    What Are You Upgrading: Seeking a tier upgrade to allow my character to use his shikai.
  • Any Extra Notes: If its not good enough to get that high let me know. I will likely be willing to spend the yen in order to get it. It would make playing with my shinigami a lot more fun for me so I will be able to improve him even more.
