Two Week Hiatus

So here's the deal, I am going away tomorrow on a two week trip with my father. I have not seen him since I was fourteen, it will be twenty minutes from home or twenty miles I guess somewhere around that. To describe me as anxious would be an understatement, I've got cats and pets who've been family for me in hard times. So being away from them for two weeks if gonna be really hard. It's the first time since I was much younger that I have been away from my mom and home. So it's gonna be interesting, if anyone has some stress release exercises let me know. I could certainly use them, it's costing me sleep tonight at least. I'm too stressed to fall asleep so watching some youtube and other stuff, I will be returning on the Sixth of September to my home not sure if I will be on. Everyone's got my cell I'll be checking in at some point with Kakeru and a few others. We've already talked about this in PC and I hope you take my advice in dealing with your father. Just remember to breathe, relax and take it one day at a time. You are going to feel nervous and that's perfectly acceptable. However, do not like it eat you alive as it will turn into an ungodly monster if you do. Remember, you are in control.

I'll tell you this much it has calmed down. Using my cell so spelling may be bad. But some anxiety exists. Two weeks here and noy even three days through.

Like I said, it's going to take some work, but I believe you can get through it. It's good to hear your anxiety has lessened and that means you are winning the mental battle. The trick is to just keep it up and move forward despite your mind nagging you.

So today was a total anxiety raising experience. We went to the town bar. I am specifically uncomfortable in those places. Dad got drunk today and oh it honestly could be no worse. As someone who doesn't drink it is just another reason.

Just go with the flow. New experiences can be nervous, but just be open to them. Life is always going to be filled with them and you just got to relax. Breathe and just take it in. You are still living, right? That means you grew a bit and endured something that made you feel uncomfortable. The more times you expose yourself out of your comfortable zone, the more your mental endurance will build until it becomes nothing for you. It's going to be uneasy the first few times, that I ain't gonna lie about it, but humans always have a knack of adapting and I'm certain you can to!

This is rough second time he has gotten drunk. It's interesting to see how poisonous alcohol is. It makes my resolve to not drink stronger. This one large black woman is overly interested in me. I am not looking for personal reasons. Anxiety is low this time but I am very sad right now. That he did what he did just leaving me alone while he flirted. Thanks for all the support
