Name: Hono "Blaze" (Asakura?)
Age: At least 4,000 years old, as was the first time he was spotted by humanity, but is speculated to be as old as earth itself.
Gender: Male

Shifter Appearance:

In his shifter appearance, which is what guise he wears 99% of the time, takes the form of a young man. He has long, waist length brown hair, broken into locks that extend down the back of his head. Most of the time, he wears a ragged gray cloak around himself, in addition to jeans and and a lack of a proper shirt. He wears gloves on his hands on his hands, large and red, reaching up to his elbows with stars on the back of the hands, with slots for the finger tips to reach through. His figure is extremely thin, as his body burns up any food he tries to eat.

His pants he wears a red belt, as well as several belt loops with many stars all over them. His face is usually a dim sight, his mouth in a line, his eyebrows pointing downwards and his small nose showing. He has brown eyes, surprisingly enough, and ears that show a bit more than most people's do. However, when he's in his joking mode of mind, his face is much more lax his eyebrows straight and a faint of a smile on his lips.

True Appearance:

His true form... is made of pure fire. It is 20 feet in height, with an arm span from end to end of 40 feet. He looks as if he has strange markings all over his body made of ash, in addition to obsidian-colored claws. He has almost shoe like appendages over his feet, although it's not surprising given how little time he is given to walk. He also has this weird... head... thing... that I really don't know what's up with.

Personality:

Arrogant

He is extremely arrogant. Unless he is proved otherwise, he treats anyone he meets as if they are a cockroach underneath his foot. He doesn't believe in lowering himself down to the level of others, sometimes sending out information they cannot even comprehend without losing a beat. If he feel someone is unneeded for a mission, there is a goo chance he will immobilize or kill them due to his arrogance.

Destructive

He destroys anything in his path. No exception. If you stand in his path, he will not stop until you are a charred corpse. He holds nothing sacred, walking through and burning forests, temples, plains and mountains equally.

Perceptive

However, he is also extremely perceptive of his surroundings. He can take notice of things all around himself, using that information however he can against his opponents.

Extreme Intelligence

In addition to being extremely arrogant, he is also extremely smart. He knew what the humans would be able to do if he gave them the power of fire, showing how great he could imagine variables in his mind of what could happen in the future, showing off his high intelligence.

Loneliness

He could be called the Lonely Flame; because he has never had anyone up to Haseo and his group to call himself a part of. That, more than any other reason, is why he follows Haseo, because he truly cares for the man who accepted him into his ranks. As such, should you mock or even disrespect Haseo while in Blaze's presence... be prepared for Blue Flames fired at you.

Joking

However, despite his arrogant and destructive natures, if he finds you necessary, or a worthy opponent, he is quite joking. He talks in a light manner, joking around with them with pleasant smiles plastered on his face as he burns them alive.

Cunning Smile

While he may appear to smile on the outside, it is all a facade. He really has no one that he truly cares about in this life. That's why while he may seem way out there, a good portion of it is from loneliness...

Slow Starter

His power is massive, although it takes a good amount of time to get going. That means that when he begins, he is for all intents and purposes asleep. He acts lethargic and lazy when he awakens and begins using his power, eventually coming to his full senses.

Soft Spot for Humans

However, he does have a soft spot, in a way, for humans. They were the first beings to be glad from him, something he had never experienced or been are of his loneliness from before. As such, he will not go out of his way to kill them during missions and such although there isn't much he can do if they get in his line of fire.

True Appearance

If he enters his true appearance, he loses his mind. He falls on the ground, going comatose. His true appearance was meant to hold an INSANE amount of energy, and as it no longer takes in that much anymore, going into it without anything to power it simply leaves him lying there until he gets back up.

History

Existing before the World

Alone. That was all that Blaze ever knew. Right from the start, there he was, alone. He was in charge of the Earth: it was a molten paradise. It was lava, all the way through, flames of the sphere that would one day become a place full of things. However, he had no such thing. He was the physical manifestation of loneliness of the lava, the only thing in its existence, created from how the lava itself felt. And so it was, for an unknowable amount of time, just him, just... existing by himself.

And then, the Rain Came. He wasn't exactly sure how it got there, but it covered the entire earth, flooding him, making him realize that his existence might be able to end for the very first time. He did nothing to fight it, but eventually found not even this could finish him as he lifted himself up on hardened lava, something called "Land". He roamed the new and now ever changing place, having shrunk down to about a twentieth of his size, as he no longer had to carry all that energy. He wasn't sure where the energy went, he only knew that it was gone.

He watched from the sidelines as he saw life begin to grow. Strange green plants that liked the sun but didn't like his flames, and burned when he touched them, made him feel even lonelier than before. So, he did the only thing he could: Stand on the sidelines. He watched as animals began appearing, including a strange thing with thumbs like himself. This one he watched in particular, watching over millennial as it grew and changed. Eventually, it took on a form very similar to him, making him wonder what was so special about this form. However, he bound his time, not interacting with any of the creations, deciding what he was going to do to make his move...

Giving Flame to Man

He went over to the ones that were very much like himself, with two rocks and a piece of bark. All they could do was look at him with wide eyes as he struck the two rocks together, making sparks that fell onto the wood. They seemed curious at first, but when they saw the fire it created, they turned tail and bolted out of there. However, he patiently waited, seeing them eventually coming back. He gave them the stones with a smile on his face, and the beasts imitated him, causing him to laugh.

Little did he know he would seal the fate of the beast with this action. The beast used more and more tools as it evolved along, becoming more and more like what Blaze's appearance was. They oppressed the other animals with ease of their control over weapons and fire, although they also tended to burn themselves a lot, making Blaze laugh. However, he became a small bit concerned when he began to see them begin to destroy themselves with it, creating communities and fighting pointlessly over such small things, unable to live in harmony...

Sealed Away

Then, sometime after the first human "War" occurred, he met someone like himself. He could sense their immense power, although he didn't rightly know who they were. To put it lightly, when he got there he realized he had made a mistake... that could be fatal. It was the Wind Elemental, persay, one much like himself, but with control over the air.

This was the one being that had a good chance of killing him that he was aware of. He had done some of his own experimentation with flame, and he knew what happened when you took all the oxygen from it. The two beings talked for a while, before Blaze finally slipped up, or more directly, he refused to agree with something the wind had said. He watched as the Wind Elemental walked towards himself, and he began to move back, slowly beginning to feel himself suffocating. He couldn't breathe, looking behind himself at the cliff-side he was now on, the ocean rolling in below him. He remembered how he had felt after the water had come the first time, but he didn't have a lot of options.

So, he fell back, much to the Wind Elemental's surprise. He felt it as he hit the water, it parting around him, making him feel as if he didn't exist. He felt his body slowly hardening, becoming completely enveloped as the earth itself did, his eyes only looking up at the Wind Elemental at the top of the cliff as the brown covered his eyes, closing his eyes as if to sleep...

"You know, giving those humans the flame was you, right? Musta been. Well, that was a mistake. Look how they're killing themselves with it."

"You're wrong."

Reawakening

He could feel it... something had changed. He had been counting the time he had been asleep... it must have been at least four thousand years. He had a lot of time to think in that time, including deciding the Wind Elemental probably wasn't worth going after for revenge. He concentrated all of his energies into his right eye, and tried forcing it open. He winced as a bright light became the only thing processed by all of his senses combined, watching as brown dust arose from his eyelid. He did the same with the other eye, blinking as he gathered up all of his energy. He ripped himself apart, shattering away the gravel, reforming with a trail of smoke going off of himself as he realized he was back once more.

And then he threw up. Right there, covering the ground in streams of lava. He was wondering what in the world had changed, as he could feel so many strange powers all around himself, all pressing down on him, unlike anything of the beyond ancient world. It took him a while, but he eventually was able to get back up and move again, and decided to go and see what had changed in the world.

He arrived in a gathering place of humans, "New York City", seeing how much the humans had been able to do with his flame. It almost brought a tear to the normally destructive Flame. He roamed the city for a bit, suppressing his power as not to kill the humans needlessly. However, when he tried extracting one of the sources of the fire... he found it wouldn't obey. He tried it with an open flame of a trash can, and that test went fine. So, he merely supposed that he couldn't control these new kinds of flames, only his own. So he went along, exploring this "America" place, as the humans liked to call it. However, they did not appreciate all the house and forest fires he gave them while doing so. Good thing he didn't especially care.

Discovery of Haseo

He watched, as one day during his travels, a group of demons came upon him, attempting to slaughter the flame of humanity. He had only smiled and waved as they became consumed by flames, falling down onto the ground. So it was with any of the groups that tried to stop him. He decided it was regrettable when he saw them relentlessly started killing off the human populace, but didn't do much other than "Defend" himself. However, he eventually drew out the big cheese himself as a result... to the spot with one being that would not die...

It was quite an interesting meeting of them, when it happened. The both just looked at each other, and layed all the cards out on the table about their abilities, as both were smart enough to know this probably wouldn't end well. So, after they had done so, both of their extremely intelligent minds worked at it, before coming to the same conclusion. As Blaze knew that there was a high possibility that this man could do EXTREMELY serious damage to Blaze, and they both realized that his flames could also take their toll, Blaze made the suggestion... the suggestion to not fight and for him to simply work under Haseo as while he could be troublesome to the host race sugiura, there was very low chance that Blaze would be able to get out of it alive. Haseo, having figured this for himself as well, accepted, and so the two of them began working together.

Present Day

Haseo had successfully taken care of america, leaving Blaze to do pretty much whatever he wanted, in addition to his duties under Haseo. So, he does his work properly and effeciently, although he has never quite forgotten the Wind Elemental or the kindness of the humans in accepting him, fire. However... he realizes that he has other people to fight for now, and that, more than anything, is why he fights for Haseo...

☨Powers☨

Natural Abilities: Blaze has no abilities that the demons have, as he is radically different from them, as he was a demon forced into existence from the loneliness of a planet into a living being.

Unique Abilities:

Earth Fire: Know how other users of the Pyronetic art can gain flames from merely their body's energy or super powers? Or how they can add on things like "Evil" or "Holy" or other effects? Well, that's what makes Blaze different. Right from the get-go, his very body is made up of a flame. This makes it quite difficult to kill or damage him, as the only real ways to do so are to plunge him deep under sea (Sealing him) or cutting off his oxygen (Killing him). It should also be noted that if any part of his body becomes wet, it turns into moving gravel until it is broken off and restored again, as the flames in wherever the gravel was formed went out. The flames of his body are at the steady temperature of just over 4,000 degrees farenheit.

Any other bodily damage he will be able to reform fairly easily, simply reforming from the heated up particles of where that space had existed a post after which it was damaged. However, he cannot keep fighting forever because of this: If he runs out of energy, his bodily bonds will begin to dissipate and he will begin to enter his true form, which sends him into unconsciousness, allowing anti-fire seals to be placed on his body to contain him or just the ability to chuck him into the ocean. Although, that isn't so say it's EASY to make the Flame of Humanity run out of energy.

However, because of the properties of his flames, they cannot be overtaken by any other user of flame energy, unless their flames are made SOLELY by friction and heat, as Blaze's are. He creates his flames from his energy striking the molecules in an area, forcing flames to appear from the air moving so fast it combusts. This allows him to fire flame-blasts, make trails of fire, create an aura of it around him... all these things he can do with his flames. As an example of his ability... his record time for destroying the national park Yellowstone? 3 minutes and 28.4 seconds. And that is a measure of the land when no part of trees were left standing, leaving a huge field of ash. And that was all there was, throughout the massive monument.

Earth King Flames: Because of who he is and what created him, he has a very unique set of flames. These flames are some of the hottest on earth, even able to easily melt sekiseki stone from the sheer amount of natural HEAT. It reaches up somewhere in the millions of degrees, making it extremely dangerous to touch. He can form and manipulate it much like his Natural Flames, however, it takes quite a lot more energy to do so. The closest thing to compare it to would be the Hadō Haien: Abolishing Flames. These take a green color, almost as if he fused blue and yellow ones in its creation...

NOTE: EVENT-ONLY!

Yellow and Blue Flames: He also has the natural ability to make flames so hot they can reach yellow and blue in color. These are immensely hot beyond most human comprehension, burning up the very GROUND and just falling through it. These are not as hot as Earth King Flames, but they definitely get up there, and are a part of what makes Blaze so extremely dangerous, as they try to melt most surfaces as soon as they touch. And they are quite good at melting...

Disconnect of Flames: However, due to how he only wields natural flames, that means he cannot control artificially made ones. If, however, someone near him lights a match, he could redirect the flame, throwing it into his opponents face and distracting them as he covered his own hand in fire and slam it into their face.

Flame Blade:

This is the weapon that Blaze carries. In its sealed state, it remains on his belt, a simple tanto. However, once he takes it out and feeds it flames, it alights, turning into its above state. In this state, it absorbs anything flame related that it touches, breaking it down to raw flame energy for him to use to make flames from the sword or fire off Flame Waves. However, it can only hold a moderate amount of energy at a time. The blade itself is pure lava, held together by his energy. That also means that it can extend itself outwards for however much energy he has. The blade both burns and cuts an opponent when it hits them, being as hot as Blaze's body.

Flame Wave: Flame waves are just large energy waves of flame that slam into opponents and light them ablaze. They are relatively simple.

HUGE Energy Storage: Due to his nature as the Spirit of Flame of earth, his body technically has the capacity to maintain an entire earth-sized blob of lava. However, he only has an extremely high level of flame energy, and not a ridiculous one. This is also why he will only release his energy in incrimats of 10% each.

High Offensive Capabilities: Because of his destructive nature and high amount of energy, he is a very capable fighter. He has much speed, due to his legs constantly being ablaze and moving constantly with the right amount of friction, causing his entire body to maneuver very quickly whenever it needs to, up to running at a speed of about 5,000 miles per hour.

Fire Travel: If there is a line of flames before him, he can step into it, vanishing and reappearing again on the other side of the flame. This means that if an area was washed inflames, it would be very easy for him to just vanish and reappear as he pleased.

Burning Road: He can clap his hands in front of his body, watching as a space before him shoots out with a train of fire. It tries to slam into an opponent and attempts to burn and damage them, as well as pushing them away as a physical mass from Blaze.

Flaming Blood: His very BLOOD is FIRE, so taking blood from him or trying to eat it... doesn't work very well.

Immunity to Normal Flames: To burn Blaze... you would have to reach over 20,000 degrees farenheit in a single shot. This is due to the fact that any other normal flame that hits him he merely converts into his own fire, adding it to his stock either through his mouth or pores on his body.

Improved Senses: He has higher sensual ability than most normal beings. His sense of hearing and smell are especially acute, allowing him to hear and smell things that might not be able to be discerned by normal humans. This includes the ability to tell whether cooking food will come out good, or how hot a flame is, just by smelling it.

Propulsion: He can use his flames to speed around at extremely high speeds, able to move faster for the more energy that he puts into the flames, making his speed variable and able to increase as he releases more of his power. He can also reach flash-step speeds with this technique without exerting himself too much.

Natural Glow: He has a natural light going off from all over his body at all times. This means that he gets rids of most shadows that are around himself, as well as giving light to whoever needs it, in addition to showing that he doesn't need to use up energy to be able to see in any way.

Role Play Sample: Blaze lowered his head, smiling as he felt the heat from behind envelope him in his cloak, from the explosive ball of energy that had just passed over his head into the wall a few feet behind himself. ”So this wimp’s to be my test…? Come on, Sir Haseo, this is pathetic…” He spoke with a smile on his face, deciding he didn’t even need to use his hands against this demon. He jumped up a few inches, a trail of fire appearing from the soles of his bare feet as he shot out at the demon. He smiled lightly as a fireball appeared in front of his appearing self. He shot it at the demon, landing on his right foot as the monster jumped to its right side, spinning around on his foot as he lifted up the other foot, making another fireball in it and firing it at the demon.

He watched with a smile on his face as the monster grabbed his fireball, throwing it away from himself. It gave Blaze a nasty look as it created a flame blast of its own, throwing it at Blaze. He simply smiled, having watched how the demon had gone about making the flames. He actually rubbed the molecules together.. meaning… He opened his mouth, taking a deep breath as the fire hit his body. The fire went up to his mouth and down his throat, making him wipe his chin with one hand as his feet caught fire again, the propulsion carrying him forwards as he flew at his opponent. His foot flew out at the demon’s head as it ducked down, but he was waiting for it, having spun around and brought his fist forwards. Damn it. I really don’t care. He thought, smashing into it with his hand burning red flames. “Cahahahaha!” The demon cackled, looking down at him. I don’t particularly care for your tone, son… Blaze thought to himself as he kept watching. “As if your measly flames could…”

The demon trailed off, as it realized that Blaze’s flames had slowly turned yellow on its stomach. Then its eyes widened immensely as it turned blue, and Blaze just pressed on more. He felt the demon’s tough skin begin melting as Blaze punched forwards, feeling the demon begin to run. ”Oh, look at the measly baby demon who’s afraid of fire! What was that about measly flames, now?!??!!” He roared, the flames on his feet turning yellow as he shot out at the demon, bringing a blazing-blue fist forwards. The demon dodged it, but Blaze spun around, firing off another spurt of fire off an outstretched foot as his elbow became coated in yellow, hitting where the beast had been wounded and cauterized again, hearing it scream loudly.

He watched as it leapt away from himself, merely laughing at it. However, he was completely focused as he watched the thing as it began to transform now.It looked humanoid… but now it’s just UGLEY.. he thought to himself, looking up at the 20 foot tall demon, who’s head nearly touched the roof of the arena they were battling in. He merely sighed, thinking to himself. What a hassle… better release 10%... As he did so, his cloak began to float around him, as all around the demon, a great circle of fire appeared, making him unable to move lest he be burned by the yellow flames.

Blaze leaped up into the air, propulsing himself by his feet as he held his arms to either side, his cloak billowing in the wind as his hands started glowing with a fire. He stopped, directly in front of the trapped demon’s face, his hands at rest on either side with his fingers held around two balls of fire. He watched as the monster brought up one arm, trying to grab him. Blaze laughed aloud, bringing up his matching arm and opening the hand wide, firing the ball of blue fire. It collided into the giant monster’s hand, exploding in a great field of red fire around the blue, hitting the demon square in the wrist. The flames burned away a good amount of nerves in the hand, making it utterly useless as it looked down stupidly, Blaze bringing up the other hand with a smirk.

He shot it at the other hand, doing the exact same thing, making a real scream appear from the beast this time. This made him smiled as he brought both hands back to his right side, holding his right under his left as if he were holding a plate. Between his hands charged a great amount of fire energy as he heard the demon’s cries, his smirk widening as he charged up the energy. He pushed it forwards, his eyes looking right up at the monsters face. He shot it out, a wave of pure blue fire, his gave obscured by the sheer amount of energy in front of his face. He watched as it slammed into the monster’s chest, burning through it and ripping it up as it went, piercing right through the giant thing and flying out the other side.

However, he still wasn’t done. Blaze brought back his left fist as he watched the monstrosity being pushed back from the blast, charging it up with energy as well. He pressed forwards, hitting into the right side of the monsters chest, the punch and Blaze becoming consumed in a giant ball of firey explosion. It ripped apart the demon’s tough skin as well, yellow in color, as Blaze watched his opponent burn. He simply then fired off a blast of propulsion flames, flying away from the beast as it began losing its balance into the flames below him, his cloak flowing out beneath him as he applied more propulsion, heading right into the fire. He made contact with them… and promptly vanished.

Alright. Let’s see if I can finish him with 15%, shall we? He wondered, as he reappeared on the other side of the demon, using Flame Travel to go through the flames and retain his speed as he continued his propulsion, sailing up at his opponent. He shot higher and higher, flames pouring from his hands and feet as he reached the thing’s head. It was completely bold, and he slightly shivered as he touched down on it. That is to say, the back of it. With both legs. With all that momentum. Needless to say, the beast was pushed to even shakier things as Blaze backed up, holding both hands behind his head, gathering a great blue flame above his head. It spread up to five feet above where his hands were, a great ball of surging flame. He threw it downwards, throwing it with all of his 15% might. It flew forwards, slamming right into the monstrosity’s back. Hmm. Looks like I’ll need the extra 4% as well. He thought to himself, smiling as he pointed one hand at the demon, charging it with all 4%. He released it, slamming it into the already colliding explosion.

All around them, the field was covered in flame. Blue flame, that was. It completely covered up the area around the ring, making the entire crowd that had come out to see the spectacle gasp. When the smoke cleared, and they could see inside… all they saw was Blaze, standing in the middle of the ring. The demon was gone, and there was ash, everywhere around the floor… and yet…

There was not a speck on the Flame of Humanity…

"May the fire I have lit in your heart keep you warm..."
