Fujin takes the form of a gunbai, a Japanese war fan that was typically wielded by military leaders in the late Edo era of Japan, which was used to command soldiers in battle. Boasting a rather large, black handle that is covered in wrappings, along with two sets of three red magatama on either side of the top. While the gunbai is used primarily as an item to command those under the leader, this commands the winds itself. With the name being based around the name of the Shinto deity of wind, Fujin -- this item does just that.

However, this is not everything that it does. The initial ability that comes with this piece of equipment would be that these two set of magatama at the end of the gunbai. The main additive that comes from these magatama, is the ability to be swung with immense strength, causing massive whirlwinds, which, the main aftereffect of this is creating tornadoes. These tornadoes are incredibly large and ferocious, able to tear through both physical, and spiritual matter with little effort. While they have a large amount of destruction, this is something that can only be used once per post, which is also something that is noted on the weapon itself, with one of the magatama disappearing with every usage of Fujin.

Additionally, these tornadoes surprisingly do not move that far upon creation. These tornadoes seem to move at Adept levels of speed, and dissipate after travelling a quarter mile. After one tornado has been created, the user will not be able to create another for three posts, although the ability to cause massive gusts of wind still remaining. Finally, as the name suggested in the title, this weapon can only be used in some sort of war-like situation. So, this would be restricted to an event, or some other kind of war-esque event.
