm as Captain and I wish to bring my division back with a bang. I have a desire to understand the people who follow me, who fight alongside me and those who call themselves my ally.

Thus, with this tournament, I will have those who desire to be my VC, no matter they come from the Rukongai, other divisions or my own squad are welcome to this tournament. Shinigami interested in petting themselves to a real challenge will be welcomed towards the Central Colosseum to put their abilities to the test. I'll have you all fight in groups going upwards of six people at a maximum, and it will be a King of The Hill Style match: meaning that the last person standing from each group will be crowned victor of The Winter Feast Festival Tournament and prompted to my Vice Captain; going on to face me in a final exhibition match. The only limit I have is that you try to fight fair and avoid any cheapshots.

Yet, for those not interested in such a thing, but still thirst for a battle: I welcome you to join the South Stadium where those who seek a sportsmanship-like spar will have many facilities and arenas to do battle in. From fellow Captains wishing to showcase their strength, or simply those wanting to make a point to join. You people will also be divided into similar groups and the winner of your fights will take on the title as Winter Feast Champs.

For everyone else, feel free to take as much merriment, booze and entertainment as you like from this as everyone who partakes in this will be receiving ten years worth of hootch from myself personally. Hehehehehe, so feel free to socialize, get to know each other and let's put on a good show for all of those watching us. I certainly want to see other Captains taking part in the observations, but I'll hold my breath on that one. I hope everyone one of you that joins this tournament gives me the best fighting spirit you can offer and give us a real good thrashing.

This is Ibiki Zaraki, OVER AND OUT!"

With that, she'd close her messages and soon a storm of hell butterflies were sent off in every which direction. Taking a heavy breath, she'd release from her Shikai state and fly upwards to the Observation Station located to the East to have a primary view of all of the events taking place. This was going to be a grand day indeed and she was looking forward to all of the fights, all of the faces and all of the events that would take place as the Winter Fist Festival would progress on this cold day in the Seireitei.

Meanwhile, all of the members of the Division 11 Squad let out a roar as they were seen jumping, flying and transports themselves to the stadiums in any method they could. Some tried climbing the colossal spires, others were running up the staircase of the towers; many individuals simply flew to the top and another majority merely used Senkaimon to travel into the colosseums. In due time, as time would go on, many sorts of crowds were seen appearing in the many facilities throughout this festival and a large gathering would be had for the Winter Fist Festival; all waiting for a good show to be had, a chance to test their abilities and to just plain have some fun.

Whatever would occur here today would be marked in everyone's memory, that is for certain. It was time the The Division 11 had their own mark to make and this was certainly a start towards that. For this would be an event that would most certainly go down in the Gotei 13's history; because never before had they hosted such a tournament before and to do so was quite the radical move in Ibiki's opinion as she watched all of these contestants assemble towards their respective arenas. It brought such great happiness to her, despite the creeping feeling the likes of Central 46 may eventually nag her about it later. At any case, she'd utter these words out to herself before putting an end to things:

"Well, here goes nothing. The start of my campaign begins with this beautiful event here today. Hehehe, let's hope that this isn't a choice I soon regret!"

His pressure gave him away, Tsubasa was now the Head Captain something he never really thought they needed. But his strength and prowess had landed him well the hot seat of the Gotei 13. His Haori trailed behind him as he arrived to witness his friend's tournament, what would come of it well that was hard to say. Neviah was here as well, his crimson gaze held both people as he looked on. Byakko strapped to his waist the observation of the fight going on would be interesting. How had the Head Captain managed to do this, well Ibiki was his friend and he wouldn't miss it for the world. He noticed that an active leader was a good thing. But he remained quiet waiting for Ibiki to notice his presence. The benefit of being a quiet man had many advantages. Specilaly for the job he was undertaking now, it had been years since someone filled the spot. But they finally had one that was the good news he supposed. Tsubasa's eyes went down to Ibiki's men, she did sure like making speeches. Tsubasa was the direct opposite of her he was a quiet man. Whom would rather let his actions show the answer to questions than a speech. But to each their own, Tsubasa had his way and Ibiki had hers. Neviah was quite new to her role he didn't have an opinion of her, only she was a weak drinker. He recalled her flirting with him shamelessly when she got drunk. Tsubasa strangely enough had never been drunk, he had some amazing dexterity for the drink never effected him. His eyes looked on at the two they'd forged a good friendship as well. Ibiki and Neviah would be resources in the long run he could have help him take the Gotei 13 to the future where it belonged. The idea to hold a battle royal for this was amusing enough.

His spiritual pressure was massive now, even larger than it had been when the war happened. Tsubasa could be felt no matter what he did really. He didn't hid his pressure unless he wanted too, which was rare and this wasn't a time in which he did so. Journeying to the 11th Division to witness this was important, the stature he presented was something hard to follow. He could remain quiet and take in the battle and see whom was going to be the top dog in this fight of Shinigami. It was an interesting idea, Hiroshi would of enjoyed something simple like this he expected. But it was good experience for those whom were training. Plus it gave the Captain a fair idea of how her men would fight and specilaly her vice captain. The position carried a weight that paled in comparison to his own. But it held a burden for the young coming into this place, they would need to be ready for whatever came of the battles that were about to commence. Simply being strong and capable were not enough anymore.

Vice Captains were the ones whom represented their Captains, Captain's weren't supposed to be the ones whom came out for every little thing. They had to trust the person under them to handle some matters, Tsubasa choose Hiroshi because he wanted to path his knowledge on to someone first. Teach them the way of the sword from what he knew, though his student hadn't seen a third of what Tsubasa was capable of with his swordplay. Truth be told by many accounts his swordplay skills were in a league that few other Shinigami had ever reached, this made him special. But this wasn't about him, this was about the future. The people he'd see representing the 11th Division as the Vice Captain. The one whom would support Ibiki when he could not. Tsubasa was able to fight beside Ibiki most of the time, but now as a Head Captain. Well he couldn't go out and fight as frequently as he would of liked. He had to put his faith in those under him. Place his faith in the Gotei 13 Captains.

Artist: Kommisar - Song: Rainbow Palace - Word Count: 1320
It seems like the events were beginning to stream along quite nicely for the whole Winter Festival. There were many sorts of commoners entering into the stadium seats; for there were many people from far and wide coming to pay tribute to this match of fighters. They came from the four corners of the Rukongai district, ranging from the poorest of the poor, to the elite of the elite. Apart of these crowds were also the ever increasing force of the Gotei 13's own members. A division member from almost every squadron had entered into one of four stadiums at the very least from the estimations. Therefore, from all of this commotion being generated as a result of this tournament, it seemed that things should be more than underway....but The Captain of Squad 11 couldn't help but shake the feeling that some of the main entries into the fight hadn't shown up quite yet. Maybe there was a delay in their timing? Perhaps they had injured themselves on the way? Whatever the case may be, The Zarkai was hoping they'd hurry soon with all of these testy souls gathering.

Although it didn't seem like she was going to have much time to think to herself about these resonating thoughts occurring within, for it seems that the likes of the 10th Division Captain had other plans. Once Ibiki was able to sense the presence of Neviah's scent, sound and spiritual energy into the area; she had deduced that the fellow Captain in arms was coming to their location to most likely watch and partake in the festivity's. So, once she was within a close enough range of her, The Menacing Devil Girl had sprang around at the exact moment where The Memory Rosary had attempted to hug her and actually beat her to the punch; sporting a coy smile in the presence of this surprise victory for the Oni-Shinigami. Even in such a casual setting, the Zaraki's body had been deeply in-tune with the environment around her; ready at any moment to deal with a combative threat if the worse should come to worse in this little event she's hosted on this grand day.

"Oh, so it seems like even the Captains from the other Squad are interestin' in havin' a lil' field day, are they? That's more than alright by me. I've got room, space and booze to cover you all." Watching Neviah release from her grip, Ibiki would begin to rub her nose as she remembered the last time the likes of this lightweight had the fine taste of alcohol slip past her mouth and into her body. Oh yes, she turned into quite the flirtatious wreck. Humping anything in sight, lusting after everything that move and turning into one slobbering mess of incoherent lewdness. Yes indeed, the two of them certainly were assured in the fact that the Captain of Squad Ten should stay as far away from the liquor supply as possible if they were to keep this from turning into a PG-18 scene. So with that much mulled over in The Zaraki's mind, The Devil Girl soon turned her face towards Neviah's with a cheesy grin etched across her lips as she started speaking of the last they met.

"And on the subject of the good ol' hooch in my tournament, brought to you by my Zanpukto, I highly recommend that you, my silvered haired lover girl, try to stay away from the drinks provided here at all cost. If you do, I won't be able to promise the safety of everyone's personal space if ya' start hittin' on them as hard as ya flirted around with me and Mr.Tsubasa." Slapping her on the back while having a hardy laugh, she'd soon hear rings of the devil himself as she turned her head around to see the likes of the Captain Commander coming on to the scene after being able to pick up on his presence a mile away with her senses. Scratching her head a bit of confusion, she'd ponder why he really didn't say anything. Maybe he really wasn't a man of many words, or was just a bit too shy to really speak what he meant. Hearing how he spoke in her presence, Ibiki was jokingly leaning towards the latter of the two options presented to her mind; so she had a slight giggle escape her lips as a result.

"So, The Big Ol' Bad Devil himself finally decides to make an appearance, eh? C'mon, liven up, shake up and show me a smile already. You look like you've just seen a ghost, Tsubasa." Grinning softly at his entrance into the two female Captain's conversation, it seemed that this tournament was gathering all sorts of people to the fray as the sparks were igniting in the air with all of these people coming to see a good fight, high class drinks and a day they'd remember. So, to potentially spice things up, The Division 11 Leader turned her gaze towards the South Stadium and had a sinister idea began to come into her head. What was it, exactly? Well, you see, Ibiki needed a little warm-up to get her blood jumping after the battle for Australia. Therefore, this was going to be the perfect time to test her skills against some of those within the Thirteen Court Squads. Having this line of thoughts in mind, the best possible way to do that would be to most likely challenge Tsubasa to a match.

"Alright, alright~! We've got the trio assembled, we've got the people massed and the air is nothing but tense: so why don't we throw a match into the fire and really flare up things? I'll cut right to the chase as well." Moving the chains of her Zanpukto around, The Devil Girl swung up her purple gorge known as "Sake Sutorīmu" to her right hand, took a huge swig of her precious booze and then pointed her left finger at The Captain Commander with a smirk. "Why don't we give them a nice exhibition match and do battle in the Reckless Fist? Surely two Captains going at it will ignite the flares of the fighters spirit within some of these new candidates and get them to push themselves. Wouldn't ya agree, Miss Neviah?" Smirking a bit, she'd hope today would be prove to be very interesting in this matter if the two their fist should meet in the ring.

"And don't worry, I've more than got enough security put in place for our powers to be contained there. I've taken the liberty of saving some of that Holy Energy Miss Reimu Iramasha lent me and used it to formulate the same level of barriers as the ones seen in Golden Coast throughout all of the battle arenas in the stadiums. So for the most part, the spectators should be safe if the combatants don't lose their minds. Heheheheh." Ripping her nose once more, she'd tap the air and have a purple vortex begin to open up before the eyes of the three Captain group.

"You can continue observing there, Neviah, if you don't wish to fight. But I feel myself kind of itching for it, and I can see it might do Tsubasa a good deal of repair to that tense nature he seems to have at the moment. I can feel ya, your body feels as stiff as stone and I'm gonna loosen the edges for ya if we meet in the ring. Hehehehe." Having said that, she'd fold her arms softly; awaiting to see the responses of her two comrades to see what they had perceived of these ambition ideas of hers. Whatever the result, something intriguing was gonna happen soon enough with everything that was assembled on this day. Too much was put into this tournament for it to flop, after all.

HIs form lightened up, a fight huh Ibiki had not seen him when serious. "How far you want me to go? " Tsubasa made the statement clear, Ibiki knew him well enough to know Tsubasa had two sides. This question meant one thing did she want to see him as he was when he was prepared to go for a kill. Or on a professional nature, she had to pick one or the other. He didn't speak much as his frame remained still. Tsubasa looked at her as he walked towards her now and thought for a moment, this could be a chance to train her in the method he'd planned for the others. Ibiki was a good bit stronger than most but she was the front line and indeed was needed for things like that. Tsubasa didn't really care how Ibiki wanted to battle him, he was a man who fought every moment of his life. Unlike most 12th Division people who devoted time to knowledge. Tsubasa devoted it in the art of killing, this was the way things were required to work. He could use the kido cuffs on her to give her a bit of a challenge, Ibiki would not accept such as his help most likely. Tsubasa would have to do it this way, as for Neviah well she would require a certain touch that he didn't have. Perhaps he would have to do something risky and unthinkable and allowing Ibiki to teach the girl. But his gaze looked on as he waited the response Ibiki had the floor, Tsubasa could let his blood lust out and show them the Demon of the Shinigami. Or keep his composure as the Professional, it didn't matter much to him. Tsubasa was capable of fighting several ways, he was an effective Captain Commander and that was something. He'd planned to surpass the prowess of Head Captain Yamamoto. Letting people train against him was something he needed to do in order for balance.

But could he strength Ibiki with the Kido Cuffs or did she need them? His eyes of crimson examined the situation, taking in all the details. Her pressure was impressive his was still stronger by a good amount. Neviah could deal with them, he rubbed his chin. He would have to see about placing a pair on Neviah and letting her grow from that experience, she could indeed train through other means than facing him. It was entirely up to her how she went about it, he kept an unmoved look on his face. Not many people understood, but Tsubasa was a killer so feeling or showing much on his face was rare. As such it required him to be effective and deadly in many aspects, but keeping himself an Enigma was part of the process. Tsubasa had begun a task that would take him a long period of time to do. He was going to train each of the Captains privately and not so much when needed, after that it could be transferred over to the people who were under them.

His plan was simple and Ibiki well she could be one of the ones he trained somewhat without knowing it, letting her practice against him a fight against Tsubasa was an eye opening thing. Most people thought they had a clear idea of how he fought, he waited calmly looking at the female with a relatively unmoved poster his eyes seemed to be the exact color of blood. Ibiki was someone he did have an interest in doing battle with, as a swordsman he was very effective and Tsubasa had only improved in this aspect as his sword play grew and his mastery over his Zanpakutō grew. But he also educated himself further in kido and focus, these were things he felt important to master and bring himself to a new level in without halting. Tsubasa had trained himself and his body into a shape that was absolutely insane, but that was for another time. When Ibiki answered they could go from there, she liked to make her jokes but he wondered how seriously she wanted him to be.

Onlookers that passed by the group of the Gotei 13's finest seemed to be a bit perplexed in their expressions. Why was that, one might ask? It was a rather simple question to answer: to see the likes of the Thirteen Court Guard's commanders being so -- lax -- was a sight to see for some of the more common folk that entered into the festival. Giving swift glances at the pair of females as the rows of people passed them by, what was going between the interaction of the Menacing Devil Girl and Legacy Of The Memory Rosary seemed rather charming to some. For to them? To see that two captains could be so relaxed, compared to some of the Gotei 13's hardened past, showed to others that perhaps they were moving away from their blood soaked past.

Nevertheless, there was a small laugh that escaped Ibiki's mouth as she looked at Neviah stumbling around the area as usual. Yapping about, turning beet red and generally acting like a shy nutcase were typical antics that the Division 11 Captain suspected to see out of the Memory Rosary. It was all alright with Ibiki to see Neviah like this. For at least the fellow ally in arms could make tangible words out of her mouth today. Keeping track of her movements during that brilliant burst of speed, Ibiki would keep a soft note to herself that the little lady can be fast when she wants to be. If The Devil Girl had to guess? With enough refinement, Neviah could most likely be a blitzkrieg if they just baited her with an endless sea of men to get her speed to go into overdrive. In response to that thought, she'd let out a small chuckle because of the sheer hilarity and lunacy of that idea.

At any rate, she'd notice that Neviah would be clinging rather closely to her clothing and suspected that she was scared out of her wits to being doing such a thing. With a slight shrug of the shoulders, Ibiki seemed to let out a soft and light hearted sigh. The 'lass really needed to work on her social skills when it came to dealing with the opposite sex; or else it was going to ruin her experience as a fellow Captain in the Gotei 13. Patting her head while speaking, Ibiki would give an obligatory nod as Neviah started to voice her concerns about the matter of herself and Tsubasa fighting in this tournament; let alone in the Seireitei itself. There were certainly risk involved for all parties, but The Menacing Devil Girl didn't see any real probability of this getting out of hand. Many may question this bizarre notion The Division 11 Captain had, but she honestly had the sensation in her heart that all things would be handled in due time as this event progresses. There were already favors called in from high-places if extra measurements of security were needed to ensure the sanctity of the Soul Society and Seireitei were not compromised. Hehehehe, a certain Maiden of the Iramasha would see to that much.

And for the matter of upstaging the others on the field? Ibiki had time to process that thought and didn't think much of it really. Everyone was here to have their fun, after all. From the observers, to the souls participating in this bout and, of course, the Captains themselves. All those who attended to the Winter Fist Festival wanted to have a little test to measure their abilities -- and Ibiki was no different. It made no difference to her rather the stage was small, or grander than life. If the two were going to fight, they were going to do it properly. There honestly wasn't any two ways about it in Ibiki's mind; especially having made it up with what she wanted to do here today. So despite how her actions may come off, if people decided to have their fight be perceived as overshadowing others -- then so be it. That was just a casualty of life as nothing ever goes as fully planned most of the time.

"Eh? Why would I be afraid of that? I think the opposite effect would occur there, Neviah. If all those taking part in this tournament see two Captains lashing out, I'm certain the fire from our scarp will ignite a spark within the souls of others to try harder and get their own spectacle taken up to another level. I made for this festival for everyone to have a bit of fun; from the mere commoner, to the highest commander in the land. So I'm sorry, but I can't stop what's been put in motion."

After she was done speaking with The Tenth Division Captain, Ibiki would then scratch her head and sigh a bit out of her intentions being misunderstood clearly. From that moment, The Menacing Devil Girl then viewed Neviah running off to most likely get herself together after making such a strong opinion on something. Therefore, a soft smile could be seen coming into The Oni's face as she understood very well what needed to be done. Giving a gentle nod of her head, she'd express a sentiment of understanding through her body language. In that way, no words were needed to convey the two Captain's actions. That girl certainly had a lot of issues to deal with, but Ibiki was more interested in getting to the bottom of her upcoming battle against the likes of Tsubasa.

As a result of this, once Neviah was out of sight, The Division 11 Captain would then set her sights on the crimson eyes of Tsubasa with a confident smirk cocked across her face. Hearing the question exit from Tsubasa's mouth that inquired which version of of The Captain Commander she wanted to fight -- was laughable. In fact, she started outright laughing in his face after he said such a question. Who did the Unabara take her for? An amentur? Someone scared of a challenge? Oh no. She wanted to fight him at his best frame of mind, in his most difficult bloodlust setting. Otherwise, this fightwould simply be for nothing. Therefore, she'd make these thoughts very clear in what came next:

"Just who the hell do you think I am, Tsubasa?" Asking that rhetorical question in a light-hearted matter, the cackling from The Division 11's voice was still very apparent in the way that her voice echoed such a heartfelt tone. "If you aren't going to come at me with your keenest intent to fight, this isn't gonna be a battle worth my time. We aren't the melee combat of the Gotei 13 for nothing. As composed, rational and in gentle as I may seem; I am still very much a representation of the Zarkai Corpse and it would be an insult not to come at me with your best. Otherwise, you won't have a chance at winning this blow out, ehehehe."

Cracking her fist a bit, Ibiki would pop the bones in her body, stretched out her arms, twisted her stomach and eventually got herself hyped up for the battle as a burst of purple spiritual energy faintly illuminated around her. "So if you would be so kind as to follow me, we can venture into the depths of the Winter Fist Festival and begin the battle of The Devil and The Killer, can we not? I want to see what you are made of and measure my own abilities against it." With that much uttered out to the world, Ibiki would soon leap into the air and take flight towards the Southern Stadium that lead to the Reckless Fist. Making sure that there was room for each of them, Ibiki would await for Tsubasa to follow as they'd do battle in one of the larger ends of the stadium that awaited them.

THUS, as she dashed like a purple streak of light throughout the skies of the the Seireitei, she'd take a glance back at Tsubasa before saying these parting words to him: "Do what you need to do to reach into your A-Class, S-Class or whatever special level you need to. Hold it, make it potent and then come at me with it. I do not want anything less than a challenge. I'm very much anticipating this blowout and I do not want to be disappointed, C'ptain. I'll be waiting for you in the next stadium over. 'Til then."

And with that, Ibiki's speed had her out of sight, out of mind. Leaving Tsubasa with what he needed to do to prepare himself for this battle, the time for The Menacing Devil Girl to make her preparations and for the crowds around them to brace themselves for one of the most explosive bouts of the Reckless Fist. Indeed, today was going to be a destructive bout between The Division 11 Captain and the Leader of the Gotei 13. One that oughta get the likes of the Oni pumped up for something dangerous, lethal and ultimately -- fun.

But most of all? Only schmucks play on easy mode.
