Information: There appears to be black, white, red and gold splattered moons scattering throughout Earth and in various places of demon dominance within The Soul Society's Nation of Khala areas, Demon World, Hueco Mundo and other similar locations. This seems to be stemming from The Demon Queen herself under the blessing of The Demon God's Heart. This message was broadcasted throughout the globe telepathically for those willing to listen:
"'Ye world filled with strife, ye souls consumed by night; if one wishes to become truly freed, gaze into the moons light. Heavy with the minds despair, I will shoulder your madness and absolve you into release. The laws of disorder and order have united, and peace will be found through chaos. So stare, stare at this magnificent light if you wish to see our truth and become unbound as we demons have become."
"The beginning and the finale....are an endless loop. A tiny tear will grow to swallow the entire fabric of it all. The full moons lake will burst its dam and shower all in its depths."
"Eclipse, eclipse, under the sky; shatter these chains and boundaries into a million shards of light. Sweet beautiful eclipse, let your loving rain down upon all and wash these vile sights, horrid sounds and terrifying nightmares away in your warm light."

Following The Moonlight Ritual, there appears to be a large shift in the consciousness throughout these realms to those who have stared into the new moons. Some have been noted to transcend their physical body and either reach complete peace, enter into the Nirvana of Hell's final layer or outright discover the potential of their innermost self.
While some battles and wars throughout Earth have been noted to cease on this eclipse; many people feeling the wrath, chaos and anger being absolved from their psyche like a sponge. But, in some individuals, this effect has had more of an opposite toll on their psyche. Freeing the subconscious mind, some have even taken flight to their instincts and have gone primal in a sense. This had led to killings, others being totally and completely blissful and euphoric and all throughout Earth should know one thing: life is a joke.
The fleeting boundaries between life and death are as ephemeral as a comets trail in the cold nothingness of space. What awaits in the Final Layer of Hell seems to have an allure for those who want to seek relief, salvation and escape from this world and reach liberation and freedom through chaos to achieve peace.

It is a voluntary request to look at the moon for the most part. However, a lot of weaker willed spirits will feel tempted to stare into the moon. What Is Occurring:
Essentially, Mana, being the agent of Chaos and Madness, has taken that which has been set in motion since she first became Demon Queen. And that is to say: liberation. In a sense, her chaos is order and order is chaos. Hard to understand? Perhaps, but she has merged the two into a union within a second moon. This second moon then spawned numerous, smaller replicas of itself throughout Shadow Fall countries, the nation of Khala in the Soul Society, Demon World, Hueco Mundo and other similar places where demons have some type of control or alliance in.
Those who voluntarily look up at these moons will may themselves in a few different outcomes. The first is that they'd be freed of many mental burdens; allowing for a state of constant happiness, euphoria and total bliss without a care in the world. Others may notice the instabilities, hostilities and other mental disturbances in themselves being "sucked" right out. While pockets of the population may find their subconscious outright coming out and their personalities changing to their "hearts" true "desire". Which may or may not have bizarre consequences depending on the individual.
Others have outright ascended past their material body and seemed to have entered an energized state. This is them transcending into either a higher state of being to achieve their true potential in the form of higher planes of consciousness, or outright dying to ascend to the final layer of hell and enter into Hell's Nirvana. As The Final Layer of Hell is described to be a place of eternal pleasure.
So, one of the key notes in Mana's broadcast is that most of the population understand one thing, even for those that are sane of mind: life and death are merely transient steps towards pleasure if one decides to take the route to hell. It is a colossal nihilistic movements that ends in the last layer of hell where eternal salvation is said to have been found ever since The Demon Goddess had birthed it in her battle against the Soul Society. Although, they are not forcing others, The Demon Queen seems to be welcoming all races to this ceremony.
