Alcohol & Fists: A Summer Brawl Is Fryin' Empty Alcohol & Fists: A Summer Brawl Is Fryin'

Artist: PHOENIX Project - Song: Demystify Feast - Word Count: 1270
It was a hot summer day within the Squad 11 Barracks. The sun was blazing, the humidity was overbearing and the air was thick with tension. Most of the members whom were apart of the Division 11 were seen lazing about in the shade; as many were complaining about the unbearable heat. Others were spaced out in huts across the barracks of Squad 11 to seek some relief from the heat. If nobody knew any better, in fact, this may have been one of the hottest days of the year in the Soul Society. So, to say it was a scorcher is quite the understatement to be had on this god forsaken day. And all of this nerve wrecking weather had served to irritate the Vice Captain of Squad 11, Ibiki Suika, to the bone. Sweating like a pig in heat, she was laid out flat on her back against the hard cement of one of the back alleys in the Division 11 quarters.

Sticking out like a sore thumb in the midst of "human" like creatures, one of the first features to stand out were, of course, Ibiki's infamous horns sticking straight outwards from her skull. Each of them appeared to have ribbons of sorts attached to them; one crimson red in color and another deep purple in hue; while the rest of her hair was neatly tucked into an extended ponytail by a white piece of cloth near her hips. Other unique aspects of this woman's attire were what appeared to be a series of chains around her body, connecting with a full waist belt and a pair of wristed cuffs on her hands, a set of three chains were fastened tightly around the Vice Captain's body. As, in fact, they were her Zanpakutō. And, towards the ends of these chains were three objects which served individual purpose. These objects were a yellow sphere, a red triangle and a blue colored square; to which her opponents will have the displeasure of knowing in the near future.

As the maiden opened her eyes to the world, those amber blazed eyes pierced the sky like no other; syncing well with her brown hued hair. Sun shining down upon her child-like body, the weary Squad 11 member slowly stood up and she seemed to be no taller then five feet tall at the moment. Wiping more sweat off of her forehead and stepping out of the shadow's, her a tattered pale pink blouse fully came into the view and she was ready to face the day. Thus, the sound of shackles echoed throughout the barracks of Division Eleven as the Menacing Devil Girl was noted to be groaning ever so slightly. However, despite her appearances, she wasn't the type to generally complain. Seen with a vexed expression across her face, the only way the Menacing Devil Girl knew to relieve herself of this heat....was with the power of booze. In a quick motion of her wrist, a purple gorge materialized in the girl's right hand and she knew the contents of it very well. With a sly grin across her face, the Oni-Girl guzzled down gallons of alcohol; steadily forgetting all about her troubles of summer and showing her might as a drinker. Since despite having a the body of a small child, Ibiki's own impressive bodily feats allow her to have quite the high drinking capacity.

When a few minutes of this had passed, Miss Suika was sufficiently in a drunken stupor. Swaying back and forth in her movements like a boozed sailor, it looked like she was almost ready to tussle with anything that crossed her path. In fact, from what Oni-Kyosei, her Zanpakutō Spirit, was saying....this may very well end up being the case. Whispering sweet-nothings about testing the depths of endurance her fellow Squad 11 members had, a plan was developing between the two Devil Ladies to bring the spark back into the Division Eleven Group. Seeing that most of her comrades were passed out in the shade, lazing about like bums because of a little heat, Ibiki decided that it was best to generate a bit of her firepower of her own to smack these men and women into action. Thus, with the great amount of strength Ibiki possessed within her own two fist, she was going to take the whole entire company for a ride they'd never forget.

Grabbing an officer who was in charge of delivering communication messages across Squad Eleven, Ibiki smacked her around a bit before ordering her to issue a warning to all those within the barracks. If you were within the Vice Captains range? You were going to be placed in a sudden training match. What was the purpose? Simple! To whip these wimps into shape. With all the events in the world gearing towards superpowered freaks invading their walls, this was as good a time as any to test the durability of the infamous Division 11. Therefore, if these young bucks weren't willing to do combat with her on this fine summers day, then they may need to find a new company to join or seek further assistance in "hardening up" from Ibiki in her sober time. At any rate, once the word was spread across the squad, explosions could be heard going off all throughout the compound. Men yelling, women shouting and punches going off; dozens of people were the targets of this drunken girl's rampage as she had a light-hearted battle against her allies.

There wasn't going to be any death on this fine day, no, that wasn't in her intentions at all. The Menacing Devil, however, was going to give them something to get riled up over. Meaning that people were getting thrown hundreds of feet into the air, smashed through walls in the different sections of Squad 11 and tons of Shinigami were seen being tossed into piles of beaten up lumps. "C'mon, c'mon, c'mon! You guys should be tougher then that. Me and Oni-Kyosei want you all to get back up again, or we'll charge you...!!!!" Shouting like a mad drunk, the other division members yelped with shock before deciding to gather up their nerve and take the challenge head-on; forcing Ibiki to deliver a series of harsh kicks, rapid punches and devastating smacks of her chains before they were all back on their asses again. This lead to the VIce Captain moving towards the center light and was seen having yet another heavy drink ;letting out a relieved sigh from her lips to enjoy the ecstasy of her booze and this fight.

"Hehehehe, you all may be weak now, butt keep getting struck down and you'll come back stronger. We can do this all day to beat the heat, I have total faith in you!" Grinning a bit, the girl placed both of her arms in the air and started bull charging her squad mates until they were smashed into the concrete, smeared into the walls and bulldozed essentially by a one girl stampede. When she had ran a good half-mile, Ibiki turned around, tilted her head and wondered if anyone else would really prove to be a decent challenge. It was n o fun really tearing apart her weaker members and there needed to be some form of more amusing entertainment to be had. Perhaps someone would surprise her very soon. With the stage set, there was nothing left to do but see if Squad 11 had the same guts of glory they've had for many generations, of if this current set of Division Eleven members had gotten soft.
