Fighting Thread of the Month Good day to you all from Midgar! I'll be hosting for the contests like this. Despite our troubles and a recent problem involving people not posting often. Now, this is a time we rest and enjoy ourselves. To new members, welcome to Platinum Hearts and if you are here before, welcome back! The contest was for the members from high and low (including staff) to decide among themselves on which conflicts are deserving of the praise. During the May 2012's Fighting Thread of the Month contest, we have these winners... 1st Place: Clash of Heads 2nd Place: - 3rd Place: - The two rules of it are simple; 1. No Cheating: Candidates cannot ask for votes or persuade for votes. There should be no outside help and the candidates cannot vote for themselves. If they offend that, they are disqualified and the votes for that candidate will be nullified. To prevent outside help, we enforce the sub-rule that all votes will also have to be done in replies and if the vote does not have an accompanying reply, it is nullified. 2. No Consecutive Winners: Just because something is your favorite before; it does not condone any reruns of the candidate who previously won the contest. It is a rule to be fair and if offended, the nominator will have to choose another thread. Prizes are for those who win first, second or third place. First Place: One million yen, skill upgrade, ten awesome points, 10% discount in any shop of choice (in this site, not in real life! Sorry!) And an image set on the side bar to your right personally stylized by [TheFrost]. Second Place: Five hundred thousand yen, five Awesome Points, 5% discount in any shop of choice, and an honorary mentioning. Third Place: A hundred thousand yen, and an honorary mentioning. With all set and done, we vote and cheer for our fighters!

I'm going to say fuck it and nominate To Understand A Monster! Why? C'mon, Flea was the closet person to having a chance at killing Radioactive in YEARS when Radioactive allowed her a free hit on the bases of Ashlei blocking her previous attack. During this bold, daring and confident move; Radioactive stated Flea could attack him any which way she pleased and she ended up stabbing his eye out. If that sword had went just a bit further, that could have possibly killed Radioactive! Not only that, but Radioactive tanked it like a boss, stayed true to his word, honored Flea like an actual rival, bitch smacked Ashlei Clixx, showed more personality and depth then just being another berserker type character and they pretty much rocked the shit out of Karakura Forest.

I'm linking this one because of the sheer epicness of kenpachi The posts from gen were awesome made me laugh at some points " This was Zaraki fucking Kenpachi"

and then this anihhalation dude not only making a fool of himself by thinking he could win against zaraki
but apparetly he skipped 8th grade history class because the atom bomb was first tested in a desert in new mexico not just loldropped in japan What a dumbass and what a dumbass
