What are Sugiuras?

Brief Synopsis:
Sugiuras are, essentially, a mutation of the genetic makeup of Shinigami. Instead of a Zanpakutou, they have a Sacred which grants similar power. A Guardian Beast takes the place of a Zanpakutou Spirit. However, the most obvious trait of a Sugiura is simple: Most have at least a small animalistic trait.
