Ok ive sat down and updated the Gotei somewhat by doing the following:

Updated Names of Owners
Checked if all Characters were still Active
Removed some inactive or Adopting Characters

Anything I missed or got wrong, please inform a member of staff to fix

Reasons For Joining:After joining the Gotei he still doesnt feel like he truly belongs, he needs to be apart of something in the Gotei 13 and to further develop his skills.
How Active Are You? I am currently deployed, and still manage to check this site twice daily.
What Do You Have To Offer: Gineo didnt intend on rank, but if awarded such stature he would help the Captain in training members in combat as well as keep their morale boosted with favorable activities.

Well, I can try and help improve how things were run prior to my arrival. Maybe start the Seireitei news magazine... possibly. Also make sure those in my squad have fun and improve their abilities :>
