Tsubasa VS Stefan [The Colosseum Of Madness Event]

Over the course of the last year, events had become more and more boring for Stefan Soan. Despite being the most bloodthirsty and battle-crazed fighter in all the realms, he had found recent affairs to be completely uninteresting. After taking back the Monsuta from the command of the plebeian Tora Lionus, the returned Vizard King had yet to find an interesting fight despite having found himself in multiple battles where he was outnumbered. In Iceland, despite initially finding at least some resistance, he steamrolled his way to an easy win on the shore of the old Viking country, destroying tens of thousands of soldiers on both sides in the process. On the Earth's Moon, during an invasion by Shadowfall, Stefan had come face to face with the supposed "strongest Quincy" bastard alive but unfortunately for him their encounter never evolved into a battle. The Sword God had come to the conclusion that maybe the world just wasn't as it used to be, not being able to drive him to the same enjoyment he felt in wars past. Then again, maybe it could.

It was for these reasons that Stefan found himself now in Greece on June twenty fifth, two thousand four hundred and sixteen. After hearing about a new world tournament, he decided maybe, just maybe, he could find some good competition there and actually get some enjoyment out of it. That was his main hope. After being led into the stadium by a guide, Stefan was told what arena he would be fighting in and that his opponent had already entered and was now just waiting on him. After grabbing a drink of water and cleaning his Zanpakutō, as was his ritual before entering into combat, Stefan made his way to the arena he was assigned to. It was odd, the place consisted solely of what appeared to be a teleportation device of some kind. In his mind Stefan figured the reason for this was because if he stayed in the area during his battle, he'd very likely bring ruin to the entire Colosseum. Perhaps within the arena he'd find some....leeway. So without waiting any longer, Stefan entered.

At first he was unsure if he'd gone to the correct place, the entire environment consisted of what appeared to be rainbows and a relatively small platform for him and his opponent. It was glowing white and a couple dozen yards away stood his newest enemy: Tsubasa Unabara. It took a few moments for Stefan to remember this man, then it hit him: they'd clashed for a very short amount of time years ago. He had left the situation completely untouched. Hopefully his opponent had grown since then or else this would be a very boring start to the day for the Soan. Now having identified his opponent, Stefan went through all the information he had on him in his head. He actually had quite a bit of information despite truly not giving a shit about the Gotei due to actively keeping track of all the prominent swordsmen in the various known worlds. The only real reason Tsubasa had been targeted was due to becoming an organization leader, but outside of that Stefan wasn't impressed. The man standing before him didn't possess a true warrior's heart, so any skill or power he had was completely moot to the Monsuta Imperator. Now he would get a chance to show exactly what it means to have a warrior's heart.

Gazing at his opponent with rage welling up inside of him, Stefan decided now would be the time to say his piece before battle encompassed the arena. "This is just sad. Round one I'm pitted against a man who merely plays at being a fighter, much less a swordsmen. See, I know all about you. I know you think you and your shitty family are actually good at swinging around a blade, but the truth is you're just a group of pathetic jesters who've never actually been forced to fight someone skilled. Unfortunately for you then shithead, cause I sincerely doubt you've come across anyone quite like me before. Now, prepare yourself. This place will be where you fall, swordsman." The very last word Stefan spoke had been said with an amount of disgust he'd never had to deal with before. Regardless, it was time to move on. It was now time to bring an end to yet another Captain Commander to be forgotten by the world.

With a severe frown plastered across his face, Stefan began walking towards the Shinigami he now called enemy. Slowly he began jogging, and after a moment of that turned to a full on run aiming directly at the so-called "pale rider". When he reached the point of only being about fifteen feet away, Stefan stopped immediately in his tracks, cocked his right fist back, and after positioning his feet about three feet apart he let loose a cannon of a punch that would hit....nothing. However, the force of this strike was colossal in nature, capable busting through the thickest of bunkers with no issues whatsoever. Due to this extreme power which Stefan knew for a fact his opponent couldn't match, the punch resulted in a massive shockwave and air pressure blast that was sent directly at Tsubasa. If the Shinigami attempted to block it, he would very likely be rattled to the core and feel pain in all his limbs and be sent back at the very least a few yards. Whether he just settled on dodging it, blocking it, or countering it, Stefan made his next move without waiting even a nanosecond.

Near instantaneously the Vizard was now located directly behind wherever Tsubasa had moved to, if at all, having used Oto no Ugoki to increase his movement speed massively for a short distance. On top of this special movement technique, Stefan had also used Sui-Muko, a Void skill based on using density manipulation to increase his physical traits extensively, in order to essentially match his opponent's speed capabilities which would make it extremely difficult for Tsubasa to move away from his next attack, especially considering the blast Stefan just sent flying at him. This combination of speed-boosting abilities had rarely been used together, but now that they were Stefan felt faster than he ever had before and was glad he had used it in this fight.

At his new position, Stefan had already started a full-power swing of his Zanpakutō in katana form aimed horizontally at Tsubasa's back. While normally this would easily bifurcate whoever he was swinging at, Stefan instead had the blunt side of his blade aimed directly at the Shinigami. The sheer force of this attack sent out a pressure wave so powerful if there had been any type of terrain nearby it would've been disintegrated instantly. There wasn't a Kido around that could block this blow, and due to the power of it and the Void coating currently on Mugenku's blade, essentially all energy and physical based defenses could also be torn through. If this weapon came into contact with Tsubasa, it would cause extreme internal bleeding, shattered bones, and a severed spine and that's just from the impact area. If he somehow escaped being hit from the direct attack the area-of-effect damage from the pure force would likely still hit, causing dramatic blunt force trauma to the Shinigami. However, Stefan was hardly already about to calm down and wait for his enemy to reply. There would be no chance of reprieve for Tsubasa Unabara.

Stefan Soan stood still for just a second before assuming a proper stance consisting of facing left of where he just was, his feet separated and legs bent slightly, and Zanpakutō pointed directly at Tsubasa adjacent to his own head. Suddenly, he stated a single phrase out loud. "Bankai: Obliterate all creation, Mugenku Sebete!" After saying these words, an amount of energy equivalent to all the world's oceans in density was released from Stefan and his Zanpakutō, creating gusts of wind not even Captain class fighters could remain standing in. If this battle wasn't taking place in an arena separated from the rest of the city-sized Colosseum, dozens of square miles would be razed to the ground from the Spiritual Pressure of this transformation alone. The Void swirling around during this tremendous power burst made any attempts at interrupting or attacking Stefan moot as both energy-based and physical objects or attacks would be consumed and dissipated by the crushing force of it.

As the energy began to die down, though the Spiritual Pressure remained the same as when it peaked during the transformation, Stefan's new form would begin to become visible to his Shinigami opponent. Now he stood standing upright, casually holding his Zanpakutō with his right hand. Though it was clear it was still Stefan, mainly changes had occurred during his Bankai transformation. Now all of his clothes were jet black and had changed to be thicker and, in some cases, more raven-like, as well as tufts of fur at the end of his sleeves. Also, his hair was now completely white and even his eyes had changed colors from green to bright yellow. Finally, his Zanpakutō had changed somewhat as well with the tsuba shrinking and what little purple there was on the hilt had switched to jet black like his clothing. However, despite all these changes it would also be easy to notice something was....off about him. The very make up of his body was essentially entirely different.

"Well...this is my Bankai. You ready to face my Heisoku: Kontorōru? Let's see if you are. Prepare, you will get no reprieve."
