Staff Of The Month [JULY 2015 FINALS]

★ There isn't very much that needs to be explained here. All you need to do is vote for someone who you've noticed has done something special in any OTM category and one whom you believe should go into OTM Finals and be apart of the OTM contest experience.

Walk into the OTM like "What up, there be something I feel the need to bring up that seems to conflict with the OTM rules unless my knowledge is outdated and these rules have been changed. No rap, this be srs."

On a serious note, according to the last OTM Vote, both Frost and Blade placed for 1st, and from what I recall one of the rules for OTMs is that people who have previously won first place the last month should not be nominated for in the following month in the same categories.

That being said, since Lilith is the only one who wasn't nominated last month, let alone won first in this category, I'll be throwing my vote towards her whilst her back is turned. Not even gonna say "fore". Even without the rule, though, I'm not at all uncomfortable with her taking my vote, what with all the work on updating the Sugiurans and hosting calls allowing for conversations to spark and, by extension, muse to flow--this being said while setting aside the actual basic staff work such as archiving, moving, and even for the first month she's done so on site, grade applications, upgrades, etc.

REVIEWING

I can shed some light on that. The reason why Blade and myself were put back into the OTM's this month is due to the extremely low amount of staff we have at this point. It made sense when we had 10-12 different staff to otherwise cycle in the OTM's. But now we have about four or three different active staff members and it would have been a solo OTM if we didn't. Along with that, I sometimes allow people to re-enter in the event of ties in my OTM's.
