Aside from gaining power or utility through blood shed or death, he also draws from the emotions and sins of those around him. The most potent source of empowerment is Lust, or Love. The two are the equivalent of multiple human sacrifices, while others are the equivalent of single blood sacrifices. The person whom he is drawing from must be within his vicinity, or directing there thoughts towards him in order to have any useful effect. If the targets aren't directly thinking of him, then they must be within 25 meters of him.

-Curse Effect
By having his aura absorbed, or by infusing his own aura into other living beings, he can copy his runes from himself to another. This can be used to greatly increase an allies potential, as well as create a mental link between the two, or this can be used as a means to corrupt and attack ones body and mind by attempting to disrupt there natural flow of there own spiritual energy with his own as he can still control his spiritual energy, even after its left his own body.

-Personal Aura shield: Even if the barrier is broken, it will reduce the damage taken slightly, before trying to repair whatever gaps where made.

-Aura Absorption: Serving as a more offensive means of using his ability, LK can retain the strength of the creatures he's devoured. In order to do this, the victim must be a spiritual being, a variation of a Hollow, or have a soul.

LK can also feed on ones soul or spiritual energy via consuming the Reishi in the air. The process consists of inhaling residual energy similar to inhaling a breath. This variation of the ability is very effective against weaker, or equal level beings who stay close to him for extended periods of time, and can be used to drain, or pressure, less powerful creatures of there energy, while slightly increasing or sustaining his own via strength, and endurance.
To more powerful tiers of opponent, they would have a hard time noticing unless highly perceptive to the flow energy drawn to LK as the effect is so subtle.

The closer he is to his targets or the more spiritual energy an opponent radiates the more effective the process becomes. Energy based attacks such as cero can also be inhaled, though the process can be very high risk high reward as it would require him to stand his ground apposed to dodging. Alternatively, if he is able to remain in melee proximity of a target or targets, he can focus his feeding directly from there spiritual energy, and less so on the residual in the air, increasing the burden and effects of being drained to highly noticeable levels, as well as greatly increasing his own stats based on the type of opponent that was drained. If something is drained to near death, or if over half of there life force is consumed, LK will gain access to the victims memories as well as an idea of how to mimic there moves as his own.
