Unfortunately, I'm going to have to deny your requests, Kade. You seem to be purchasing a lot from here rather then getting them up through other means. Feel free to try at a later date, but I'd like to see some development of skills and such through threads!

Whoa whoa whoa.....Kyle if your saying I need to train I have no problem with this. But I'm waiting patiently like you managers told me to for threads(I swore you guys that I would wait too)....I don't want to get into trouble again.......
I can wait no problem.....

A have a few threads, I just haven't gone the extra mile yet..........
The only reason I'm upgrading my guys is because I have story line plans and threads in the future deadly ones.

No one asked to rp with me really......2 weeks, 3 weeks or 2 months whatever......I can wait this isn't a problem.

The main reason I declined your previous request was due to the consistency of your purchases here. I have no problem with you trying to develop your character, I'm down for that. But there's open threads, a bunch of events I've seen you in. Once they're done, try apply for an upgrade with said character? I'd just like to see alternative methods, considering you've posted the most times in this thread out of anyone. You're not getting in trouble, and 'waiting for threads' isn't the best way to go about it. You need to take initiative about it, Sou's looking for a fight thread currently and such. So maybe ask him? There's plenty of options. But most of the upgrades I've approved, and other staff have approved, in this thread have been for Nicole or your characters alone. I'm not trying to stop progression, but constant purchases aren't always going to be passed.
