Haisuke can be annoying sometimes.He usually complains about something he gets, his life and all kinds of nonsense he can say.His annoying attitude could annoy other easily.His annoying attitude can also annoys his opponent and let his enemy off-guard and had a high chance to attack the enemy easily.

Cautious:
He is very cautious around him when he is walking or even when he was alone.He also cautious in fights too.His cautious attitude can detect enemies.Not because he is cautious and can detect them, but being cautious, can let him hear a quiet footsteps, and able to see someone running past by with an incredible speed.He has a very sharp hearing and a sharp eyes like eagle.

Musics:
He has shown an interest on musics.He likes pop and rock and roll musics only.He often had his headphone on when he has time.He has often been seen by his friends that he had been sleeping under the tree with his headphone on and a music on as well.He gets angry when anyone touches his headphone or even broke it.

High Intelligence:
He has a high intelligence to know almost anything.He knows what they are thinking by looking at their expressions, movements, the way they talk, the way they walk, and the way they do.His intelligence level is almost 400+ level.He has been getting a lots of high grades wihout even failing once.

He has been seen fighting with 40 or 50 guys by himself.He also has been seen that he defeated 60 guys and 5 gangs all by himself wihout a single help.He doesnt have any scratch on his body at all.He has been feared by almost any people because of his fighting skills.

Hardworking:
He always been training all by himself early in the morning since 4am until 11pm wihout coming back home.He has been fighting outside and been training at outside.His location where he train is unknown.He often goes to work in the gymnastic.Instead of work, he also has been seen by the manager that he was training the gym.

He has an incredible strength that he can defeat almost hundreds of people all by himself.Thus, his strength can break through metals like the metals used by constructions.He also win a lots of competition like karate.He also can defeat tougher guys.

His reiatsu was so high that most of the people could feel it from far distance.But he often seal or release his reiatsu if needed to do it.

Survival Spirit:
He could survive any tough challenges or he could even survive wihout food for only two or three days and can survive wihout drink for a day only.He also can survive gunshots and getting stabbed.He can survive anything but just one thing he couldnt survive.That is Death.

Chi Powers: When he had his chi powers, he can do a few things and only a few abilities.He only had a small amount of chi inside his body.But his other chi powers was hidden in his soul.

Chi Powers:

Immense Spiritual Power - His spiritual power was high enough for the hollow's next meal.His spiritual power was so great that can be felt from great distance.But Haisuke doesnt know his spiritual power was THIS high.

Chi Abilities:

Geppo - His flashstep has a high speed that able to keep up with the shinigami's flashstep.His flashstep makes no noise and its a quiet flashstep.

Vindeca - Able to heal only minor wounds quickly.It cannot heal any medium wounds or fatal wounds.It cannot heal an arm that has been cutted off or anything.Just heal a minor wound and no other wounds can be healed.

Tekkai - His body was as hard as a metal and cannot be easily killed.He has been training and already had a hard body since then.His body can be as hard as a crystal but he had not enough training to become harder.

Beginner Chi Abilities:

See Spirits - He had the ability to see any kinds of spirit.He can see a high level spirit, moderate level spirit and low level spirit.

Make contact with spirits, Touching etc - He was able to make contact with spirits.He can touch, smell, feel, hear and any kind of physical contact with the spirits.

Sense Spiritual Pressure - He would be able sense spiritual pressure anywhere.He can also sense an extremely high spiritual pressure but it could effect him if the spiritual pressure was higher than the captain level.He can resist the effect of the captain level spiritual pressure but had a little effect on him.

Background/Roleplay Sample

Background:

~Past~
Haisuke was borned in the human world.He was borned to have Chi powers.His father and mother is also a human that has chi powers as well.After he was borned, he was named as "Haisuke Zakamaru".But after a few months later, a hollow came to his house and attacked his family.His family was found dead and he was then adopted by a man while he was still a child.The man always feed him, taking care of him and always watching over him.The Man's name was, "Hikama Hyaziya".He then soon grew up to be 5 years old with him.

~Child/Kid~
After he reached to the age of 7, he started to have his own training wihout his father's help.He also let people beating him up, letting himself bleeding and hurt wihout a single first aid help.He just continue doing the same thing everyday and every night.He even fight with a group of gangs all by himself as well.And also joined the dojo to become stronger.And keep joining every place that can make him stronger.

~Current~
After 10 years later, he became strong after his training.And also tough.He has been seen fighting hundreds of peoples all by himself wihout a single scratch on him.He always went home wihout a single injury on himself.His reiatsu and spiritual power was so high that his father can felt a strong reiatsu from his body.And the story continues...

The below are the following that I believe you may have to change.

Edit: Geppo - His flashstep was faster than any other types of flashstep.He was able to keep up with a flashstep called, "Sonido".

Surviving without food and drink for a year is impossible. Anyone would die from starvation or dehydration as we know our body needs vitamins, nutrition e.t.c I'd say to take this down a lot, also if he's training a lot he'll need to drink lots of fluid to save himself from dehydration. I would say to remove the drink bit and place it to three-four days and with the food, A week - two.

We all know that if a Captain were to release their spiritual pressure of against someone a lot more weaker than them they'd either collapse or be forced towards the ground and such. Please edit this a bit because if a Captain were to release of their spiritual pressure against your character, it'd surely have a effect on them.

Righto, this is over-powered, claiming for it to be faster than Shunpo doesn't work. It's a little vague too so please remove the Shunpo bit and just explain how fast he can go. Don't make it over-powered again though.
