» Appearance Written: Kira has silver- white hair, with big, beautiful blue eyes, and is fairly short. As he is only around the age of 25, he looks young, though his mental age is far beyond his physical age. His clothes are the usual plain uniform of the Gotei 13, though when in non Shinigami clothes, are brighter, with orange, yellow, and white top, and a teal bandanna around his neck.

» Personality: Kira is fairly cold, as most others would describe him. He rarely smiles, or expresses any kind of emotion, making him seem a little bit off to some. Kira is fairly obedient of whoever his master is, doing as they ask without much fuss. Kira is fairly soft on the inside, however, and can't seem to resist kittens. They attract him like nothing else, and seem to be a major weakness of his.

Unfortunately, Kira is the type who wouldn't hesitate to kill off people who betray him. He has no patience for those who betray their comrades, making him an efficient leader, because he could do the hard thing and execute a traitor if needed. Nothing matters more to him than his comrades, so if they betray him he can get rather angry.



» History: Kira was once a weak, snivelling coward who knew nothing of battle. He was an orphan, who never knew his parents, and was one day adopted by a man named Eru Rōraito Kagami. Eru taught him the ways of swordmanship, until his skills were honed enough that even without a Zanpakutō, shikai, bankai, or any form of extra powers, he could hold his own in a fight. He learned to control himself, to be able to use his body as a weapon even if he had none. Eru raised him to be a fighter, one who would defend himself if need be.

Eventually, he decided to become a Shinigami. He had learned to protect himself, the next step was learning to protect others. He was a natural at swordplay, of course, always doing fairly well in tests of skill. However, he was fairly awful at everything else, and thus it took him 10 years to finally graduate and become shinigami.

Now finally a shinigami, Kira dedicated himself to protecting human life, doing everything he could to eradicate the hollows. So when he heard of the arrancar's plan to attack the Ryuu clan, he rushed as fast as he could to save them. By the time he got there, everybody was already dead but one small boy, Haru. He manged to save the boy, and from then on watched over him as he grew, for 5 years. Now 25, Kira is ready to do some real work to save the world.
