The meeting of Two Immortal Flames

Kimitsuki yawned softly as she slowly trudged through terrain that was rather annoying to walk in with the type of shoe she was wearing; high heeled boots. Kimitsuki sighed and eventually ended up creating a glass path on which she would be able to walk with ease; but it also made it obvious where she was thanks to her heels clicking and clacking on the glass surface she created from the sand. Kimitsuki kept walking, the area feeling a little warm to even her; even when your body is nearly 200 degrees F, a desert is still hotter than shit. So, the Danava walked on and on; not truly walking for a purpose, but, she had no idea what she may encounter. Still, it wasn't too bad to walk in a desert every now and then; certainly helped when she got tired of snow.

Poliro was within the desert area, often preferring envoriments like these herself. The heat didn't even bother him as he was fully clothed and didn't seem phased. Despite the mans reputation for fire, the ground wouldn't just turn to glass as he walked as he sensed a presence in the area. Noting how he is usually alone within these deserts he wondered who would join him here today as he began to make a move towards the presence he felt. It wasn't every day he would feel someone at all within these isolated deserts as Poliro would be one of the few people to actually enjoy being here. @darkfunnel

Kimitsuki yawned softly as her senses slowly registered a presence that was certainly not recognized by her. Kimitsuki stared in the direction, general direction, of the energy and sighed softly, simply walking on this glass path which she created. Kimitsuki popped her neck as she walked, the glove on her right hand glowing slightly thanks to its purpose. Kimitsuki yawned one last time as she finally removed whatever need it was that was causing her yawns to occur. But, the girl simply walked on, eventually diverting her path to the source of energy; hoping it was an energy that was friendly instead of not. @Portal

Poliro finally made contact with the person of power as they met paths as he didn't waste any time talking at her. "Alright then lass, guess youre the person I felt out ere. Usually come here for some peace and quiet because what fucking loony would wanna chill in a desert? Suppose you." He smirked a bit at his wise crack then politened up. "Just messing with ya pal, what are you doing out here?" as he was now focused on why she was there.

Kimitsuki lightly flinched at his strange remarks and then she sighed softly before looking around "Not like it's that hot anyways, but, pretty sure it's a little hard to chill in a desert..." she chuckled to herself before answering his question. "Ah... nothing much, truthfully. Just kinda came out here to wander. I was told deserts were pretty hot during the day, but, it's not that bad. Well, I don't think it is that bad... what about you?" Kimitsuki looked Poliro directly in the eyes, not certain why he approached her; hopefully it was good reasons and not bad ones.

Poliro seemed to be in good spirits in this habitat as he replied to her questions. "Nahhh, deserts are chill. So you're havin a good old wander then. It ain't hot out here, no chance but to be fair I could probably chill with the Sun at this point and not feel shit so i'm not a good man to ask." As she faced him directly in the eyes he realised she was curious and spoke about his reasons. "I just dont usually see someone else out here so I was wonderin who'd be out ere like, I ain't up to anythin, promise." @darkfunnel

Kimitsuki looked at him and chuckled "I see..." she chuckled softly at the 'chill with the sun' line. SHe couldn't chill with the sun much, maybe in her other forms, but, not as she was now; best thing she liked to do was bathe in Lava. Now that was a pore cleaner. "I don't blame you, frankly. I don't exactly like to wander into deserts much cuz of the sand, gets everywhere somehow; especially in places you don't want it to." she shivers before chuckling once more "I never exactly expect to see someone else when I am out wandering, is all." she yawns, stretching slightly and looking towards Poliro still. Unfortunately, Kimitsuki was not the best conversationist, so, she simply stood there, trying to think of something while remaining silent.

Poliro looked her way and related to her. "Sounds like you're just as suprirsed as me. The sand is fine because it usually just turns to glass which is less annoying than sand." He would then make a deduction about her based off her presence here within this desert. "I'm taking a guess that you're like me if you don't mind high temp deserts lass, reason being that my powers are fire so i've had some time to get used to shit being hot if you get what I mean." @darkfunnel

Kimitsuki snaps the fingers on her right hand, summoning up a nice ball of fire; nothing extreme, but, it was clearly hotter than the desert as some of the sand started to harden into glass before she dispelled it. "You guessed correctly, I control, manipulate, and am fire. And I get what you mean, after bathing in lava multiple times to clean my body it's become more than obvious what I am. Of course, it helps that I have had these powers for as long as I can remember... But, yes, you guessed correctly." @Portal

Poliro smiled with delight having met someone like himself for the first time as he witnessed her fire ablity. "Thats wonderful, sounds like we have a silmiar powerset although I had to train for a long time to reach this level. I haven't tried a lava bath myself. Let me show you a bit of mine." Poliro didn't even make a motion or some kind of action as suddenly behind him a golem as big as a house appeared turning all the sand around them to glass. "I haven't met someone like myself so that makes me feel like we're gonna get on just fine."

Kimitsuki looked at the giant golem and then looked at Poliro, a little disgruntled, but, she was grinning slightly "I had no idea we were showing off~!" Kimitsuki laughed audibally, not threatened by the flames in front of her as she looked at the golem of fire in front of her and behind Poliro. "Yeah, probably. Same goes for me though, I rarely meet any fire users; I guess because the element is so dangerous and wild. Then again..." she summons a rather large amount of fire as it swirls around her, Kimitsuki simply having a little bit of fun with the fire "I've never known anything else besides fire, so, It is always nice to meet another."

Poliro grinned a bit. He was a little bit of a showoff sometimes, but he wasn't trying to act superior. "Nah I ain't showing off, i'd be much more obvious about it." The golem disappeared in the blink of an eye leaving all glass around them on the ground. "Fire was just the power that materalised from within me when I became a Shinigami... I had quite a burning desire for revenge back then. I guess thats how I ended up with these powers, but eventually I was able to control fire beyond my Zanpakuto as you just saw lass. Its defintely nice to be able to relate to someone. Prehaps maybe I can show you a thing or two.." he suggested the idea of training her or giving her some kind of advice. @darkfunnel

Kimitsuki looked at him as she tilted her head to the side at the notion of being shown something, then again, she can indeed learn new things herself; and hopefully, this guy wouldn't try and control her fire. It wouldn't end badly, just, nothing would happen is all. She bowed to him slightly and then raised an eyebrow at him "What might you teach me? We don't even know each others' names yet." Poliro raised an eyebrow at her last name... Yamamoto. "Yamamoto, as in that legend head captain...? And here you are using fire... what a conidence. Funny that. My name is Poliro Tensol." He bowed to her back in a sign of respect. Some people call me the Flame Reaper. Lil grim but fire scares peoples socks off. Kimitsuki blinked at this and shook her head vigorously, her face a little pink tinted "I-I'm not related to him as far as I know; It's just my name... I wouldn't be surprised if I was somehow related to him but, as far as I know I'm not..." she rubs the back of her head and then looks at Poliro "I don't exactly create fire... when I said I am Fire I was being literal... I-I'm the Danava of Fire, s-so, my fire literally comes from my Conceptual world; I don't create it really..." Kimitsuki was know looking away from Poliro, expecting the worse that know he knew that she was a demon; maybe her luck would hold out, but, she had no idea. @Portal

Poliro didn't seem all that phased by her being a demon, after all he was neturally alligned and didn't care much for the politics of the world - he just wanted to keep it protected and safe and further himself as a warrior and he could tell she seemed worried by her not even looking into his eyes. "A demon of fire... well of course there had to be one somewhere. You don't create it but instead draw it from somewhere else. My fire is created using my own energy as fuel. As long as I have a bit of power I can keep doing it. Bet you must be pretty strong then." he smiled friendly towards her to reassure her he wasn't about to flip out and hurt her. @darkfunnel

Kimitsuki sighed in relief, her body relaxing visibly as some of the tension in her frame dispersed from knowing he wasn't going to be like so many others, immediately hating her just because she was a demon. She looked back into Poliro's eyes as he spoke. She nodded at what he was saying. "Yes, I have an entire world full of this fire; and I can enforce the world onto this one in my own way. That way, for me, is literally summoning fire out of it. Of course, I have to control it since the fire in there is easily 5000 Kelvin constantly; meaning it won't come out at full temperature if I don't want to incinerate.... well... a lot of things." she rubs the back of her head nervously as she then blushes at his comment of being strong "I-I dunno about that. I mean, I can hold my own against a lot, but, I dunno about being strong... but, th-thanks Poliro... And, yes, as far as I know I am the only Fire Danava. Maybe not demon who uses fire, but, definitely Fire Danava. And, I mean, you must be pretty strong too if you can make so much fire" She returned the same friendly smile, trying not to get extremely nervous. @Portal

Poliro listened intently having took an interest to her now and honestly found her nervousness kind of adorable in a way. When she complimented him he didn't react super obviously but it was obviously nice to recieve such a thing. "Honestly lass I ain't at my best right now, still recovering after a fuckin savage fight I had not too long ago. It was the hardest fight of my life and I still lost to this man who I now follow to become stronger. Me and him have a lot in common actually but we had a fight since I wanted to see his power for myself. Thats just rambling though, what you're interested in I suppose is how to become stronger? I'd love to stick a hand in your fire world to feel how hot it is for myself." He grinned a bit, knowing he'd be able to handle it with ease - in theory he should be able to anyway.

Kimitsuki looked at him warily, not wanting to hurt him with her fire. She sighed softly and then summoned a rather large amount of fire before she looked at the glove on her right hand. She flicked the giant band on her right wrist and the band fell off, the sand near it turning to molten glass after it fell. The glove then turned to embers and floated off. In that instant, the fire that Kimitsuki summoned went from the 1500 Kelvin to it's natural 5000 Kelvin; something comparable to the surface of the sun. She looked at Poliro, a little concerned as she was both focusing hard and not wanting to hurt him "Are you sure about this? I don't exactly want to hurt you, but, if you are...." she amasses the fire right in front of her, and a bit to the left; so she could see and also so she could react appropriately and disappate the fire if needed.

Poliro grinned with some confidence as he tried to assure her. "Nah don't worry lass, just wanna get a feel for your power is all. Poliro then took the plunge and stuck his hand directly into her fire. He had quite a natural resistance to fire as his flesh didn't start to burn as quickly as someone elses would and he could defintely feel this was quite hot, comparable to Poliro's own fire while he was sealed as he took his hand out and it did appear quite burned as he kept it there for longer than he probably should have. Suddenly, Kimitsuki would feel a spike of hollow like energy as Poliro regenerated his hand using his hollow powers, making it seem like nothing ever happened to it. "That didn't hurt much, but if it can burn my hand its comparable to my own fire I think.. but the heat isn't everything as im sure you know lass, but I see power in you."

Kimitsuki nodded at him and then quickly whispered a phrase under her breath, the glove appearing on her hand again and restraining her fire so its heat was now back down to it's normal levels of heat; about the temperature of lava. Kimitsuki exhaled softly before she felt the increase in hollow energy, having a feeling that Poliro might be a Vizard or Arrancar; probably Vizard considering she could sense more Shinigami energy at first. She popped her neck and let her fire recede back into her Conceptual world, much of the sand around them glass; at least the sand that wasn't already glass. She bowed to Poliro and grinned slightly "Thanks, and I know it isn't; frankly the heat sometimes doesn't help when I'm in a stressful situation and don't let my body adapt to the heat quickly. I sure as hell am not immune to fire in this form, so, it can present some issues..." she chuckled softly before stretching some, a small smile gracing her face for a few instants.

Poliro liked her smile. She was defintely a cutie in his eyes and she had grabbed his interest now and noted her choice of words about forms as he answered her. "Well if we're gonna talk about forms... fire only tickles me past a point. If we were to fight I have a feeling our fire would be entirely pointless to use against each other, wouldn't it? It'd be more of a battle of wits which is more interesting especially if you wish to grow as a fighter." one of Poliro's main goals was to grow as a fighter and obtain his full potential, which is why he ended up in the Unabara with Tsubasa now as he thought that would lead to him unlocking this said potential.

Kimitsuki rubbed the back of her head softly, not exactly being the most vocal person in the world. "I can only resist so much like this before it actually start to burn me; something above 1500 Kelvin at a constant level for too long can spell rather painful after effects if it breaks through my Akuma Kyodo... Of course, I'm better off in my other forms; can't get burned in those." she pops her neck and then looks at Poliro "Well... yes, it would come down to wits until my Akuma Kyodo gave out then I would be in a bit of a pickle..." she chuckled softly, far more relaxed than she was before. She was never too interested in battle, it was more of something she got to do or had to do; and sometimes, she just lost herself in the battle. Hopefully, she wouldn't randomly lost control of herself either; would be weird to fight another fire user with her Berserk State instead of fire.
