Reasons For Upgrading: Venus fought and over-powered a 0-2 in an extremely one sided battle, and not only that, defeated the arrancar in under.. 6 posts from her, putting the arrancar essentially out of commission in a single post due to circumstances.
What Are You Upgrading: IF possible, i think venus has more then shown her speed.. and i'd like a master or grandmaster in it.. however as well i would like a tier upgrade for her.. to what ever tier that the one checking this feels is earned from this feat.

Reading this thread, I don't see it as deserving of either a skill OR a tier upgrade. Since from the look of it, Kade left voluntarily for the most part and then there's this:

Venus wasn't that strong but ultimately crazy.....

So, what i'm seeing is that this was based more on Anastasia being unprepared for the reckless nature of the character, not so much overpowered by them. Because of that, I'm going to be denying both the skill upgrade and the tier upgrade. If anyone has a problem with this, shoot me a message or feel free to overrule me. However, this is where things stand for now.
