Alright, I'm gonna keep it short and to the point. The main purpose for this thread is for the members of Platinum Hearts to get together to create 1, possibly two or more, organizations on the site. You may post ideas, concepts, designs or whatever else you have in mind for an org in this thread. At the end of it, I and the other staff will pick the best idea and have it transformed into an organization that you all want. I will possibly be getting rid of Force Feedback to make way for it, just so you all know.

History: There has always been Good and Evil. This is a commonly known fact, and is understood and accepted by most. However, there are those that refuse to accept such an idea, and as such challenge it. Those that have challenged the "natural order of things" have always existed, and will always as well. So why not join forces to actually do something about it? Many people from around the globe and all realms of existence had begun to search each other out, hoping to unify their beliefs under one common flag and work together to bring these beliefs to fruition. And thus the beginning of the Rinyūaru took place. These people that had gathered did not care about each others race, species, or backgrounds, they cared about but one thing: Their Goal. Even though this organization is relatively new, they will still fight and work towards their objectives ferociously, never giving up, and never giving in.

Base Location: Underneath the Pacific Ocean, a massive base was created to house the Rinyūaru. The base itself is underneath the ground, which is underneath the Ocean, and the center of the base is located almost directly in between Japan and Hawaii. The giant base stretches for miles in every direction, reaching almost to the Bering Strait in the North, and even almost makes it to some islands that are off the coastline of Australia. The Base's outer shell protects it from both the inner heat of the planet, and the pressure of the rocks and water around it. The Main Base is a massive series of rooms, with a throne room in the middle. The rest is a series of tunnels and such that branch off into escape routes to the surface f Earth, should anything happen.

Goal: Though each member may have some separate, personal goals, the main objective that unites them is quite simple really: Destruction and Renewal. They believe that by destroying the world, including all other organizations with it, as well as other worlds like Hueco Mundo, they will then be able to recreate them from the ashes and create the perfect world. Thus the Destruction and Renewal. They want to stop Good and Evil, and make everything peaceful, which means that they arent inherently evil, though evil people have been known to join as they might also want to work with this goal.

Phoenix King: The Phoenix King is the Leader and Commander-in-Chief of the entire Rinyūaru. He/she makes all the major decisions, such as going to war and making peace treaties. As the "King", he/she is essentially, the highest ranking member of the organization, and as such holds the most power. Any of those that oppose the Phoenix King tends to be punished severely, though if he doesnt think the crime warrants such punishment, he can change it to fit the crime at hand. Think of him as the Absolute Monarch of the Rinyūaru.

Phoenix Prince/Princess: The Phoenix Prince/Princess is the second-in-command of the Rinyūaru, and holds more power than any other member, except of course the Phoenix King him/herself. This is generally an advisory role to the Phoenix King, and helps run the Rinyūaru as smoothly as possible. Any decisions too small for the Phoenix King to worry about, and too big for each individual Commander to worry about is given to the Phoenix Prince/Princess. Also, if the Phoenix King is unavailable, this person becomes the temporary leader, or is promoted to Phoenix King if the majority of the Rinyūaru doesnt think its a bad decision.

War General: The War General is exactly what the title implies: The head of the Army and all groups associated with the army. The War General tends to lead the other military divisions into battle, and tends to be the one to make the main orders and strategies regarding battles and war in general. This person has to be strong enough to command the Ash Division and Chaos Brigade without losing control, and must be able to incite loyalty and respect from his or her subordinates.

Ash Division: The Ash division are the main group of fighters and warriors for the Rinyūaru, and as such are directly commanded by the War General. They tend to be quite capable fighters, and powers range vastly from summoning, to Kido users, to Melee fighters, to even Elemental users. The commander is the division leader, and tends to be the strongest of the Ash Division, as well as serve out punishments for each group. This group is closely associated with the Chaos Brigade and also head the Literature office, which is like the Newspaper for the Rinyūaru.

Broken Chains: This Division is the main research and development group that is primarily made up of scientist-type people. They invent new equipment, develop new Kido, Demon Spells, Summonings, Chaos Blasts, and special Cero. They also do research on other organizations and provide information on the different species that exist so the Rinyūaru may better understand each other. While they ARE scientists, they tend to possess a high level of skill in fighting with the various magic arts and work as specialists in combat.

Rising Phoenix: The Rising Phoenix Division act as the medical team of the Rinyūaru and are made up of medics. This is the only division to have co-heads, the Head Doctor and Head Surgeon. The Head Doctor tends to be the main field medic and commands the other medics that work well in combat. The Head Surgeon however, is the primary at-home healer and does any major operations that cannot be done in the field of combat. The Rising Phoenix division works closely with the Broken Chains division to develop new healing methods, such as new healing Kido or demon magic.

Spec Ops: The Spec Ops division act as spies and undercover agents that secretly join other organizations to help the Rinyūaru. They help provide intelligence on other organizations and serve directly under the Phoenix King and Phoenix Prince/Princess. As the Spec Ops commander, this persons primary role is quite similar to that of the Omnitsukido commander in the Gotei 13, and also acts as the primary intelligence officer of the entire Rinyūaru.

Phoenix Wings: This division is essentially the Royal Guard of the Rinyūaru, and are the main protectors of the Phoenix Royalty. They are similar to the Soul Kings guards and thus are under command of only the Phoenix King (and in some cases the War General), usually located in the Throne Room of the Rinyūaru Main Base. They also provide back up to the Ash Division and Chaos Brigade should things get out of hand. The Phoenix Wings Commander/Lieutenant/Members tend to be highly skilled fighters, and are usually some of the strongest in the entire organization.

Transit The Transit Division are exactly as their title says: The Transportation Division. They are the ones that make sure the exits to the Earths surface are working correctly, as well as help those that cannot, travel from dimension to dimension. They work with the Broken Chains division to develop safer and more productive ways to travel. They also head the Internal Affairs office, and work in torture and such.

Chaos Brigade: These are like the berserkers of the the Rinyūaru. They are the primary melee fighters of the entire organization and possess amazing combat capabilities. They are like the 11th Division of the Gotei 13, obsessed with combat and love to kill. They are known for their fiery souls and are elite fighters. Because of their love of war and battle, most other divisions rarely get along with them, but they dont seem to care at all.

ZIAMICHI ORGANISATION

Sureiyazu, the warriors with a beast. These guys are the antagonist equivalent to the Yayjuu. This organisation is filled with Ziamichi warriors who have chosen the way to serve, help and be allies with the espada, k-world and the monsuta. Essentially, the people who are in this organization have all the normal Ziamichi powers, inner beasts and everything, they just chose a different path from the rest, known as Yayjuu. This organisation doesn't have a main rival, however they see the other Ziamichi group as a threat to their way of life, and is their main target. However, they also focus on wiping out other annoyances.

The guild was formed by a two people, Youjai brother a long long time ago. These warriors believe in two things; Destruction and death

Youjai Brothers: (Who are they?)

Eiji Youjai was the shinigami descendant, however he was seen as a corrupt man by soul society and sentences to death upon criminal charges. However he escaped from the clutches of Gotei and obtained his ziamichi while in search for salvation. Eiji is the leader of the Ziamichi group, Sureiyazu.

Tosaku Youjai (Deceased)
The other man was known as Tosaka Youjai he is the quincy founder of the new Ziamichi group, also while being the co-leader. He joined a quincy clan at an early age but was quickly sent aside by him getting framed for murder of his own race. It was seen as murder and treason and was banished away from soul society never to return or have anything to do with the clan again. 300 years later he came the co-head of the ziamichi organisation Sureiyazu, he died at the age of 1000 in an un=natural fight.

History: Since the beginning of time there has been good and evil. Through this time good and evil have fought to take over the world in the favor of their side. This is a never ending battle that has being going on forever. It is no telling if this wills every end. But after some time a group of people would come together to see that if the fighting where to every stop the world would go into chaos. Since the world would not know how to survive without the constant shifting of the balance of Good and Evil. So this group would come to the idea that If they where to keep the balance of good and evil balanced with each other. The world would be at a better place and it would stay from the chaos of having one side completely taking over the world.

Goal: The goal of this group is to keep everything in the world Balanced. Since if the world where to have the side of good or evil take over too much the world could go into a time of chaos. So the main point of the group is to keep the world at balance.

Hollow Children

Not legitimately an Organisation, but the way they act about each other the Hollow children appear as a group of Humans led to believe the same thing.

Race: Human

Requirements:
Need to have been a Shinigami when the experiment was performed and also lost their memories.

Alignment:
Any, but always allied to another Hollow Child.

Extras:
Empty Child

The Humans gain a hollow form Instead of Chi. This reflects their past Shinigami self as it looks just like what their Bankai would have been with similar abilities. As Chi and Awakened powers work with two stages, So does the Hollow form with a 50% change and 100% change.

Backstory:

Born as normal into our world, a human dies and becomes a spirit to ascend into Shinigami or Hollow forms. Hollows have grown and diverse with one of the world’s smartest minds at the helm of the Espada: Ashlei Clixx. Throughout her 2000 years of life, Ashlei has experimented on absolutely everything except from the Iramasha and Ziamichi kinds. The time where she experimented on Shinigami however came before many would ever realise. Rihiku’s stay in Hueco Mundo itself was enough to grant her perfect results. The same went for Ultimos when he was in Hueco Mundo as a demon.

Ashlei had the perfect idea for increasing her research’s potential results by kidnapping weak Shinigami. She ordered Hollows to build her an underground laboratory in the living world to perform her research. After a few months this was completed and Ashlei began her fist experiment. She stole Shinigami that walked through the living world and trapped them in the laboratory. Ashlei wiped their memories so they believed they were humans and then proceeded to tearing their Zanpakuto spirit out of their bodies.

The first two experiments were Arya and Saya. Everything went perfectly well as the girls were removed from their zanpakuto’s and their memories were erased. The two could only remember that they were twin sisters and that’s all she needed to keep. Ashlei was happy with this as the spirits she just stole were a new effective source of energy. She trapped them in a soul cage until she needed them. Then she moved on.

Realising a Shinigami had died not too long ago, Ashlei took it upon herself to try a new trick. Can she use their own Zan Spirit to resurrect them? She stole the body using Lucy hearts teleport abilities the day she was buried. Nobody knew the coffin they were carrying was empty. Ayane Redwood was the girls name and she was tested on as a lifeless body. Soon, Ayane woke up, revived by the life force of her spirit that did no longer exist. Her memory was erased entirely so she believed she was human, but her genetic appearance had changed and she could only remember she had a lover.

Things were going too well for Ashlei at this point. Tearing Shinigami and their swords apart was too good for her to consider a reality but it was working. This put another question into her mind though. Project chaos was created by merging hollows together with Dues Ex technology. What if Zanpakuto spirits were merged together with the Dues Ex engine? Thus research began to create the third and potentially the strongest Xeno hollow: Project Mayhem. That was until the crisis at the laboratory occurred. Arya and Saya managed to escape and as they went, freed Ayane. Ayane being the sadistic woman she was now, entered the room with Project Mayhems data and research information and destroyed it causing Ashlei to start again. Then, all the Hollow Children escaped.
