NEW CAPTAIN
Aleaf floated on the winds gentle touch. Dew dried as the morning sun climbedhigher into the sky. Light purple flowers closed to the sun as green vinesclimbed upon the pole it touched. Hinashi could feel the movements, feel theslight wind in the air. The smell of the flowers, of the dew slowly being driedby the warm sun. Shade fell over her slowly as blueish gray smoke swirledaround her head. The smell of lavender and mint danced around her head as shebreathed in deeply, relaxing. The void was already present as the Vice-Captainof the 1st division seeped deeper and deeper in thought. The placeshe had chosen to train was nestled in the barracks of the 1st division. A smallclearing surrounded by rock. A stream trickled into a small pond, silver troutdanced in the sunlight.


Hinashi has chosen this place because it offered serenity and a secluded place so she could work on her bankai. So much had happened, she had heard that she had a new Captain but she had been putting off meeting him. As she eased herself against the tree she was leaning against she opened her eyes slowly. She reached into her kimono and pulled out a small pouch, She tapped her pipe against the tree and repacked the bowl. Lighting it slowly she inhaled and blew out a purplish smoke that smelled like plum.


Slowly she stood up and brushed off her kimono. She removed her kimono and hung it on a branch. Tightening the sash on her zanpakuto she walked toward a group of rocks. Her image shimmered and she appeared closer to the rocks. "Well its a nice day, I guess i can work on my tan." she said to herself. She got undressed, revealing the light blue bikini she had been wearing under her clothing.
