Information: Shinryu is offering a discreet, yet open challenge to all lower tier shinigami, as well as to his own Onmitsukido and 2nd Division members. His request is simple: acquire information about your fellow Shinigami without their knowledge and return to Shinryu with it. Depending on the quality of the information, Shinryu will reward those accordingly.

Primary Task: There will be two sides to this mission. Those gathering information and those preventing the gathering of the information against them. Non-Captain Shinigami are entitled to seek out information on any other Shinigami without their knowledge. This will be an Open Mission where once a month it can be attempted for. Individuals will simply put, try to gather intimate knowledge about their fellow Shinigami without getting caught.

Extra Task: If and when you are caught in the act of gathering information, you are required to challenge that fellow Shinigami to a fight. If that Shinigami refuses or you lose, your mission will be void. Succeeding in winning the fight, unless your ability is far superior to them, can generate bonus rewards.

Rewards: Individuals who successfully complete this challenge will receive a Rank up in either their Hoho, Focus, or Mental Deduction skills(Up to a maximum of Master). Should an individual learn a highly valuable piece of information(Otherwise unknown Zanpakutō abilities, a secret technique, an unknown project, a notable weakness), they will receive an additional private training by Shinryu in the use of Hakuda and Shunko. Winning the fight will reward the option to place the Rank up in any of their skills.

Side Reward: Primarily a mission designed for his Onmitsukido, Shinryu is also using it to scout potential members for his 2nd Division. As a result, any non-Onmitsukido or 2nd division Shinigami who completes this mission has an opportunity to earn a a seated or nonseated position within the 2nd Division.
