User Type: Hybrid Iramasha Only. (Only Akina Iramasha, and The head commander of Iramasha guard could use it.)
Info: A special gem made by Akina Iramasha herself.A very rare gem that was made by mixing an Arrancar Blood, Shinigami Blood, Iramasha Blood, Sugiura Blood and all other race's blood.Once mixed, it creates an ultimate boost gem.
Effects: The ultimate boost gem have special effects on it.The speed, strength, agility, endurance, durability, weapon skill, and all the user's stats has been increased by 90x's.It last for 3 post before the effects wears off.It can be reused by waiting for it to fix itself back in 3 post time as well.
Drawbacks: The drawbacks are quite dangerous for most user.The user that uses the gem (after the effects wore off) will be poisoned for 1 or 2 post, paralyzed for 1 post, speed and strength decreased by 50x's.Agility and endurance decreased by 40x's.Durability and weapon skill decreased by 30x's.Also the user's mind and power will be unstable for 1 post.

Some of these effects should also last after three post, the time for the effects of this gem should be two post or weaken a bit when the third post comes since you'll be cooling down and it should be a last move type of thing.
