Item Name: GREMLIN Heuristic On-Site Tactical Convertible-Vehicle (GHOST-CV)
Item Type: Available to all members of, you guessed it, GREMLIN squad.
Used For: Strategy, Tactical movement, Temporary Energy Suppression, Tactical Assault.
Item Description: The GHOST Convertible Vehicle, as it's name suggests, provides a tactical advantage over the enemy. It has several forms, which include a submersible, a helicopter, mini-jet (Capable of flight speeds of mach one, and Vertical liftoff), a Motorcycle, a backpack, and a small van, around the size of an ice-cream truck. In each form, it has different uses, and cannot the skills of one form in another. That said, all forms -except the Tactical Assault Heli, and backpack- have a stealth mode that uses light signatures on all external plates to adequately hide the vehicle from sight, but the user within, if possessed of enough strength, may be detected by those with the ability to see spirit signatures.

Submersible: (T) The GHOST Submersible is capable of withstanding pressures equivalent to a full mile underwater, afterwards, water may seep in. then completely destroy the submersible, and the user, if they do not possess water manipulation abilities. The submersible has no attack capabilities, but may connect on lower levels to the Yuudeshi grid, and network in order to view in real time from the satellites, the battlefield, energy signatures of Allies and Enemies, and points of interest, as well as communicate to all operatives through the Yuudeshi network, and any temporary allies given communication devices, which are active on a different channel than their temporary teammates. Other vehicles with this Tactical Capability and no offensive capabilities are marked with a T.

Jet: (T) For escape, and physical overwatching of the battlefield, this jet uses sonar however, rather than the Yuudeshi network, in case for WHATEVER FREAKISH REASON, the Yuudeshi systems go down. When in sonar mode, the battlefield is displayed on the screen in front of the user while the plane is in autopilot on a pre-set course (Course must be set by the user) It is capable of vertical takeoff in case of low space areas, and the Jet's cockpit is about the same size as a smart car. Where it's wing span nearly triples it's width. Because of this, it cannot be ridden through narrow alleyways and such. It may only take off on a clear main street unless it is free of vertical obstruction. It may not use the Yuudeshi Network, because of the strains it would put on speed and power output, which would drop this baby out the sky like a rock.

Tactical Assault Heli: (A) This is actually far smaller than one might expect, and only carries two missiles, and a variety of armor piercing rounds. The same type you may expect from a Tank Killer. It's speed maxes out at around 250 mph, and it's missiles are of a special type. Listed below, separately as another piece of equipment.

Motorcycle: (U) Not really tactical, just a really badass method of transport, wouldn't you say? Max speed of 120 mph. U for useless lmao

Van: (T) The van, like the submersible is purely tactical, and used for Yuudeshi aided overwatch, via satellite. It's about the size of an ice-cream truck, and cloaks itself as a Carpet Cleaning company van.
None of the forms alter the Yuudeshi network in any way, and may not take advantage of any power boosts thereof. The Yuudeshi network is accessed only on lower levels for, and only for, cross-referencing of Satellite and Grid readings to produce a 3-Dimensional image for tactical VIEWING only. It is for strategic usage only.

Lastly, it has a backpack form, for travel on foot, or in areas with little space for vehicles. Backpack form has no uses, other than charging in the meantime.

It may be used for up to 6 posts moving about, but then must charge for at least 2 more posts idling in order for it to gain enough energy to become mobile again. 4 posts for full charge. Minimum necessary services may still be performed without adequate fueling. Though overheating, as with any electronic machine, is a danger. Performing strenuous tasks decrease the amount of time it can be used by up to 2 posts. "Minimum necessary services include: Communication and Radar/grid.
"Strenuous tasks" consist of: transforming the vehicle too much (More than 3-4 times every 3 post period), Running personal scans using the Yuudeshi Network.

Yen Price: 4-5 million yen. Depending on if you get the optional "La Cucaracha" Horn, and gold rims. (Lydia has that version, so 5mil it up xD)

WITH ALL THE GUTS AND PURPOSES, I AM APPROVING THE EQUIPMENT ABOVE. HOWEVER, I CHECKED THIS IN A RUSH SINCE I HAVE TO SHIFT BETWEEN POSTING AND CHECKING FOR MY LIMITED TIME TO STAY ONLINE, SO OTHER STAFFS HAS THE PRIVILEGE TO RE-CHECK OR/AND DENY THIS EQUIPMENT AT ALL TIMES.

AS LONG AS YOU KNOW YOUR WAY IN USING THESE EQUIPMENTS WITHOUT SEEING YOU ABUSING THEM, I'LL FINE FOR YOU TO GO TO YOUR MERRY WAY, YE' WANKER. I TRUST THIS SHIT IN YOUR HANDS AND USE THEM WISELY.

OTHERWISE, I'LL INCREASE THE CHARGES FOR ABOUT 8-10 MILLION DEPENDING ON HOW THE OTHER STAFF LOOKS CONSIDERING THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THESE EQUIPMENTS AND HOW MUCH IT CAN BE USED BEFORE IT WEARS OUT. SO YOLO YOURSELF WITH GUTS.
