Risani Tatsuken [WIP]

Riri dresses in her villages traditional way. After all, she is the daughter of the village chief and a descendant to a Shinobi family. She wears a head guard around her neck with her villages symbol etched into its steel. Her Kimono is purple in colour with a red sash around the back and a white under-shirt beneath. Her legs are somewhat covered in fishnet stockings and are met by a pair of trusty leather shoes. Her hair is of the purest blonde and rarely ever gets dirty, and her green eyes can pierce any soul.

Risani is a very serious girl that likes to keep everything in tact and during a fight. This is why she has some strange mood swings when stuff breaks during a fight like an ornament of even the grass. However, to remove the blame and protect her own pride, she will try her best to put all the guilt onto those she is fighting rather than having it herself.

Risani is the true elemental Sorceress. She can conjure any of the following elements into several modes of attack:

  • Fire Blast
    By channelling her reitsu into her hands at a high temperature, Risani can create a small ball of fire that detonates upon impact.
    
  • Rain of Flame
    By launching a larger Fire Blast into the sky, Risani can cause it to detonate sending smaller Fire Blasts hurtling to the ground.
    
  • Burning Core
    After channelling hot reitsu for a few seconds, Risani can cover her entire body in hot flames that burn those that touch it. She can choose to dismiss it when she wants and while in this form, all of her Fire based attacks have improved damage and splash radius.

  • Ice Shock
    By Channelling her reitsu into her hands at a freezing temperature, Risani can create three shards of ice in the shape of kunai that cut things that they strike.
    
  • Glacial Burst
    Risani slams her hands into the ground with a great deal of force. Here, she places ice into the earth which creates a small puddle of water. Those that tread anywhere on thsi puddle will receive the full brunt of 5 ice spikes that instantly shoot upwards before shattering 5 seconds later.
    
  • Frozen Core
    Risani Covers her entire body in freezing ice that also holds several spikes on her shoulders, knees and hands. This form increases the amount of damage she can take and also ups the amount of force her Ice attack attacks deal. She can will this frozen form to leave whenever she chooses.

  • Vortal Pulse
    Risani conjures winds in her hand to create a sphere of Winds that spins rapidly. This, is then thrown at the targets like a bomb with the same kind of explosive effect but of winds that cut those that are hit by it.
    
  • Corkscrew Slam
    Risani can conjure a vortex around her hand that when slammed into the target, sends them flying while spiralling in the direction that the winds were churning. This increases the force of her punch and also cuts upon striking
    
  • Raging Core
    Risani conjures a vortex around her entire body making herself painful to strike and ups all her Wind based powers while it is active. She can will this form away when she chooses.

  • ThunderShock
    Risani launches a lightning bolt from her hand that Zig Zags as it flies. Its overall damage is weak but its speed is instant.
    
  • Lightning Scatter
    Risani causes lightning to shoot down in five places around the area with explosive earth crushing results.
    
  • Shocking Core
    Risani covers her body with electrical surges that makes her glow. While in this state, all her Lightning based powers are slightly faster and more destructive. She can will this from away as she chooses.

  • Slate Shard
    Risani conjures a shard of earth in her hand and spins it around so that the entire thing becomes edged like a slate. Then, she will launch this at her target to act as a cutting edge. The size varies on the slate made but cant exceed 10cm wide.
    
  • Earth Geyser
    Risani Slams her hands into the ground where the earth in another location will burst upwards throwing the targets off guard. This is only really large enough to hit one thing though.
    
  • Hardened Core
    Risani covers her entire body in slate that makes her body incredibly resiliant. However, she is much slower like this but can dice more damage with her earth powers. She can choose to leave this from at any time.
    
  
  
• Ultima Anima Core
  Risani conjures all five elements into her body and takes on the aspects of all five Cores. Like this, she slowly dies from within but her elemental powers are more powerful. Plus, the Ultima anima Blast of five can be used but only once during this from. The Ultima Anima can be dispelled as she chooses.
  
• Ultima Anima Blast of Five
  Risani conjures all five of her elements into one large ball of unstable fire, water, earth, wind and lightning. Upon collision, this ball will explode with flames, then freeze over before rising upwards with an earthquake geyser followed by a slight hurricane that cuts and finished with a spiral of lightning bolts that causes everything she just did to detonate with electricity.
  
  This power can only be activated during her Ultima Anima Form
