From Earth's sky, a strange, black light began to manifest over various parts of the world. From a .realm unknown, a large amount of spiritual power flooded out from these points of creation. The nature of that energy was foul, yet failed to match the direct frequency of any other widely-known power. It lacked a distinction, simply feeling of personified darkness given form. Though at first they take on the form of a rift with no destructive properties, from these manifestations of power, various objects each resonating with the same type of energy as the rifts began to descend from above. There objects of unknown origin carried only one thing in common; the feeling of their unique corrupting power. They fell like shooting stars, trails of purple light left behind them until they inevitably crashed into the ground. Each of these spontaneous creations strike .down with the force of a small bomb, decimating the area they strike and creating a loud and destructive boom wherever they landed. At that moment the rifts above began to wither, dissipating as randomly as they appeared and leaving behind the objects scattered across the Earth to be found by any that ventured toward them.

As many would soon discover, these objects were no ordinary celestial event. They each took the form of a unique weapon or item. They had no attachment to things like most unique weapons, simply illuminating with alluring power ripe for the taking. Despite its somewhat vile feeling of their power, they were free to be taken by any that desired them, be those souls good or evil. people would come to find each of these unknown creations to fill them with greater power, instilling new talents and abilities depending on the piece they were destined to cross. They will be left to be used as the new owners saw fit, obeying the wielder as a Zanpakutō would their partner. While most would come to realize these unique tools offered them strength for no immediately apparent cost, a few would not be so lucky.

To any weaker souls that crossed these weapons, or simply those that were already on the road to madness, the fallen constructs offered a more nefarious result. They could drive one to the brink of malice, amplifying their worst characteristics drastically and even making new ones for them in extreme cases. Even in those that could control them, it would be apparent that a fresh stream of these darker thoughts would slowly whisper to them over time when using these weapons. They were entirely a mystery, not even matching up to the nature of the demonic power that conquered Europe. Whether they would make a large impact on things or not was entirely up to those that captured them. Their origin unknown to the majority, these creations of darkness would continue to descend upon the Earth periodically; each completely different from the last.
Notes:
The details above will be made into multiple threads later on if this is accepted. The origin of the weapons stems from Ruvik's recently acquired ability to split his soul into unique weapons called Advocates. These creations are diverse, only sharing the property of helping the darker properties in the soul flourish for those that used them,. They will appear randomly, acting as a means to incur conflict in any number of ways. Be it by power struggles to take the potent side-arms, or rash and mad decisions brought about by their influence and the voice inside them to push things further into chaos. It also is to offer unique power boosts to those that desire them to influence the direct plot or their own in any way they see fit. They will also be leading up to a larger-scale future event depending how successful things are with them. They can be taken and used by anyone aside Ruvik. For extensive detail on the ability and the first prototype set to kick things off, see the link below. Though they may be subject to alteration, the general idea is present. I'll make a list of all available Advocates and their locations once things get underway.

This sounds like it could be a neat set of mini-events -- if managed correctly. You'll have to be on the ball with your threads, but I assume you can handle it since there isn't much else bogging you down. Therefore, I'll approve this event. You should get a sign-up thread going and mark it as a "mini-event" and then start creating the threads and getting folks to join n' what not. Good luck.
