At this point in his life, and considering recent events, Stefan Soan was very tired of water, especially rain, and could end up annoyed just by it beginning to rain outside. Which is exactly why he regretted coming to this place on this particular day, as it had been raining pretty heavily for quite awhile. By this point in time, the water had flooded he sides of the street, and had already drenched everything in the vicinity. However, Stefan had used his spiritual pressure to form a barrier around his body, preventing him from getting wet. However, the wind still affected him, making his seaweed green hair sway to and fro, as well as tug and pull at his single-sleeved dull blue jacket. He walked through the empty streets of this section of the fake Karakura city, using his cane to help him along, as he appeared to step with a limp, the right side of his body seemingly needing the support of the black cane held in his right hand.
After awhile of walking, he eventually made it to his target location, the area where he was supposed to meet up with the Shinigami known as Milla Kyu Miyato, his opponent in a little fight he had challenged her to. Stefan knew that this Milla person was at least kind of strong just by sensing her spiritual pressure, though his overpowered hers in size thanks to his large reserve of reiryoku within his spiritual body. He used what he knew of her spiritual pressure to sense her, despite the fact that it might be diluted since the fight hadn't begun yet. Anyway, Stefan searched for her for a good 10 minutes before finally happening on her location. She was kneeling in the middle of a street with her Zanpakutō planted in the ground. She also had odd slivers of energy floating around her body. Great, she's a crazy person, just what I needed." Despite the strangeness of Milla's current situation, Stefan began to speak to her.
"You better be the Shinigami I've been looking for. Milla? That you? It's me, Stefan Soan, the one who you will be fighting today....well it probably won't even be a fight, if you get my gist."
