[color=#b1141d]» Upgrading: Small Manners Seal: Developed on demand for a recalcitrant woman, the Small Manners Seal is a Kido Seal that inhibits both physical and metaphysical impulses from the person and prevents certain actions from being carried out. Simple in theory, though very difficult in execution, there are numerous drawbacks to this seal.

The first is that it takes the sealed person's conscious approval, otherwise the flow of energy grinds against it upon implantation and destroys it in a few minutes. The second is that it takes nearly an hour to implant and is not something one can simply slap on in the battlefield. And the third is that it is a simple inhibitor that stops certain actions, rather than forces the person to take certain actions. One can not enforce any kind of obedience or action with this seal. It is merely something that prevents the sealed from doing a specific action such as attacking a specific person or group, eating other people's foods, or stealing candy from babies.

The other major drawback is the complexity. A Kido user needs to have a skill level of Elite to implant a single blockage, a skill level of Master to implant two, and a skill level of Grandmaster to implant three. The high skill celling prevents it from becoming common place, but is still a useful tool to have.
