Alright, as you guy's know in the past year a great deal has happened with the gotei 13, first hell was released in a fairly large event. Next the gotei 13 lost their captain commander, now the gotei is pretty much stagnated and with it the shinigami race as a whole, as such this is a discussion thread pertaining as to what you guys would like to see in the gotei 13 or what might get you guys motivated to create a shinigami or join the gotei 13.
