From time to time, tora will crossdress; as he crossdresses, he normally wears a blonde wig- and a black and red punk rock dress. He will also wear a low cut magenta top, low-set purple harem pants.

I. Personality

» Personality:
As you first meet tora, he comes off as a kind and gentle soul; often welcoming- though is very cautious as well. Tora is a very idealistic person, and will do whatever to make his views become reality; he doesn't care if people are willing to work with him or against him. Tora is pretty blunt, and straightforward- more or less he can be honest about people, but would prefer keeping his thoughts to himself when he wants. Tora can be hot-headed, and aggressive when he's irritated/frustrated. Tora is a self centered person, and focuses on improving by the day- as he doesn't make up the time to hang out with others. At the time when he was a human, he showed more dedication in learning new things and, exploring his options.

His identity as a male in general is oftenly covered, as if he has a different persona. There is no specific reason as to why he crossdresses, he feels like it's a hobby to him. He likes the look of confusion on people's faces, when ask if he has a twin- during the life as a human being. It's rare to see tora getting mad or pissed off at someone, as to more getting frustrated at something due to the lack of confidence.

I. History

» History:
Before being a shinigami, tora had once lived as a human being; ever since he died at the age of 19. Tora was an intelligent student, filled with ideas.Though most of his ideas seem little to ordinary, as in they're not realistic- just based off of fantasies he imagine himself in. Tora never believed in any gods, but always had an interest in ghost: but what type of ghost you're wondering? Yeah those type of ghost, the shinigami that is said to roam and, protect the human world from anyone who tries to wreck havoc. Tora believe that the human world was like the shinigami's main interest, if they're here quite often then they must be guarding it because of the high energy pressure that is present here. He always came up with possible theories. He never really was a people person during his academy days- his family lives a wealthy life, his mother is a model and his father is a business agent so there wasn't anything that he could ever feel miserable about. Tora had a brother; Nishiki Pekoyama, his brother was getting more of a special treat than peko, because he's considered the younger child. He never cared how much his parents pays more attention than him, so he's always into to his academics than anything else.

Though one unexpected day came, during a night after school- as he got ready to leave he made sure he got everything done before heading home. Tora felt an unsatisfying presence before him, it was like everything flashed before his eyes. He never thought something like this could have happened to him, he never thought anything like this could happen at all- not even in a different reality. It was at that moment where everything looked dark, and despairing- it was very unfortunate for him to get assaulted and then murdered after the fact. It was one shitty hell, and that's how his life as a human ended. It was a tragedy to some, but he figured that people will forget soon enough. So what now exactly?

That is when the life of a shinigami finally awakened him, tora didn't remember much or rather anything from his passed. It was like waking up in a new life, as if you're being reincarnated into something new; writing your new life in a unique society. Even living in the rukon district was a struggle, having to make sure of your survival because not many officials officers never cared about the poor that much. His eyes was set high, his goal was to get out of the slumps and make something for himself. He didn't have an interest in becoming a hero, and casually lie and pledge his fate to the human world. There was no group he had interest in being in, however he did make an accomplice while being in rukongai. He was a male of the same stature, though their views maybe different- tora had a feeling as if there might be some extraordinary event that may occur with them in the future. It was at the time the two were gifted into slowly becoming strong and acknowledge shinigami one day, that day was going to come to them quite soon. Dedicated in the academy, in order to strengthen their mind and spirits as well. About four hundred years ago, was when they stepped foot through those academic doors- if he had his memory from his previous life, he would feel a spring of joy. Being able to see shinigami's live in action, but that feeling didn't come to him. He felt more focused than his previous version ever did. Being an obedient student, and show casting his interest in spells. Tora was a fast learner, and learning how to use kidou the right way was easier than finding solutions to a science problem. Tora was more skilled in close combat, and took the time to learn shunko- which was one of the difficult things to learn. And still, five years he has yet to master shunko.

In the present day, about five hundred years; tora joins the special stealth force in order to improve more on his combat skills and assure the safety of soul society.

I. Racial Techniques/Abilities/Skills

» Racial Abilities: Tsuki no sekai (Lunar World): Lunar world acts like a portal, Tora can use the portal to travel to someone he has bonded or made connections with. Lunar world has a three post cool down. Can be used once per post.

Mahi (麻痺, lit means paralysis) - Tora can summon short, black energy rods that can stop an enemies movements for half of a post. These rods can be created twice, after its usage- they get a two post cool down before they can be used again. Depending on where tora aims these black rods, they can stop said body part to move unless they're removed by the opponents will power. If tora plans to aim at the leg, and if hit successfully the rod seeps through the targets leg and soon won't be able to use that leg if the target can remove them. They can be deflected, and the rods can also be used to combat against certain attacks (Much preferably close range.)

These black rods are manifested from Tora's palm, once tora calls for the attaxk.

Kami no suraisā (神のスライサー, lit means divine slicer) - After charging reiatsu from his zanpakuto for one post, Tora immediately stabs his hand with his zanpakuto in order to cast out a Purple Crystal Color scythe. In exchange for a divine weapon, the pain upon shapping his zanpakuto into a death scythe is what will not only just aggravating pain; but the ability to use his shikai effectively for no more than an hour. This is due to the amount of energy being drawn in order to use this version of his zanpakuto. Kami no suraisa hasn't been mastered, and can only be used for fifteen minutes. After the fifteen minutes, it's cool down post is 4 before using it again. Divine slicer is strong enough to cause a shatter amongst the sky, luring in hollows if Tora isn't careful.

That is the reason why it's drawbacks are; power lose, and not easily manageable. Also the more energy he puts in, the less amount of time he can use it. The strength behind the devine slicer, is also a trade in for the time he can use his shikai, which stated above is because of immense energy that can be held for so long. Once he uses the divine slicer, he can't use shikai for 3-4 post in order to regain energy. This ability main purpose is to stay from using his shikai, since his shikai is putting mostly his life on the line while playing with his opponents. Not only is he bound by the barrier he put out, but also has to deal three times the damage he's hit if the participant guess the final attack thrown. The scythe is indeed fragile, and if its impacted It could break.

Kakurenbō (隠れん坊, lit means hide and seek) - Upon activating, Tora can hide his own projectiles or his opponents projectiles In an immediate area (Around their vicinity). If the opponent attacks, Tora can expand his energy to hide the attack that has been thrown at him. if the opponent doesn't guess the right answer to where his attack is, then it ceases to exist by the next post. He can also throw his attack underneath his target, in exchange for the wrong answer that's been given to him.

If they do get it right, and find their hidden attack; then Tora gets damaged by said attack. The attacks that Tora hides from his opponents, can be replaced with his if the answer is wrong then it disperse for one post. Tora can help his opponents by giving visual hints, as to where their attack has gone too. If they go and free their attack, then after one post his trap would be set off. By setting up a trap, Tora hides his first attack before the game begins, so when he assists his opponents to accurately guess where Tora had hidden their attacks. They're soon hit by his hidden attack, as Tora's opponents attack has been disperse and replaced by Tora's attack. It takes approximately one post in order to get it right, and if not- then boom: they get hit after that post.

It's like a simple game of hide and seek: the ruler or host hides the object, to which the participants has to find in order to use it. Once the object is found by the participants the host is it, or in this situation they get damaged. The host however can adjust the rules to their liking in order for the host, to overwhelm the participants.

The drawback to this is; while his energy attack is hidden, anything else he creates will be reduced in strength until the hidden attack is revealed or dissipates. Tora can only hide one to two attacks per post, attacks of unreasonable size compared to his power level can't be effectively hidden. His shikai has a three post cool down, after it's been used. As far as the rules goes:

The object of the users projectiles / opponents projectiles can only be hidden from within their radius.

Once the attack is thrown, and hidden; the objects will give off a glowing color as to dictate where the attack has gone.

The host cannot hide powers far exceeds their own. The participants may however ask to where it has gone, but by asking; the hidden attack disperses and, the host attack can be switched and set up a trap per two post in order for it to be a far game. As the participants get one right before the attack is switched or dispersed, the host gets hit and so on.

When the limit has been approached, the hosts defense and strength is reduced. To win the game, one must guess the same amount of attacks right that they threw before the host decides to declare the game. If the host decides to end the game, which may result in stepping out of his own reiatsu barrier. By stepping out of the barrier, leads to a weakening state due to how much energy is being used to make the game active. When the opponent step out of the barrier, this means he had forfeited no matter if they were close to winning or not. This also doubles the damage to which they took previously if, they had guessed an attack wrong. In order to tell which one is closer to victory, the damage that is dealt when hit by an attack increases by the tenth attack that is thrown. The damage multiplies by 3, during the last phase of the game. It is the participants job to remember how many attacks they've thrown, or Tora can trick his opponents to thinking if they've won the game or not. The amount of attacks to be thrown, and stored is ten and for the host to store is one to two per post.

Example of the game: Opponent will throw an attack, light or heavy projectiles. Attacks that requires physical contact, may not be hidden by his shikai. When the opponent throws the attack, Tora can dodge, evade or hide it within his zanpakuto world. The world is covered with many asymmetrical shapes, and is placed by different numbers. His opponent may guess that number, and if it's wrong then Tora may hit his target. Keep in mind that the barrier that they're in, shows the zanpakuto's world. The zanpakuto can grant access to his world, when the game is set. When the opponent guesses the right number, to where Tora hid the attack, Tora is damaged. The numbers are ranged from 1-10. In order to win the game, the participant must guess at least ten attacks right. Those attacks are randomly hidden, no matter if the attacks are the same. They're then reset to a different number. Tora can combat against powers that requires close range, since he can't hide them. He can hide attacks that are projectiles like; a cero, getsuga tensho, etc. Once his zanpakuto declares who won, the participants is set free from the world and back to the outside world.

» Roleplay Sample:Peko heard the meowing coming from the rooftops, beyond through the sea of people in this wrecked up city. It served as their home alright, ones looking despairing and wanted to get out of such a hell hole; whilst the others were thankful for even existing. Peko thanks her good sense of selective hearing, but bumped out by the lack of parkour skills she has- and feeling as if she would fail if they took the quick route up. “Tch, feels like a waste to just go through all of this and to get to that cat.” peko complained, as she squints towards the cats direction- one hand on her hip while the other, above her eyes. Peko would begin to head to the source of the meowing, running to the left of the building while avoiding people was a hassle. While running she couldn't escape the urge of looking around, this waste dump- lights look as if a dying man was giving his final breath before fading from existence. Lights matched the color of blood, and so will the rest of this place soon enough. If she were to get kidnapped around here, she'll have to go after the old gramps neck after freeing herself from these lowlife idiots.

It's easily possible for someone her stature to get kidnapped; men like cute and vulnerable girls, but what they don't know is that she's harder than any haruno and scarier than a uchiha, but that's what she thinks. After making it from behind the building, the ladder met eye to eye “Grab the cat; get out of here, piece of cake.” it's questionable if this easy task would to be actually easy, but peko wasn't going to let her mind become clouded by other outcomes that might happen afterwards. So she proceeds to climb up the ladder, while looking around her surroundings before anything stupidly unfortunate happen before her.

» Shikai Abilities: Bend in two, Futatsuori
- Is a taijutsu technique in which the user would penetrate the main points in their targets bodies. After the first two consecutive strikes in the same pressure points; the targets spirit would bend. As it bends, the target's abilities would be less destructive, giving the user a chance to deal the damage if it's stronger than the user itself. For example, Ichigo's getsuga tensho damage will cut in half and would be weaker than a full power getsuga tensho. But not weak to the point that it will be a useless attack. It would simply push Tora back, dealing half the amount of damage that a getsuga tensho would dish in at normal or max power (via mask).

This needs to be reworked entirely since I do not feel right approving this how it is. I recommend this getting a large amount of expansion if you want this to be approved, as judging by the wording of this, I do not feel comfortable approving this unless this gets heavy expansion and more drawbacks.

Cuts In Two - Once the other two consecutive strikes are made, the movement speed of their target is cut down in half. Faster opponents become the speed of a regular shinigami. Cutting down the speed of a normal or slower opponent may just exhaust themselves quicker. Orchestrating attacks will leave them exhausted, for normal/slower moving targets.

Again, like the above, this needs heavy expansion and drawbacks if you want this to be approved. One these have been sorted out, then he will be ready for approval.

Shinabiru (Fade)

Nope on the "same power as what attacked him" thing. At most, that would be on lower tiers. It would be half to a quarter at max for the higher tiers.

Futasuori (Bend in two)

I'm sorry, but I'm going to be denying this ability as a whole. I do not feel comfortable with the concept of this. I personally do not trust you -- since you're a new member -- with this ability. With how this is worded, as well as how you've talked about this in the Discord, I do not feel comfortable trusting you with this.

This also needs clarification. What is this barrier that this is talking about? What is all this about the tenth attack, and storing ten attacks? I thought he could only hide one to two attacks? Also, I'm not accepting a multiplier of three, as multiplying a lot of things by just three on PH is just...not a good idea. That segment needs a bit of rewording to remove that direct multiplier.
