Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....

I will give my approved stamp for the Tier upgrade... Probably to 0-2.. I will approve Weapon Skill... But... I'm going to have to look into Focus. Just because feels a bit much for an 0-2 to have FOUR GM's.
