Some things didn't change as the younger generation would need to take some slack. Ghislain had gotten stronger and had decided to fight again. His eyes shifted down as he exhaled a breath not having told the young ones about Hulderic yet. The other was in the middle of recovering his full power still. Ghislain didn't see much reason to do so. He sat in the middle of a large dome like the room as his eyes were closed. His spiritual pressure was increasing as he removed wall after all. Ghislain had disliked fighting so many mental walls were put up. He began removing them one by one leaving only a couple. His energy had spiked to something impressive. His eyes opened now as he glanced around dummies of Dark Matter formed in the room. They were made with bodies similar to hollows and other beings. Anything he thought they could fight circled the room. Teaching the Ancient ways and passing it on to Gin would be something Ghislain could do. As the last one to remember what was there before. It was his duty to ensure the future generations saw it.

That they got the chance to embrace their heritage. His hand slowly pulled out the locket looking down at Elizabeth. She was his rock even when she wasn't here. It was something that drove him to be better. He had to strive to be better than the man he was yesterday. Ghislain always puts that burden on himself to do better than yesterday. He stood from his spot deciding he would focus his control now. Beginning to refine it around his hands for Quincy Martial Arts. It was different from the regular things that most people saw. He demonstrated the moves once for Gin and let him figure them out. It was also easier to decide what kind of training Gin would need. It reminded him of training his son when he was born. Little Dmitri trying to mimic his movements. The boy was a novice but it was the most fun he'd had. He sighed softly as he remembered better times. It wasn't an easy feeling to live as long as he did. To bury your wife and children, not to mention Grand Children.

It became a way of life, he struck a dummy of a hollow as it fell to the ground dying as a normal one would. His eyes looked around the room. He didn't like that but on the tip of his hand, one could see the refined edge of reishi. He'd created such a refined layer that it hung on his finger tips enough for the strike. Ghislain was no pushover when it came to fighting at a melee range. in fact, some considered him a specialist in all fields.

The Emperor's Teaching Empty Re: The Emperor's Teaching

An event, a single point in time was something that was a seed in its own ways. For every event there were countless different outcomes and and infinite number of variations to time itself. The white haired Quincy was standing in the centre of his quarters, well not exactly standing but he was floating. Gin's form floated a few centimetres off the ground and with his eyes closed. The Quincy was glowing a light shade of blue from the reishi that surrounded him. He had recently found himself to have excellent skill in reishi manipulation and absorption. He had also learned how to break down simple structures as he had done with some of the nearby furniture which he didn't use. Problem was though he found it much harder to create something than to destroy it.

His attitude was also slowly changing as people noted, still quite isolated but less mean and apathetic, his instructors were noticing it in particular although made no comment of it at fear the boy might make a rude remark. Nevertheless though he wasn't arrogant. Back to reality however the young man was in the middle of breaking down a small table when a knock from the door shattered his focus on the object and the remaining half which hadn't been disintegrated fell down and broke to pieces with a loud bang. Angry and frustrated the teenager opened the door with a face of anger at being annoyed. Fortunately for the person there it was a simple message that Ghislain wanted him, a strange request to the boy considering the last time they spoke it was the Emperor ordering him back from Germany to the frozen wasteland of Antarctica.

As ordered he arrived at Ghislain's little spot in a standard attire for the Vandenreich, that being the white coat and pants with a top underneath. The young quincy stood before the emperor and was surprised at such an offer to train with him, one he wasn't going to refuse. So time passed by and the two of them were going through martial arts in which Gin copied the mentor's movements and was corrected as needed by the veteran Quincy.

He could feel the boy coming to the room slowly, it was a step by step. Ghislain let his eyes look around the room, so the boy could see everything. They were enemies of all shapes and sizes for Gin to handle as he walked closer. A reishi like a circle formed in his palm, it was so many layers and finely controlled. Ghislain slammed his palm into the chest of the creature. He injected a huge amount of Reishi which blew a hole in the back of the hollow like figure. "It's about time I show you the old ways, I am going to teach you how we fought back when I was young. The Quincy had both a sword style and martial art. I'll teach you the ladder..it focuses on the high control of your energy and Reishi." Ghislain said finishing his sentence as he rotated his palm a bit. "That was called Harvest Moon, the first move. It's done by creating layers of reishi in your palm and injecting it outward as a blast into your enemies torso generally." He said making sure he'd explained the move properly

Ghislain could unlock the potential at some point for Gin. But for now, it was best to let Gin learn his way. Martial Arts for a Quincy were important especially against the Shinigami at the time. The war would have been over fairly quick had they not fought melee from time to time. Ghislain wasn't sure of the details of Gin's skills. But his cerulean eyes worked quick going over every inch. He was getting a good idea of Gin's current strength. "Alright the idea behind it is to draw a circle in your mind, let it form slowly on your palm..Then layer it as many times as you can."[/color] Ghislain could layer his over a thousand if he wanted. What he'd just done was only around fifty layers. The trick behind the Martial Art was that you

needed fantastic control. Gin had some decent control as it was, this was to grow that. Ghislain knew that wouldn't work on the enemies he would be facing. He would certainly need to go much higher than that.

Fifty was good for incapacitating an enemy or dealing some decent damage. It was best for the user to embrace the ideas behind it. Most struggled with energy control and drawing the circle. But Harvest Moon was the first step they needed to learn. It was a move that could save a life or take one depending on how it was used. It had defensive and offensive applications that users could benefit from. Gin was one who would benefit greatly from it as far as he was concerned. Ghislain simply watched now to see how Gin handled the task. The dummy had reformed and awaited Gin's blow to come. Ghislain didn't believe in extremely harsh training for two reasons. First was that putting your life on the line makes you lose your perspective on things. The second was that this training was already demanding and dangerous enough. Because if you weren't good with your control you'd lose that arm. Unstable reishi would blow your hand up or your arm in the higher layers. Ghislain had seen that before with his son and healed it. So it was a matter of danger involved, he knew Gin would appreciate the danger involved in this type of training.
