You won't believe this [Sol/Alastor]

"Hey, careful there rookie."

He called out from the sidelines, the red-head chiding Sol from afar. Even if the guy was far stronger than Alastor it didn't mean he wasn't experienced despite the lacking in some areas. The guy viewed things gained and learned from being in the division for as long as he was made up for his lacking capacity which he was in the process of working on. Cut the guy some slack, he wasn't the brightest or most talented but he put in the work. It just took more work than his peers which he wondered occasionally if it had anything to do with being a substitute shinigami.

"Training's good for working out that frustration but a clouded head and a couple injuries ain't gonna do ya any favours. What's up?"

Keeping up the squad morale and engaging with them was the best he had to provide Murasaki in supporting her as a captain not just his girlfriend, a well functioning squad made for less stress and a less stressed Murasaki put out more was what he liked to see.

Oh wait, this guy was the dude that knocked up a noble chocolate chick or something wasn't he? Yeah that made sense, he didn't care about noble politics but it was hard not to hear the gossip from people plus it was good to keep an ear onto what was being talked about in the division.

Alastor figured he'd let it carry on a bit. Talking about things were good for the mind you know.

"Ah, different prospects. Good idea."

He said nodding along. Yeah, made sense to chase a different type of tail after the last one fell through. Alastor could get behind it and that positive attitude rather than moping from it.

"What's stupid? You looking a little up on the food chain, not gonna tell me something stupid like you want to bang the Captain Commander or another noble family head?"

"...Oh yeah?"

He did hear that right? He just called Gamukira Kurotsuchi a baddie? No no, hold on. This man is actually interested in Gamukira Kurotsuchi? Alastor just lost all the bravado he had displayed up to this point and was baffled at what to say. How did he say this to the guy.

What else could really be said to a poor guy who claimed to be into the captain of the third division?

Alastor started, where did he start of the rumours. He remembered hearing some third division member claim that her candies were literally self-aware and while they did talk about maybe those things were artificial souls it was still fucked up to Alastor that she'd go out of her way to animate them; artificial or not.

"Yeah, that's uh... pretty bad. That's a snake in the grass man, don't get me wrong. She's almost as tall as Murasaki and fat in the tits, a hottie but I like to avoid getting eating. You know that she was withdrawn from battlefield duty in WW3 before she was a captain due to the amount of casualties she caused. She literally eats people my guy."

He couldn't say that he was alive during that time before WW3 but like even those accusations or rumours were so fucked to the guy.
